The locals were friendly and said it was safe to leave our fishing boat at owner’s dock. We went back 2 hrs later to find missing fishing equipment.

4th of July weekend stay to enjoy time with family who live in the area. We arrived before the check in time,we called Pat to see if we could check in early or at least park our car so we could go out on our relatives boat. She was very accommodating to our request and let us check in early. Our room was very clean and the queen size bed very comfortable. The best part was not having to find something to do so room service could clean. Room service is at your request. If you needed anything at all, all you had to do was call or text her. We will return again and if your looking for a nice cabin to stay in I highly recommend Birchwood.

We loved our stay at Birchwood in one of their cabins. It was decorated beautiful in Wolf scenery. The owner was very nice. She even made us popcorn and delivered it to our cabin Saturday night. They also have an outside grill you can cook on and a very nice placed to have a bonfire. Lawn chairs were also provided.

When I pulled up and saw the signs ( not that I’m political) on the property I started to cancel, but when I went in the lady (Pat) was very pleasant and friendly. I end up staying and I must say that my stay was wonderful and very relaxing. I loved that the cabin was very clean and equipped with everything I needed. I’m planning on going back real soon.

Directly from the time I reserved the property owner Pat contacted me via text and immediately made us feel welcomed. Upon arrival we met with Pat who was a pleasure. The property was unbelievably clean and also came with a gift. We will definitely be coming back. Well recommended. Thanks Pat Look forward to our next visit.

What a clean and accommodating property!! We weren’t sure what to expect, but my goodness were we blown away. These cabins are super clean and provide you everything you may need to enjoy your stay, including some extras like a gift for staying there and fresh popped popcorn!! You will not regret booking if you need to stay in the Cadillac area!! Even if you do not share the same “political passions” as the owner, you will be doing yourself a disservice if you book elsewhere!!

I stayed here for a hunting trip with family. The cabin is clean and cozy with comfortable beds and hot shower. It has a mini fridge and coffee maker. I definitely recommend this place and I will be staying here every year. The owner is very friendly too.

The cabins are nice with a rustic look inside, also nice and cozy. We would stay there again if we go back to see family, the cost was reasonable and the host is super nice and take pride in how the experience is. Worth staying there.

It was such a nice cozy little place. Reminded me of past times camping with family while growing up. Pat the owner went out of her way to welcome you. We would stay again. Last time in Cadillac I was about 15 some 59 years ago.

Stayed in one of the smaller cabins, sporting northwoods decor with wolves. Absolutely beautiful cabin, nice home-like feel. Very comfortable. Hostess was sweet, very nice and welcoming.
