Good location, nice view, great welcoming staff. The only thing can complain is their elevator, very user unfriendly, there’s no indicator light showing which elevator arrived, inside the elevator the buttons are only on one side, and the doors have no light sensors, still mechanical sensors stopping the door closing after it hit something, quite unacceptable in this day and age for a hotel.

週末金曜日から3日間宿泊しましたが、土曜日の夜の車による騒音は結構うるさかったです。敏感な方はご注意必要です。部屋の向きにもよりそうですが…. クラブラウンジは営業時間が短くなっており午後からの営業で夜9時にはクローズします。朝食はレストランで頂けて、種類も豊富で大満足です。ラウンジのアルコール類はスパークリング系のワインはありませんでした。フィットネスジムは朝日が気持ち良く(7月宿泊)、ハーバービューを楽しめます。プールもコンパクトですが気持ち良く、サウナは2種類あり(ドライとミスト系)狭いブースですが満足でした。ルーフトップバーもイイ感じで、ハッピーアワー時は飲み物が半額になります。地下鉄駅も近く、フェリー乗り場までも徒歩1〜2分で対岸側にも行けます。ホテル周辺は香港らしい地元の食材市場や商店街があり楽しめました。

1st, the staff r very helpful. Absolutely no complain. 2nd, the toilet sometime have very bad odor. The toilet just finished cleaning. 3rd. The lift is the worst experience. I pressed my floor, i saw the light is on fixed, then it switched off, i pressed again and off again. It turn off by itself!

Reservamos la mejor habitación del hotel y quedamos un poco decepcionados. Un armario pequeñísimo con dos baldas y ni un cajón en toda la habitación que también es un poco pequeña. Con una maleta cada uno, ya que veníamos 12 días, no teníamos donde poner nada. Las habitaciones Deluxe tienen muy buenas vistas pero la torre Este las tiene mucho mejores que la Oeste por el mismo precio. Pagamos muchísimo más que una habitación normal y habiendo visto las dos, no merecía la pena. La piscina es muy muy pequeña y con escasamente 10 tumbonas así que raramente encontramos una libre. El gimnasio no parece tener aire acondicionado así que es difícil hacer mucho. El personal es muy amable y el Club Lounge aunque, de nuevo, muy pequeño para la cantidad de gente, está bien. Pero lo cierto es que no volvería a este hotel.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location close to transport. Great views of Victoria Harbour. Enjoyed lunch at the cruise bar, both food and services was excellent. Room was clean, spacious, housekeeping did an amazing job cleaning.

The hotel location is good, very convenient. It is clean and service is good. The room has Harbour view which is very nice. The only thing I find it odd and actually don’t like is the bath towel seems to have smell. Unfortunately it was very late at night I wasn’t able to address it. Overall I would stay there again.

I had stayed here in December 2019, and was pleasantly surprised that the hotel did not age visibly by December 2025. Service was very good. Housekeeping staff was very efficient and nice. Our high floor room with 2 double beds was spacious and comfortable. Only constructive feedback is that, if the hotel changed towels only every 3 days, there should be a place to hang towels so that they can dry properly between uses - the 2 hooks in the bathroom were insufficient for this purpose.

The rooms were ok but on the smaller side. We did get a nice view of the bay, and club lounge access. By getting lounge access, we were able to check in in the lounge and grab a few meals and drinks at numerous times during our stay. Our hostess checked us in and sent a bottle of wine to our room for me and my partner to enjoy. The lounge options were lacking, but it wasn’t bad. The staff was friendly but this area of HK is kind of rough? Please have some HKD if you plan to go to any of the local shops or restaurants as none of them take international credit cards, and many of the wait staff can be quite rude when you ask. Luckily this hotel will exchange currency for you, but expect airport exchange rates and they only take larger bills. The shops at the ground floors do get locked up at night so if you take the elevator down there, you might have to find the openings to get out.

The check in staff was really helpful and let us checked in early. All the other staff were courteous and helpful too. The room space was tight. There was no space to open up our luggage. We only managed because it was only a one night’s stay. The location is also not desirable. It’s right across the market. We had a room on the 29th floor facing the harbour but could still here the traffic at night.

We stayed in a corner room with an amazing harbor view, and the bathroom had many well-designed details. Before our trip, the hotel thoughtfully informed us about the bed sizes and also let us know that the extra beds were fully booked. They were concerned that it might be uncomfortable for us to sleep since we were two adults and two children. However, during check-in on the day of arrival, we reached the hotel at 2:30 PM and were told that the room would be ready around 3:00 PM. We went out to buy something and came back at 3:20 PM, only to be told that housekeeping had not finished and we would need to wait another 20 minutes. They gave us four drink vouchers while we waited. After the 20 minutes passed, they told us it would take another 5 minutes. The staff were very polite and kept apologizing. Still, the hotel may need to consider assigning more housekeeping staff. Check-in is officially at 3:00 PM, yet we had to wait more than 40 minutes beyond that, which is not what you would expect from a five-star hotel. Also, after waiting so long, we were given a room on a very low floor, which was a bit disappointing.

Overall amazing. Peyton – who works there on Fridays and Sundays – greeted me at the door with a smile each and every time, even helped me out when I was 10 HKD short for the taxi ride. He is a standout. Can’t wait to be back in Hong Kong, and especially at Hyatt Centric. A stay to remember, as with Typhoon Ragasa raging outside.

We stayed at the Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour in Hong Kong. It is a beautiful hotel with great restaurants and an amazing view of the harbour. The staff were particularly outstanding. When we were checking in, we'l mentioned to the reception agent Cody that it was my birthday, and he sent a gift bag, cake, and wine. Cody gave us remarkable service.

The hotel is just one block from the MTR North Point station, making it very convenient for our sightseeing trips. The room was surprisingly spacious compared with other hotels of the same grade in Hong Kong, and we even had a partial harbor view. While there were no drawers, the closet offered plenty of space for our belongings. The staff were courteous and helpful, greeting guests warmly as they approached the entrance every day. Although the hotel isn’t located in the popular Tsim Sha Tsui area, its close proximity to the MTR more than makes up for it. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Very limited dinning options except for the rooftop restaurant Cruise. The Farmhouse is a cattle feed. Small, crowded, and limited hour service, always a long line. A 5 star hotel, should offer continuous dining service and the room service. If you want something to eat approximately between 10:30am and lunch, or between 3 and 6pm, you are out of luch. The Cruise rooftop was taken by a wedding party on a Friday all day, so no bar option was left for the guests. No bar on a Friday night in a Hong Kong 5 star hotel!!! You be the judge!

Can’t fault this Hotel. The staff were exceptional and the room was lovely with great views over the water . It was positioned in a spot that was central to all public transport including the ferry which was in the doorstep. . My only point of improvement was the hotel restaurant Cruise. The food choice was limited. . I’d suggest having more options . Saying that I’d definitely return to the hotel and would highly rate it .

What a brilliant hotel. Great location on HK Island. Close to a metro station. The hotel itself is clean modern with great facilities. The food in all the restaurants was excellent.
