Hotellet er en blanding av familie og partyhotell og det er trist å se foreldre som fester til langt på natt med små barn sovende på fanget. Bassengområdet er fint og “åpner” kl. 8, men du må være på plass før 8 og holde av solsenger om du skal få det. Første dagen fikk vi ikke solseng, og det var kjipt å se familier holdt av solsenger fra morgenen av og først dukket opp kl. 14.30. I perioder var det folk på kanskje 30% av solsengene, men alle var opptatt. Hotellet ser ikke ut til å bry seg om dette. I tillegg var det tydelig av familier av tilsatte som jobbet ved bassengområdet (som jeg antar ikke bodde på hotellet da de ikke hadde armbånd) kapret mange av de “beste” solsengene. Friendly and helpful staff, Julian delivered exceptional customer service/leadership skills, he is the man to go to with any queries or enquiries. We Loved the indoor pool, jacuzzi and spa services. Large variety of buffet style meals, but my family preferred the a la carte dinner meals. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

The hotel itself was amazing. The experience with the front desk lobby was not. The staff was not friendly, nor pleasant and unorganized. It felt like a bother when I asked simple questions. There is no 24 lobby service either. Lights were out by midnight. A shortage of beach towels happened on a daily. My bedroom linen had stains on them. The towels also had stains on them. I do recommend the scrub massage and 50 min massage super cheap. It cost about $30-40 US dollars. Food is also super cheap outside of the hotel and they serve large portions. After 7pm vendors are out selling beautiful jewelry and other gifts worth buying.

Meget stort all-inklusive-hotel med begrænset kapacitet ved poolen. Morgenmad reelt kaos med virkelig mange mennesker og mad uden den store kvalitet - omend i stort udvalg. Vi havde en fantastisk og stor balkon mod havet men underholdningen/musikken fra både hotellet og nærliggende barer er så høj, at den reelt først kan bruges efter midnat - eller i løbet af dagen (hvor det var for varmt til at være der med omkring 37 grader i vores ferie i start juli).

There was poor transport link, no public transport. The taxi charges about 40euro to go to Tirana city. The room was nice we had a sea view but the other side was supposed to be pool view but the pool was empty and under renovations. There was hardly WI-FI in the rooms, you had to go downstairs to be able to have a good connection. the streets surrounding the hotel looks like a deserted and abandoned places , old unused buildings, some under renovations. The food from the restaurant was always cold even if you go early.

Ich fange mal ganz positive an.und das war unser Deluxe Zimmer mit super Meerblick und jakuzi was wir gar nicht wussten.Unser Zimmer wurde im 6.Stock hervorragend täglich geputzt.Zum negativen war die bedienung.so schlechte Bedienung habe ich nicht oft gesehen wo wir schon überall waren.Und das Essen jeden Tag das gleiche und geschmacklich hatte man nach 3 Tagen keine Lust mehr drauf.Wir hatten Gott sei Dank nur mit Frühstück.In großen und ganzen für 1 mal fafa gut um es erlebt zu haben aber leider für uns nicht mehr dort nochmal zu buchen
