Everything was great minus the pool, it was soaked in chlorine which ruined our bathing suits but you can see all the dirt on the edges of the pool it hasn’t been cleaned in ages! But the rest of the hotel was perfect no issues at all rooms and bathrooms were clean. Breakfast buffet was great as well different variety.

Everything was excellent great staff very informative and friendly breakfast was amazing different options everyday. Only one problem with my visit we did not get to use the pool as we think it needs to be renovate as the floor is scratched and has stains of oxidation. Otherwise I will reccommended 100%.

I was really disappointed because the jet pool was very dirty. There was dirt grim on the walls. I didn't realize it when I first came in because I came in took a shower and left. I got back to the hotel and went back to sleep. It was around 8 am that I went to use the jet pool. I didn't call front desk because it was almost time to check out.

Everything about this hotel was great, check-in was quick and easy, they even put out fresh baked cookies! The breakfast was really good with lots of different options and it was offered until 10am. The gym was really well setup and had nice equipment. The room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Overall we had a great stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was our only negative experience. There was a swim instructor teaching very young children, so lots of screaming/crying. Another day the pool was filled with many chunks of long hair and visible dirt on the bottom

Room was dirty. Bathroom was especially dirty with multiple pubic hairs on the sink counter. There was also a pubic hair stuck to the lotion dispenser. Baseboards and floor corners were very dusty. Breakfast was good. I can’t help but wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen.

It was just adequate. There were stains everywhere on the walls; the yellow stain behind the toilet was especially disturbing. There was also yellow stains where the tissue box was like the counter had never been wiped. Luckily no stains on the towels or bed sheets. It also got loud late at night with people yelling and playing loud music.

It was easy to find and had great access to the places we had to go to. There was hair in the barhroom on the towels and in the tub. Also the ironong board was broken. The batheoom had a few condtion issues as well.

Overall, my family and I had a pleasant experience. The property was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating, had a conveniently located pet waste station with some green area for our pet, rooms were comfortable and quiet, and daily breakfast was a hit. This was a great family friendly hotel if you're looking for quiet and simple stays. We definitely enjoyed ourselves.

My one night stay at this hotel was fantastic. Check in/out was very easy via the app. The room was very spacious. There were many options for breakfast( eggs, oatmeal, pancakes, waffles, etc) and the staff was very friendly. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Proximity to the highway means some rooms may pick up car noise, but not all. Mine was closer and I could hear it, though it didn't bother me much as I'm used to it. If you prefer a quieter spot, request a room in advance. The room had a clean scent and new furniture, but I did find black hair on my towels, which was disappointing. Can't give it 5 stars. The pool was warm and breakfast was okay. Considering the price, it's worth it. Would stay again if needed.

This was another disappointment. Over priced for the food offer as breakfast. Same everyday. And those powdered eggs were unpleasant . The front desk people were ok. The female at front desk woman was unprofessional when extending my stay. I went to get keys updated and she was rude. What is wrong with people? Acted as if I was trying to avoid paying for the extra night ? Smh I stayed 6 nights. And on top of that this was a trip for funeral. Not Happy. Construction in front of hotel. Detour signs confusing and annoying. Only place to eat at Marriot across street. Bonefish grill. Expensive too.

We were greeted with fresh hot cookies in the lobby and Jen was a delight during check-in. She made sure our rooms were close together as we had requested since we were traveling together. Later in the evening we asked for a couple glasses to share some champagne and she found some for us! Breakfast in the morning exceeded our expectations, lots of fresh choices ( 6 hot options) waffles, breads, cakes, muffins, cereal..anything you could want. Housekeeping was very friendly also, I asked for a bag for our dirty clothes and she gladly gave me one. In spite of the construction going on right next to the hotel our rooms were very quiet and nicely appointed. A great end to our trip..and thank you Jen!

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past, but the staff went well beyond previous trips. The desk staff in the early hours were excellent on two ocassions, notably coming through with a unique request on my final day. I am especially grateful for the hotel coming through to assist me.

We were impressed with our stay. Our room was clean and spacious and the breakfast offerings were numerous and appealing. The staff assisted us with any needs in a prompt and professional manner. Access to the hotel is a little tricky due to the one-way streets, myriad highway entrances/exits, and some construction - but our maps navigated us accurately.

The breakfast was gone by 9:30 and the lady who runs it is extremely rude about it. The hotel itself is fine, but it’s loud in the rooms and you can hear the freeway noises.

Overall my stay was good, however, I went down for coffee three times and the coffee was cold that's complimentary in the lobby area. The bathroom walls were dirty. Had dirt all over them. Outside of that everything was great.

Formulaic chain hotel with giant TV blaring in the lobby and large breakfast buffet with all factory food. Typical Hampton experience but poured out of a tired and now grim mold. Watery coffee masquerading as gourmet, etc. Staff is always terrific.
