Our check in was easy the rooms are dated but very clean. The restaurant was open until 9 which was perfect as we arrived around 730. Very quiet and there is a ev charger but it is very old and did not fit in our port. There is an ev charger very close to the motel.

I always overnight here when driving between Halifax and Ottawa. Never disappoints. Parking lot a bit rough but free and includes two charging stations and an excellent diner.

Filthy run down furniture. Undrinkable and unsafe water. No ice. TV didn’t work. Entry steps into reception crumbling and unsafe. Upper hallway full of old mattresses and unused items. I have pictures for proof.

I stay here every time I travel between Halifax and Kingston. It’s right off the highway. The staff are super friendly and the place is so clean you could eat off the floor, although that’s not necessary as there’s a nice little restaurant on the property.

This was a spacious room with extremely comfortable bed. Every nook and cranny was really clean as was the bathroom. Will stay again if travelling through Quebec. Decor was simple and tasteful and staff at check-in were friendly and helpful. Restaurant within walking distance.

Perfect stopover spot when travelling from Nova Scotia to Ontario. There’s a restaurant right beside the hotel which is very convenient. The hotel is very simple but very clean and the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Easy off and on to the highway. Great stay option.

At first this motel looks very old and I thought we made a mistake when booked this room. But room appeared to be very clean and spacious, relatively recently renovated. The only serious downside is VERY noisy air conditioner. We had to turn it off to get a bit of sleep.

This hotel felt like I was in the 80's and could definitely use some updating especially the flooring, bedding, towels, telephone, curtains, etc. Internet was not reliable. It was not worth $200 for the night.

Messaged the hotel when booking that we were traveling from Ontario and would arrive late. Arrived at 1:30am and no one would anser the phone or book us in. We slept in the car and left at 5:30am before someone arrived on day shift.

Wonderful hotel. The owner was incredibly friendly, welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. We were on bicycles and he let us take them into the room which we really appreciated. The room was absolutely huge and had very comfortable armchairs. We found the beds very comfortable and we had a great sleep. Highly recommend.

There is a restaurant on the property which meant we didn't have to go out again for our supper. After a 7 hour drive that is a great asset. I was impressed by the bathtub/ shower. Bathtub looked new and the water pressure in the shower head was one of the best I've ever had at a motel/hotel. The man who is in charge of the motel was extremely nice and helpful... a wonderful host.

The check-in was terrible. There was no one to welcome us. The telephone at the entrance was not answered and we finally found someone from housekeeping to help us. They were not aware of my reservation at hotels.com even though I had a confirmation email. The motel is old and looks bad outside. Inside everything also looks old and worn out. However the room was very clean The remote control cooling system worked perfectly. The bathroom looked upgraded and fairly new. Breakfast wasn't included but there is a good restaurant on the same property. I found our room pricey for what we got and without breakfast.

I cannot say enough about how satisfied i am with my stay here. Though the property may be a bit 'dated', the owner MORE than made up for that. A likeable personality with a friendly attidude and a display of uncommon honesty. My daughter mistakingly left a bag in the room behind that included some cash. Once discovered, our host not only contacted us with an areangment for its return, but followed up with a phone call once the item was sent to us. This type of service (and civility) can be hard to find nowadays. I would recommend this motel with heart and character to anyone needing a place to stay during their journeys. 5stars!!!

Staff at this Motel are polite and welcoming, even at 11 pm. The location is perfect Not only is it just off the TransCanada highway, but It is exactly half way between where I live in New Brunswick (Fredericton) and where my Dad lives in Quebec (Morin Heights). The Restaurant right there has really good food. This place is usually booked. I try to book at least a week in advance. I won't stay anywhere else in the area.

The room was clean and large. The restaurant next door was great for breakfast. It was not open when we checked in during the early evening. I was surprised that the advertised room rate was for only one person. There was a charge of $10 more for my wife! I have never before experienced this.
