Excellent location directly above Shibuya station. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good amenities e.g. a room for heating and eating food, however for this size of hotel there are far too few laundry machines, they were always busy. Room spacious (by Japan standards) and very clean. Breakfast fairly expensive, but with a good range of (both Japanese and western) food.

Excellent hotel with wonderful rooms even they were a little on the smaller side. I really appreciated the various “meisters” (communal rooms including a fitness room and one with some pod dispensers). There was a complimentary drink every night while we were there in their cute little bar area although weirdly the bar closed at 18:00 hours.

An incredibly convenient hotel in the heart of Shibuya! I really enjoyed the amenities bar that had face masks and it became a little ritual at the end of my day to have. One minor nit, for a hotel of this size I would've expected more laundry machines. I stayed up til 1AM to get my laundry done and it really impacted my workday the next day. Otherwise, a great hotel with wonderful amenities and location!

Incredible hotel, perfect location, the front desk staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helped me with my luggage transfer to Kyoto as well as shipping a lost item to me at my next destination. The laundry facility was super convenient for my long trip, too. I have already booked another stay here for my next trip in Tokyo.

Our third stay at this property and still highly recommend it! Would love to see them upgrade their gym as it's very basic but other than that the location is perfect and the hotel is very clean and the staff are always quite friendly.

Location close to everything, metro ,train , shop, Rooms : small but pretty functional Contemporary design Amenity : plenty ( in room or in lobby ) Facility like room for eating ( microwave , kettle , napskin … ) Paid Laundry is fantastic ( washing and drying in the same machine so you don t have to come back twice to take out your clothes and put it in the dryer , soap is provided) Room service and anything you required will be deliver by a robot ! Staff very polite and helpful Love this hotel

Amazing location. Helpful staff. Clean and well-kept. I’ve see other reviews commenting on room noise from other rooms but I’ve stayed here a total of 8+ nights across two visits and it’s never been an issue for me. So maybe it varies. Laundry room on the 11th floor is a nice amenity, though it gets crowded. I really like this hotel and plan to stay here again on my next visit. You can’t beat the location.

We stayed in the Superior Corner Twin room. This room has panoramic views of the city. The room was clean and felt new. I only give 4 stars for cleanliness due to the lack of maintenance on the grout lines of the tile in the shower. Some grout lines had black and red mold. This could have been easily scrubbed off if proper cleaning attempts were made. The lighting in the room took some getting use make sure you read the information they provide during checking regarding how to use the lights. I liked the properties amenities such as the laundry area and food area where you heat up food and sit down to eat. The breakfast at the facility is a little expensive but I recommend you try it. It is buffet style with different protein options, fruits, bread, and drinks. The staff at the Hotel are polite and helpful. The property is located near a lot of restaurants and shopping. You can walk to Shibuya sky, Shibuya Tokyu food show, pass through the famous Shibuya scramble, stop by numerous claw machine and capsule arcades. My favorite area to visit was Takeshita street, there are lots of unique shops and cafes. The Meiji jingu shrine is a 28 minute walk from the hotel. I recommend the hotel to those that like trying different restaurants and enjoy being out at night and do not mind being around large crowds.

시부야역에서 가까운 거리여서 이동하기 편하고 시부야 스트림 1-3층이 식당가여서 가까운 곳에서 식사하기도 편리합니다. 11층에 투숙했는데 층마다 정수기가 있고 13층에는 편의점에서 사 온 음식을먹을수 있는 식탁과 전자레인지 등이 있어서 편리하게 이용했습니다. 객실 2개를 2박 사용하였는데 커넥팅 룸은 없지만 같이 붙어있는 객실을 미리 안내해주고 배정해준 점을 좋았습니다. 다만 객실 창문을 열 수 가 없어서 환기가 잘 안되었고 먼지가 좀 있어서 먼지 알러지가 있는 아이가 가려움증이 생겨 좀 힘들었습니다. 공기 청정기가 각 방에 있었지만 사용하라고 안내 해 주지 않아서 첫날에는 사용하지 못하고 있다가 둘째날에 발견하여 사용하였던 점이 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 체크인, 체크아웃 시에 직원분이 엄청 친절하지는 않았지만 대체로 잘 응대해 주었습니다. 조식은 가격에 비해 음식 수가 많지는 않았고 에그스크램블, 서니사이드업은 추가 비용이 있어서 아쉬웠지만 음식을 먹을 만 했습니다. 몇 가지 아쉬운 점이 있지만 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙박이었고 다음에 도쿄 방문하고 시부야에 머무르게 된다면 다시 이용해 보고 싶은 숙소였습니다.

At $130,000 Yen a night ($6581 hkd, or $840 usd), this hotel is absolutely a rip off due to how “start-up” and lack of professional hotel experience they have. Firstly, the rooms are incredibly tiny. The Standard double bed room I originally booked was only 220-240sq/ft (first video), and that was already close to $80,000 Yen. It was so small that I upgraded to the 2nd biggest room they have at $130,000/night, which is only $420-440 sq/ft. Even for this premium pricing, the room was highly inadequate. Severely flawed designs, such as: - no hanger for bathroom towels after the shower in bathroom - no work area; electric plug in odd locations - very rough bathroom set-up - poor user experience in both hotel rooms. Feels like they rushed the opening of this hotel like a pop-up. My blankets and bedsheets for the 2 beds smelled like sweat from the previous guests upon check-in. The next day, i put up the room service sign, and went downstairs to the reception to complain about the the bedsheets and blanket. After the housekeepers changed it, I realized the housekeepers didnt do anything else— no changing of towel, no refilling of water/coffee, emptying of trash, absolutely nothing. Overall the service is at this hotel is just as bad as the room design. Every complaint or issued raised is followed by doubt and further questioning of whether it was the guests' fault or not. Even before the check-in, it was very difficult reaching the hotel reception. No responses.

Very close by to the station and shopping area. The restaurant on the 2nd. Floor and 3rd. Floor is very good. We were not told we can get discount as the hotel customer and we only found out at the last day. I saw most of my transactions shows Stream Hotel which are our dinner and lunch transactions. So technically the hotel own those restaurants. The carpet in the room seems dirty and needs to be washed.

Amazing location, integrated with the station on a cozy side of it, full of restaurants in the integrated area, also integrated with the Shibuya Scramble Square building. Very clean and well appointed rooms. Great breakfast and service.

The hotel is located in a very practical location, it has good connections to many places in Tokyo and it’s easy to walk around in Shibuya area from the hotel. It is directly connected to the Shibuya station. Excellent location for first timers in Tokyo! Breakfast offered several options also for vegetarians and the omelets were very delicious. Amazings views from the room, we had views to Tokyo Tower. Room was also spacious in Tokyo standard. In general, the hotel was very clean and fresh.

Location is awesome, close to most train lines or easy to transfer to and fro. Spacious room by Tokyo standard, and nice to have bath tub provided with bath salt for a soak after lots of walking everyday. Staff speaks good English so communication is easy. I like the air deodorant/alcoholic spray for room and smelly clothes after a day of summer walking, very useful. Air conditioning is actually good, quiet and also responsive for even one degree Celsius change at the wall control, which I like a lot.

Such a nice hotel! Everything was very clean and comfortable and location was perfect. Rooms were quiet. Nespresso machine and aluminum water bottles were a nice touch. Service was top notch, we had a super early checkout to get to the airport and they ordered us a taxi and actually walked us to the taxi.

Staff was great, room was spacious and clean. Location is excellent for Shibuya and Harajuku, as well as Shinjuku and Nakano, etc. Only complaint is “corner room with wraparound view” was blocked by structural beams. The result was one regular window and a tiny sliver of a window unless you squeeze behind the huge colum qhich otherwise blocks the corner window. The result was one regular window and a tiny sliver of a window unless you squeeze behind the huge colum qhich otherwise blocks the corner window. The best location. However, the rooms were very small! One side of the double bed is against the wall and if two people are staying, beware, there are no drawers in the room. You need to hang all your clothes and keep the rest in your luggage. Friendly service and clean. The good outweigh the bad.

Lobby on the fourth floor, and hotel rooms starting on 9th floor assure you’re high enough to avoid the noise from the nearby train station and shops in the lower levels that quite honestly, weren’t that loud anyway. There is an entrance to the train station on the 3rd level which is super convenient! The room is spacious compared to comparable hotels in the area, overall would definitely stay here again!

The staff were great. The rooms were too small for more thsn a one night stay. Most importantly, there absolutely no drawer space. You couldn’t even partially unpack. Remove the refrigerator and tea service and add drawers.

I stayed for five nights after extensive research for my honeymoon. I found this hotel and thought it would be a good choice. The rooms were extremely small, barely enough space to open my suitcase. I went down to the lobby and paid extra for an upgrade. This room was barely adequate, but it had to do. The next day, I overheard another guest asking for a towel at the lobby, but since he hadn't left a note on his door requesting cleaning, the receptionist said it wasn't possible. The day before I was to check out, I asked if I could leave my large suitcases while I traveled to Kyoto. She said it was fine. The next day, I checked out and tried to leave my suitcases as agreed. Super convenient and excellent location. Size of room was good for a city like Tokyo. Aircon in lobby could be better especially in the middle of August. It was really very stuffy. Staff was a weird mix, Japanese staff were generally very friendly and helpful. However , there were some other staff that did not smile or were not helpful. Location is excellent. Easy access to scramble cross within 10 mins walk. Also hotel just located in the Shibuya JR exit which makes convenient to everywhere. It also has self laundry facility which is a plus to long stay travellers. Room is spacious, modern and very clean. However, front desk service is not as standard as traditional 4 stars hotel. Check-in using the self check-in machine, and some front desk staff are not good at English as well. Other than that, it is a great hotel for stay.

The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Shibuya, just a block from the famous Scramble Crossing and directly connected to Shibuya Sky. Excellent hotel with wonderful rooms even they were a little on the smaller side. I really appreciated the various “meisters” (communal rooms including a fitness room and one with some pod dispensers). There was a complimentary drink every night while we were there in their cute little bar area although weirdly the bar closed at 18:00 hours.

The hotel was nice and spacious. The staff was welcoming and friendly and spike English. The restaurant, Torrent, had really delicious food, I loved their course menu. They had options of 5000 yen and 8000 yen. The location was also great becuase it was within walking sistance to Shibuya station and had many rsataurants around it.

I loved staying at the stream hotel. It was very clean. Staff was attentive and kind. We brought breakfast with our stay and it was great. It was a breakfast buffet with western kind of food.
