The staff was wonderful, helpful and funny. The Grille House restaurant is affordable, friendly, and tastes great! The room was spacious and set up perfectly. The layout in our room was so that nothing had to be on the floor! The Grand Harmony Spa and Masages from Jess were absolutely healing. And, the late night swim was a great wind down from the full day. The late checkout option was totally worth it!! Can’t wait to go back again!!!

Great stay at Casino. It didn't allow dogs. However, they have another motel that allows dogs. It was a fun stay at the casino. However, I didn't play for more than 10 minutes on slots. I was in town for a wedding. Oh, the fitness center didn't offer much for strength training equipment, primarily cardiovascular machines

The place was great, staff were great but we were on one of the top floors and the elevator broke so we had to use the housekeeping elevator so we went from two elevators to one.

Exceptional front desk personnel - very friendly and helpful with suggestions for kid-friendly activities. The pool is large and clean - plenty of towels and seating. Love that we were able to visit the other properties to utilize their amenities as well (basketball, shuffleboard, multiple pools, etc). Great experience!

It was ok until I found hair in the drain of the shower and hair all over the shampoo conditioner and body wash that’s on the wall in the shower area and that lets me know that there’s not a lot of cleaning going into that area so I was disgusted

Original room windowsill had many dead Asian stink bugs. The shower curtain liner was dirty.when notified, staff immediately gave us a new room and apologized for our discomfort.

The poillows were dirty. Someone left a monster energy drink inside of the pillow so we weren’t sure if they even checked the bed. When we called down the unfriendly front desk people wouldn’t answer the phones. There were spill marks on the bathroom floor

The 1st room I received I had to be moved to another room because it was dirty the couch wasn’t wiped clean had liquids all over it bathroom had hair in the shower drain mirrors In the room was dirty had finger prints and smudges all on them the bed headboard had finger prints and was dirty and I wasn’t gonna stay in there then the 2nd room had a stinky smell coming out of the carpet smelling like feet carpet needs to be clean asap was disappointed with this stay didn’t enjoy the room for all the money it cost house keeping could at least use carpet fresheners while vacuuming the floor it would make a big difference and take there time to clean the rooms properly there renting out filthy rooms at a high cost very disappointed

Had fun at casino. I am handicapped so can't walk to far. I was put in room on end of hotel far from casino. Furniture in room was dusty. Parking lot out side made sleeping difficult due to noise of vehicles coming and going.

Clean, well maintained. The room was nice, accommodating, modern. What we didnt like, the rooms are not very insulated for noise. Hear conversations, tv and music as if you were in the same room. Especially annoying at 2am.

So it's quiet until you have a family outside your door at 11:49 pm. Screaming then crying. They did leave until I got up and told them people were trying to sleep. Very rude. Tv in room didn't work. Attempted everything to get channels but was no use. Love shower soap, shampoo and conditioner available in pumps. Fridge worked great. Ice machine on floor didn't work and hasn't since April 24. Said on sign. Was good to sleep on beds.

The room was very clean and comfortable. All front desk and rewards desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was a nice cool temp when I arrived. The only thing was service at the main bar (I think the 777 bar) was very slow.

Horrible stay! Room next to us was so noisy ( party) call Dawn to the front desk five times. They did nothing about it. The last time I called down, they came up to my room knocked on my door and told me I was harassing the staff and stop harassing the staff. They didn’t absolutely nothing. The noise started at 1:15 in the morning and continued until 5:30 AM. Absolutely ridiculous. I would never ever stay in that property again horrible.!!!

I’ve never been one to leave a negative review, but my experience with this place warrants one. The front desk staff at this hotel ALL have extremely poor customer service skills. I’m not sure if there is just a lack of quality candidates to hire in this area or what, but this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with staff. The employee who checked me in only spoke maybe 5 words to me, and never gave me the usual expected run down of the property/amenities, etc until I asked her to do so. Later on, I went down to the desk to ask a different employee if they had any plastic silverware. This person, a short heavy set woman with a salt and pepper crew cut was very short and put off by my request. After she gave me a set of instructions on where to walk through the casino to find the plastic silverware, I asked her to repeat the instructions and that was all it took. She got a major attitude, huffed and puffed, eye rolled, and then openly complained to her coworker about my apparent ridiculous request. I then told the employee that I “hope you have a better night young lady” and walked away. Other than that, the room was nice and clean. Also, I want to mention The Grill House restaurant was AMAZING with excellent food and service. However, my family and I will never return to this hotel.

Parking was easy to find, and the property offers a few dining options, a gift shop, and a convenience store. Check-in was straightforward, but the front desk staff didn’t provide any directions to our room after we checked in. Unfortunately, the walls are extremely thin, so we could hear everything, including our neighbor’s loud snoring throughout the night. Our room was on the first floor near the elevator, which meant we also heard everyone walking by and talking. When we called the front desk around midnight to request earplugs or a white noise machine, neither was available. To make matters worse, the staff member who answered the phone sounded irritated, as if we were interrupting something, especially during our second call.

Check-in was anything but easy. The hotel is in one corner of a vast, sprawling complex of buildings (casinos, restaurants) but the signage in the lots didn't really direct me to the hotel. I found a place to part about a city block from the entrance, which turned out to be the way into the casino. One of the guards, who was very helpful and understanding, took me outside to point me toward the hotel so I walked the several hundred yards back to my car to drive to the hotel building (parking for which wasn't particularly close to the check-in desk).

Was an enjoyable stay. Even though we have to drive to Black bear casino for a delicious crab buffet 😋 since there's not much in the food court if you call it that. The hotel room was clean and comphy. The staff was very friendly.

We found it hard to find the hotel parking ( no signs). Ended up bringing our luggage into the casino. Also couldn't find the restaurant we were looking for ( signs led us no where for 20 mins). Had to walk through the smoking section to get to restaurant. Overall friendly staff and nice updated clean facility.

Although the people working in the kitchens were working so so hard the quality of the food was just not there. Seamed it was not made with love if you know what that means, just pump the stuff out and go home kinda thing. Id give it 5 star if it wasn't for the food being served

Very nice stay at the Grand Casino hotel (when in town for a family funeral). The rooms were nicely renovated with good bath products. Was a bit difficult to get into one of the restaurants, but once we did, it was delicious and excellent service.

The hotel was great, the casino was normal. If you want to eat, they have very few options. Almost ALL of their restaurants are closed. On a weekend???? We tried to eat breakfast at the diner. They wouldn’t seat amymore people (there were at least 20 open tables and maybe 10 occupied) because they didn’t have enough staff. As the ONLY open restaurant, we werent eating breakfast unless we went elsewhere. Which we did and will continue to. Himkley used to be a fun overnight stay. Never again (we had 2 rooms and none of use will return)

The check in and out process was smooth i like the text updates. One thing I did not like was no dining options on thursday the diner was closed as well as the bar. We were so hungry and only the snack part was open

Room was very nice and clean, but the beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. The casino was clean and best of all smoke free. There was a smoking section for those that had to smoke. We ate at the Wind Steakhouse and it was excellent. It was a fun getaway.
