Very old property and need a lot of maintenance,very untidy, unable to get refund and no cleaning included. We got an entirely different room than what was advertised after we made a compliant we were upgraded to another average room with side view but not exactly what was advertised.

Needs daily cleaning especially emptying the bins in the room. No lift so it was difficult to carry luggages to the third floor. Very limited time opening with reception. You need to be in Bossonet before 7:45 pm to catch the last village bus back to the hotel if you are in the village. They serve good food options at a very reasonable price.

Bonjour, Il était précisé que les arrivées devaient s’effectuer avant 19h et qu’en cas d’arrivée tardive, il convenait de contacter directement l’hôtelier. J’ai donc tenté de le joindre à de très nombreuses reprises par téléphone, sans jamais obtenir de réponse. J’ai également contacté la centrale de réservation de l’enseigne, qui m’a indiqué que seul l’hôtelier sur place pouvait gérer mon arrivée tardive. Enfin, j’ai envoyé un message via le site afin de trouver une solution, là encore sans aucune réponse. J’ai donc effectué toutes les démarches qui m’étaient demandées pour signaler mon arrivée tardive. L’absence totale de réponse de l’établissement m’a néanmoins empêchée d’accéder au logement et d’y passer la nuit comme prévu. Dans ces conditions, je vous demande le remboursement intégral de cette réservation, la prestation réservée n’ayant pu être réalisée en raison de l’impossibilité de joindre l’établissement. Je vous remercie de bien vouloir procéder à ce remboursement dans les meilleurs délais et de me confirmer sa prise en compte. Bonne journée
