Would have been nice if the room included a chair to sit on. Can't remember the last time I stayed at a hotel that did not provide a tissue box. Instructions should have explained that there are multiple buildings on both sides of the parking lot. Also there was no instruction on how to use the lock box. I never found anyone sitting in the office during my stay.

This place was small and cozy like a BNB. Nice updated rooms with zero contact check in and a free cold breakfast. The only downsides were the room was super stuffy, even with the AC on, I'd recommend bringing a fan, the wifi was paaaainfukky slow, and there was a very loud group staying in one of the rooms that partied until 1am.

Loved the property. Our room was super cute. Bed was comfy. Only thing we didnt like was there was no desk staff. Thank god the cleaning ladies were there. They had just finished the room we were staying in. We had a wedding to go to so we needed to check in change and leave. Luckily they were able to tell me what room we were in and the code to get in. I never saw anyone at the desk our whole stay. Kinda werid but luckily it all worked out. We would still stay here again tho. Loved the room and location.

This lovely little gem was an absolute pleasure and we will be coming back. Room 4 had everything we needed and more. The kitchenette was well stocked and super clean. The beach was only a few steps away and so serene and private. There is a bbq and outdoor dining table we will use on our next visit. Perfect spot. Thanks!

Close to Crystal lake and the cherry hut. This place was a clean pleasant place to stay. Check in was remote. We never saw any staff, even during posted open office hours. It was fine, but unusual.

We enjoyed walking into town for breakfast and shopping! The area was quiet. There's a nice community space with tables and chairs, a grill, and an outdoor sectional with a nice umbrella that was good for chatting with friends who were also staying. Our room only had two disappointing-for-the-price things: The sink faucet was VERY loose, and the door had obviously been forced open at some point because it hung a bit crooked and the door trim was somewhat disconnected with drywall attached to it.

Terrific location in Beulah, just off us 31 but very quiet. Property is nicely to maintained with a very nice outdoor patio of bbq with tools avail as no Wed for anyone’s use, picnic table, big umbrella, chairs, couch, 2 fire tables. Help yourself continental breakfast convenient snd always available. AC worked well. We were in room 6 and it looked like hGTV—very pretty. But no horizontal surfaces for our suitcases until staff kindly brought us 2 suitcase stands. Plenty of towels but no towel bars to hang damp linen and no fan in bathroom after shower. WiFi barely reached outside of lobby (maybe boosters would help it reach to cabins 6 and 7). Therefore, the tv did lots of spooling; it was difficult to watch anything.

The property was clean! We stayed in the loft which was super cute. No one to help or assist you on premises. We were locked out of our room one night late for an hour due to keyless entrance malfunction which was very frustrating. The room wasnt ready till an hour after checkin due to housekeepers being behind on cleaning. However the were very kind and helpful for sure. The lobby has all kinds of snacks, kuerig, drinks, bagels & toast. Overall really super adorable little place. Would stay again!

Overall OK. Beds comfortable, A/C worked great. Place was very clean, nice bedding and towels. Appreciated the full-size fridge. The location couldn’t be beat. Downsides, at least for us—the main (largest) burner on the stove was not functioning, which was annoying as we cooked breakfast for ourselves every day. The ‘mid-century modern’ couch was so lumpy and uncomfortable as to be nearly impossible to use. There was not even salt and pepper in the kitchen, and exactly 4 of each type of tableware and only 2 coffee cups. Skimpy for two, and there were 4 of us. There was a large dehumidifier running when we got there, with no instructions on whether to run it all the time, or at our convenience. Wi-Fi was spotty. Would consider again for our group, however, as one member has mobility issues, and it was one of the few rentals in the area on a single level with only 2 steps down to the entrance.

Nice room. I arrived late at night after attending a family event 30 miles away. No staff on site at check-in or at check-out. They texted me a code to enter my room, which worked fine - but my guess is they use the same codes over and over again. If that's the case - it's totally unsafe. Parking is pretty limited on the property - I was happy to find ONE space available when I pulled in. The floor in the room could have been cleaner - it was gritty/dirty, and I kept my socks on. The bathroom would not be comfortable for anyone with mobility issues or who is larger - the toilet and tub are wedged into a very small space. Plenty of room where the sink, microwave, coffee maker are. All in all - an OK stay and I would stay again, but know what you're getting.

Pictures on website are completely inaccurate for what you would expect when you arrive. The room was filthy. Looked as though floors hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Stains on couch. Room had awful smell. No one works in office. Extremely limited food for breakfast - do not expect a “continental breakfast”. Look elsewhere for a stay in this area. This place is gross!

When we entered the room a strong odor of mold was present. The bathroom had spiders in the corners and mold on the ceiling, window sil in the shower area and around the tub. This is a serious problem that needs addressed by the property owner. The A/C really didn't work to remove the dampness of the room. My husband and I both woke up with stuffy noses and headaches. We had to be in town for a wedding and were limited on options to stay without minimum stays. We didn't have time to try to find another place to stay. The photo's of the rooms are not what you get . Bathroom was the tiniest I have ever seen. If I had paid a motel rate, which is what I feel this was, I would have had a different expectation. But we paid a premium price for the room and it did not meet expectations.

The room was not clean before I arrived at 6 pm. The bed wasn't made, garbage in the trash can, wet wash rags on the counter. There is not table to set at and work just not a good experience. I would not recommend.

Cute suites, bed was comfortable. Biggest issue is the bathroom sink. It was too small to really wash anything bit your hands, and even then it made a mess. The plig in the bathroom did not work, so I had to dry and curl my hair in the bedroom, bit there was no mirror. No end table on one side, so no where to charge their phone and leave a drink. No place to put luggage.... It's a cute place... just needs some convenience additions.

Stayed in the Loft unit (with spiral staircase - not am issue for is, but do consider other unit of mobility impaired) which sleeps 8. In off season (December). Beds were all comfortable, great was great, water was hot, great sheets and linens. Well equipped kitchen. Great space to hang out. Very comfortable.

The decor was really nice and we were very happy with the location. Room was quite small but it had all the basic amenities needed. Would have enjoyed a table and couple of chairs outside the room on the deck to sit outside since there was nowhere in the room to sit other than the beds. Overall a pleasant experience and would stay there again.

Comfortable enough but not luxury, beds decent, no body wash in the dispenser. Plenty of towels and tp in case we needed. Its an old place but updates are satisfactory. The AC unit was unable to dehumidify the air so it always felt damp and that was uncomfortable in the room. Good location. Office/ grab and go food area very nice but not stocked with much for protein for diabetics or low carb eaters. Appreciate the water, coffee, and ice maker to fill our water bottles! Staff is excellent (I happened to meet owner accidentally).

Room had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Arrived at 9:30 pm to find the office unattended, a note on the office door for a number to call. After the third call finically spoke with the owner who gave a code to access by our room to get our door key. Opened the room door to find the bed unmade, dirty towels hanging in the bathroom, and trash still in the bin. Sent pictures via text to owner who offered to change our room, but we weren’t confident the next room would actually be clean. Asked for a refund, owner said it was processed but still waiting for funds to be returned 24 hours later.

Nice and clean except the ceiling in the bathroom had cobwebs and trapped insects. Apparently, the cleaner doesn't look up. Strong smell of deodorizer. Hope you aren't allergic to perfume like smells. Less than half a roll of toilet paper and no back rolls anywhere. No office people were present during the entire stay and texts went unanswered. Nice bed and good air conditioning but for this price this place should have been a lot better.

This was me and my husband's 3rd stay at Coastal Suites, and it is our favorite place to stay when we're in the area. The suite we stay in is spacious, comfortable, and relaxing. The host responded promptly when we sent a message with a question. It's just a short walk to Crystal Lake and there are plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance. We will definitely stay at Coastal Suites every time we travel to the area!
This was me and my husband's 3rd stay at Coastal Suites, and it is our favorite place to stay when we're in the area. The suite we stay in is spacious, comfortable, and relaxing. The host responded promptly when we sent a message with a question. It's just a short walk to Crystal Lake and there are plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance. We will definitely stay at Coastal Suites every time we travel to the area!

Kelly greeted us upon arrival and was courteous and friendly. The continental breakfast remained open most of the day and also open very early morning hours as it was race weekend the next town over. So thoughtful. The fridge, microwave and coffee machine, in our room, was useful. Plenty of towels and extra blankets. A great stay! We will come again!

Loved the property. Our room was super cute. Bed was comfy. Only thing we didnt like was there was no desk staff. Thank god the cleaning ladies were there. They had just finished the room we were staying in. We had a wedding to go to so we needed to check in change and leave. Luckily they were able to tell me what room we were in and the code to get in. I never saw anyone at the desk our whole stay. Kinda werid but luckily it all worked out. We would still stay here again tho. Loved the room and location.

Close to Crystal lake and the cherry hut. This place was a clean pleasant place to stay. Check in was remote. We never saw any staff, even during posted open office hours. It was fine, but unusual.

The property was clean! We stayed in the loft which was super cute. No one to help or assist you on premises. We were locked out of our room one night late for an hour due to keyless entrance malfunction which was very frustrating. The room wasnt ready till an hour after checkin due to housekeepers being behind on cleaning. However the were very kind and helpful for sure. The lobby has all kinds of snacks, kuerig, drinks, bagels & toast. Overall really super adorable little place. Would stay again!

Clean and cute decor. For a suite, a table and two chairs need to be included versus a mini couch at the foot of the bed. TV couldn’t connect to the internet. Bathroom and amenities were nice. Check in staff was super friendly…but no one was around when coffee maker in general breakfast area wasn’t working.

Good location. It is within walking distance to the Crystal lake, about 10 minutes to Crystal Mountain ski, and also close to various local restaurants. The room is very clean and comfortable for the price. Only thing is the complimentary breakfast, no food refill and also one bag of bread is old with some mold.

What a nice place, we basically had the place to ourselves. There was a nice continental breakfast, a very nice kitchen, and you could tell that it was remodeled.

Location was great! The unit was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was very nice! Only 2 small complaints; the 4 pillows were all overstuffed, which made them great for sitting up in bed, but impossible to use for sleep, and the small refrigerator’s compressor made loud noises every few hours.

Room was wonderful; clean and almost brand new in appearance. Continental breakfast was bad. Limited choices of food. They had Keurig coffeemaker that was non-functional, so no coffee. Never saw any staff persons. The office looked like an addition to a hotel room.

This was one of the best places we stayed in the last two weeks. It was well maintained, you could tell the owners cared about the property. It looks newly renovated and it was well done. The owner was quick to respond to a concern that turned out to be us, not the facility. The location is a couple blocks from a local beach. If we are in the area again, we would definitely stay there, again.

We had an upper floor room with two beds and it was well appointed and very clean. The decor in the room appears to have been recently modernized and updated, including paint and the bathroom fixtures, so it seems fresh. The property is advertised as mid-century modern and it might squeak by as that, but the outside could use some updating as well. The room cleaning staff we met were very nice and communication with the management was clear. The self serve breakfast was sufficient to get the day going and the area where served was spotless.
