Very nice hotel. Clean and modern. Located in an industrial park. Great location to nearby Monash University. They have a curbside lift for luggage. Check in was fast. Staff were nice. The Expedia site says pay indoor parking and some spots to park in front of building. That means exactly 5 spots and 2 handicapped. So really it means pay parking inside their ramp. So not really clear description. Would recommend.

Spacious, well fitted out one bedroom apartment. Full kitchen, washer & dryer, In a business park, so it's in a quiet and safe area. I don't like that they charge guests $20 for parking when it's in a suburban area. Their excuse is "We have limited parking"... My point is: Let your guests have free parking. If it's full, then those guests need to park outside of the property. I also did not like that they charged $45 to set up the sofa bed. We did not add an extra person, we just wanted to have one person stay in the bedroom and the other in the living room - as I was traveling with my disability client. Lovely property, but I feel like they "up charge" you for any little thing they can.

Cleanliness was definitely not up to scratch - there was what looked to be left over spit/blood from previous people left to dry in bathroom sink, bathroom door latch wasn’t working so couldn’t close the door properly. Toaster still had crumbs left in it. Freezer had a sticky substance left in it. Fridge was dirty. Check in was smooth and receptionist was lovely - nice room other than cleanliness, so disappointed about that. We were also charged $30 for 2 nights parking, which I didn’t expect unfortunately, we would’ve just avoided underground parking had we known.

Stayed in a one bedroom apartment. Very clean and large. Staff are friendly. They contacted me before I arrived to discuss arrival time. Bed was a little uncomfortable, mainly because the king bed is two king singles pushed together so there is a bit of a dip in the middle, however that was a minor problem. The cafe at the end of the street does an awesome breakfast. Would stay again.

We booked the two bedroom which came with in-suite washer and dryer. Very spacious rooms, living room and area with a balcony. If I really had to nitpick on one thing, it would be to provide larger floor towels. Other than that, this place is perfect. Less than 15 minutes to Chadstone shopping and 5 minutes to Coles for your grocery runs. We loved cooking in the room! Cookware and cooking utensils were so clean. Staff were always so helpful and friendly.

Originally booked a studio room because the listing stated that the room had an oven. Once I had booked, received some very rude correspondence via email to say that the room did not have an oven, and I would need to pay more to upgrade to a room that did. After questioning the listing of 'oven' in the description of the room - I was rudely told that they had no control over the listing (however funnily enough it has since been amended). No offer to rectify the situation, besides ME having to pay more. Did not appreciate the poor attitude over email, when it was clearly their mistake in listing the information. Other than that, the staff we dealt with at the hotel were great, and it wasn't too bad a place to stay. Nothing flash, but ok for the price point.

This hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's a short walk to a couple of cafes, and a 10-15 minute walk to The Nott Hotel, which is a mediocre place for dinner. I would definitely and happily stay here again.
