外出時に鍵を預けるタイプなのですが、たまたま見かけました、鍵をもらわずにエレベーターに向かう2人組を。すぐにフロントから走って出てきて、部屋番号は？と尋ねて聞き込みを開始していました。何人も不正な入室は許さないという姿勢を強く感じられる出来事でした。個人的にはきっちりしてるなーと感じました。ロビーは広くないものの、暖炉があって遠赤外線で暖かく、ウェルカムドリンクはクッキーまでついていて充実していました。電気はキーを差し込んでオンさせるタイプなので外出時に空調をかけられないのが真冬はキツイのではないかと思います。ローソンがすぐ近くにあります。レンタサイクルは冬季は貸出していないそうです。スキーやる人に親切な送迎や乾燥など充実しているようでした。長くなってきたのでこのへんで。総じて良いですよ。

ホテルの目の前が駐車場のため、荷物の出し入れがしやすかったです。 1歳3ヶ月の子供と一緒に泊まりましたが、子供用にガチャガチャが用意されていたり、朝食では子供用のカトラリーなどがありとても助かりました。 1つ残念なのがファミリールームに泊まりましたが、サッシのところなど細かいところに埃？取れない汚れなのか？がありました。子供が色んなところを触るので、難しいと思いますがそこも綺麗にして頂けるとありがたいです。全体的にはとても綺麗でホスピタリティもあり、交通の便もよく、周辺のホテルより値段もリーズナブルなので遊ぶのがメインで寝るだけの人はおすすめです！

Not sure where the -ve reviews are coming from but we absolutely had a good stay here. It's not right next to the train station but close enough, 5 min walk. There is shuttle service provided to the train station (outlet) and the ski centre. For those driving EV, there is charging available.

Very impressed with this hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good sized rooms, and the included light breakfast was ample. On site parking was easy and the location of the property made it ideal for anyone travelling by car or train. Highly recommended.

駅からも割と近く、部屋もとても綺麗で写真よりも広く感じました。アメニティも選べますが、メイク落としや化粧水などは持参した方が安心です。お風呂の排水口が小さいく、髪の毛が長い方や抜けやすい方は少し詰まりやすいかもしれません。軽朝食というのがどの様なものか気になってました。よくあるホテルの朝食バイキングのコンパクト版で、夏のキャンペーンでおやきが2種類ありました。味もおいしく、出先で色々と食べたかったのでちょうど良かったです。しかも無料で感動✨ スタッフの方々も対応が丁寧で、とても良い旅が出来ました。ありがとうございます。

Hotel was very clean, 7 minute walk from Karuizawa train station and only 10 minute walk from the Prince outlet mall! Hotel also has a good modest breakfast selection too. A convenience store is also 1 min from the hotel entrance even though it closed at 11pm. Room was spacious and have everything we needed, thank you for the great stay!

駅近で、コンビニも近くと立地もよくフロントも感じのいい方でお部屋も清潔で心地よく過ごすことができました。無料の朝食も十分でした。どこかの口コミでもありましたが、バスタオルが今ひとつで、縫い目が解けていて、使いまわしたちょっと疲れた感じのあるもので残念でした。変えてもらおうかと悩みましたが。面倒なのでやめました。それ以外は全て良かったです。早朝出発だったのでこちらのホテルにして正解でした。また軽井沢に行く際は利用したいです。

Quite far from train station, about 15 mins walk. Quiet inconvenient location, no dining options except few options at station vicinity. But have 2 convenience stores nearby. Staff - not all of them friendly or warm. Room comfortable, spacious but sofa bed ( triple room booking) was terribly hard & uncomfortable- basically just a wooden frame with a thin tatami.

Our room was very nice and large. We really enjoyed the tatami portion of the room to rest and for our son to play. Staff were very friendly and the complimentary breakfast was great and had a variety of western and Japanese cuisine. Location was ok as it was not in the main road/shopping area. However, it is close enough to walk to karuizawa station where we can ride the train/taxi/bus.

Excellent hotel with very accommodating staff. Easy to find, right on the main road and right next to a Lawson’s convenience store. Newly renovated bathrooms are particularly good. The complimentary breakfast is ideal to start the day. All staff very friendly and helpful. This was our second stay here and hope to come again.

The room size is ideal, but the rules of the hotel is ridiculous. Each room only have 1 key, and everytime you go out need to leave the key at the front desk. Even when I just go out to the car get stuff, the hotel staffs will ask you for the room key, I feel my privacy have been violated. And the hotel will lock the front door at 12am. If you want to go out have a smoke, you need ask the staffs open door. This make me feel the hotel is not secure. My whole stay feels wired and not comfortable. I travel to Japan twice every year, never have this experience. This should not happen in Japan.

Lovely little property tucked off the main road. Clean, good front service, nice spacious room. My view faced out into the parking lot though so not much to see there. Unfortunately I didn't rent a car or bike and had to walk about 15 minutes to the nearest bus stop or train station. food options surrounding were limited.
