Long Point Vineyard & Art Gallery and Mid North Coast Maritime Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Port Macquarie Golf Course and WildNets Adventure Park Cowarra. Macquarie Nature Reserve and Port Macquarie Astronomical Association Observatory are also worth visiting. With surfing/body boarding, fishing, and swimming nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
