Stay was awesome! The staff was very helpful and friendly! A bit of construction happening but they are expanding so it’s understandable. There was a continental breakfast even though it wasn’t listed! Only downside was the parking in front of the rooms was a very tight fit if trucks parked there. The parking places were not very long.

Everything was good. 3 min walk from the beach. Swimming pool was well kept. Only thing was the limited parking by our room and construction going on during our stay.

Excellent location as you can just walk out to the beach. Outdoor pool was pretty good too could use a little bit more landscaping around it. They were in the middle of construction of the lobby, so the continental breakfast was a little hurting. But we got a good price on the room in overall pleased, they were very nicely renovated. Don't think I've seen a room with such good lighting.

The parking is not great. Guests park their cars there then turn around & park their rented golf carts there too. Not enough parking for that. And no microwave in our room. But the hotel itself was great. Staff was amazing & super friendly! The location couldn't be any better! Right on the beach entrance! It was perfect! I'd recommend this place for sure & I'd book there again!

Walkable to beach which was amazing. Looks like they are fixing up the property, but areas of the property are run down. Door handles/locks do not work and are rusted. I’ve maker broken.

Close to the beach. This is a property that is getting itself back up and running after the last hurricane. The staff seems genuinely interested in making your stay great. I liked that the room had a dehumidifier. only a few suggestions. The pool needs chairs. Guest rooms for four need more than one small towel rack and one hook for beach, pool and bath needs. Curtains need to be wider for privacy and heavier so the don't block the A/C

The location of the hotel is what drew me in. We had a very short walk to the beach. The hotel is being renovated but the rooms were great. The hotel staff said there will be a splash pad and a gym added. The pool was small but clean. Will definitely choose to visit again!

The hotel is in a perfect location for beach access, food, bars etc. There seems to be some slight renovations but unfortunately the cleanliness of the hotel was poor, with stained sheets and towels, dust bunnies on the wall, to sticky floors, and multiple stains or gunk left on the walls or doors. The main staircase in front of the hotel holds a trash can but all around the trash can is old dirty towels.

Rooms were not like the pictures. Room appeared clean at first glance but there was mold on the walls and in the shower. Floors were dirty with sand on them, blankets and sheets were stained with sand. Bedding felt wet due to the humidity in the room. Only thing that was good was the proximity to the beach. Definitely wasn’t worth the money.

We loved our stay! The location couldn’t be better, right at the beach access and just a short walk from restaurants and shops in town. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, truly going above and beyond to make sure we had a great visit. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and even had a full kitchen, which was a pleasant surprise. We’ll definitely be back!

Beware the bait and switch of this motel. The pictures are not accurate. This motel was poorly constructed and the room had multiple problems. 1st the entire front of the motel is gone and being "remodeled". The room floor was old and stained. All towels and bedsheets were stained and very old. There was no shelf in the shower so no where to put your soap except the floor or back of the toilet. Our key stopped working by 6am on our check out day and we couldnt get back in because the office was closed until 8. They had a number to call and thankfully someone was on site to come unlock the door with a master key. Parking is extremely tight. Overall I felt like the pictures lied about how nice the place was. Positives were direct access to the beach and relatively friendly staff. However, we won't be staying here again.

The only plus was that it is so close to the beach. The room was damp and humid. We were going to bed feeling sticky. I am easy to please but the fact our towels and swimsuits never dried and our clothes were always damp was it for me

The location was great. You can see the ocean from the hotel. And walking there was very easy. However, the room was very dirty. There were stains on the linen. I wiped the counters with my own sanitizing wipes and it was brown. There was a used bar soap in the shower. Even my 7 year old noticed how dirty the room felt. We paid extra for a suite and expected more.

We enjoyed our stay. Loved how close it was to the beach. We did have to change rooms due to an issue with the air conditioner and the electrical outlet not working in the bathroom. They were very accommodating and actually upgraded us.

The executive suite what not what was pictured on the website. The “pull out couches” were more like foldable hospital beds. When we asked for extra pillows (there was 3 in a room that sleeps 6), they told us they were all out of pillows. There were also teenage boys who were loudly pounding on our door at 3am. The location really redeemed the hotel. It was very close to the beach, which was nice. It was very overpriced for the room we received.

The room was very clean before we tracked in a little sand from our flip flops. We stayed May 2024 and the whole place looked completely remodeled. We would definitely stay here again.

TV wouldn't work and assistant came and looked at it and could not fix. Said he would send someone and never did. I got it to work eventually the second day. I reserved a golf cart and when arrived - staff said there was an error and someone else had it.so no cart was available. Clean and convenient to beach.

Phenomenal service everyone is friendly and helpful! You can literally walk to the beach in 2 minutes! The pool was crystal clear and warm! Nancy did an amazing job of making us feel at home! We will definitely be staying there again soon!!!

Seaside Boutique has been the perfect place for us to stay in Port A. The staff was very accommodating, keys have been lost on the beach, towels replaced. Nancy made us feel like home with her sweet disposition and genuine care. Jeremy was also very helpful, kind and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better beach experience. A minute walk from the beach, continental breakfast...I'm hesitant to post this review only because I want to keep this gem to myself and for rooms to always be available for me in the future.

Great location, could use some touchup paint on exterior, doors, windows , etc, rusting. Our coffee maker was broken, nice clerk gave me another… it was broken as well, coffee maker in lobby out of coffee for two days we were there. Pillows way too firm for us. Would be nice to have variety in room as all 8( double beds) were all alike. Put some softer pillows in the mix

This hotel is right beside the entrance to the beach. The beach is right at your feet pretty much. We enjoyed our stay and hope to go back sometime soon. The staff were helpful and had all the information to all our questions. The staff does not stay over night they leave around 10-11pm. We got the hotel for a really nice rate.

Excellent location in particular for the Royal Suite ( ocean view ) . However , the hotel was under construction , there was not a breakfast room, lack of maintenance everywhere . The receptionist at the office had a poor attitude like he was not enjoying his job ...

The customer service was fantastic. The only issues we had were that the ice machine was broken the entire time we were there and the complementary breakfast was a little sad, but it looked like there was some construction going on where they would normally have breakfast. I think, regardless of these issues we would definitely come back.

Went down for a couple of days, and we had a blast. The hotel is right at the entrance to the beach so that was a plus. Nancy gave us a couple of recommendations for going out to eat and she did not fail. The only downside was all the sand that we tracked when we walked back to the hotel, but that's beach life All in all we had a great time and the staff was great as well. We will definitely be coming back and also recommending this place to friends.

Perfect spot if you want to be near the beach. Rooms were okay, sadly the dinning area is still in construction, so the breakfast was just to go to the front office, grab what you want to eat ang go to the room. The options: some muffins, apple juice, cereal and bagels. More than that, we hope we can go back soon.

Fun hotel with excellent staff that went out of their way to accommodate us. Comfortable beds with lots of pillows. Breakfast was great with eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, cereal, and staff there to help. Easy access to the beach road.

Right on the beach, 250 feet to touch water from property. Internet was down for half the day, some construction, hot meals for breakfast is not available. Despite this few things, had a great time.

It was clean and very close to the beach. The staff was pleasant. What I didn't like is that I read there was a good hot breakfast, which there wasn't. It was a small continental breakfast. The whole dining area was under construction and tarped off.

This hotel is super cute and close to the beach. It’s right on the beach! It’s very clean, cutesy and affordable. We loved our stay and the employees are all super sweet and helpful. Breakfast was yummy and coffee was delicious.
