Cubo's Villa Marieli Chilches

Extremely disappointed with this property. The reality did not match the images shown - there were many areas that needed repair and the standard was poor. The walls in the front room had holes in where the plaster was falling off, the handrail was not attached properly and was dangerous and the outside area was in a bad state. The only great thing was the pool.The villa is very overpriced for what it is.We were not able to use the outside BBQ as it didn’t work and even if it did, it was filthy.We had an issue with the electric suddenly going off one evening and it took in excess of an hour for the host to reply to my messages. We had a disabled baby with us who needed to keep meds cool and despite knowing this information, the response was as incredibly slow and very distressing for my son and daughter-in-law.VRBO should, in my opinion, confirm the accuracy of the images shown so that customers can made an informed choice. This was blatantly misleading information in the site.

We stayed with a group of 6, the communication with owners was great and they came out to rectify an issue with the hot water promptly. The Villa is really well equipped with everything you need. As described in other reviews there are some light maintenance issues that if completed could put the villa to a 5/5. Location is quiet however bus route takes you quickly into more lively locations. We had a great time :)

Nice villa, generally had a lovely time. Car recommended for location as not too much on doorstep! Property could use a little maintenence but nothing we couldnt live with. Cash deposit is the main annoyance!

L’extérieur de la maison est vraiment géniale, une grande piscine avec terrasse et une cuisine extérieure très bien entretenue. Cependant l’intérieur laisse à désirer… Nous avions à peine assez de verres pour 10personnes, quand nous sommes arrivés on nous a informé que la climatisation du séjour était en panne et qu’un technicien allait intervenir mais durant les deux semaines personne n’est venu et c’est assez compliqué d’avoir 40degres dans une maison avec un bébé.. Les draps n’étaient pas propre, il y avait plein de taches, les serviettes de bain non plus, et les coussins pour chaises longues en très mauvais état. Bref les photos sont très trompeuse. La maison a du potentiel mais un très gros manque d’entretien général.

the girls had a great time. enjoyed the large pool and shaded terrace in the heat. easy walk to local town to catch bur to Málaga and beyond. good local restaurant.
