Although it's a high end hotel it still managed to feel modern and clean. The parking lot was very well lit. Wifi worked great. However there is no breakfast of any kind, only free coffee in a very tiny cup but I would definitely stay here again!

Overall it was an ok stay. The room was clean. Bathroom and shower were great. Parking was pretty terrible at night. The property ran out of parking when i returned from a concert. The nearby neighbors was pretty loud.

This property is in the process of a bunch of upgrades and is starting to really shine. While just about nothing in LA county is walkable, there is an amazing Sushi/Mexican fusion place one block away. There are a couple of mini-marts around where you can get street food, fruit, candy bars etc. My back side room was quiet. Property is close to a bunch of laundromats if you happen to need them. Ice machine was up to the task, mini-fridge was cold, internet was FAST, sadly the coffeemaker shipment hadn't arrived yet and I think that community is one of the only left in the county without at least one espresso stand. Local mini-mart saved the day. I'd stay there again.

The hotel management put money into aesthetics and sacrificed amenity. Rooms were clean and fairly up to date with vessel sinks, but lacked coffee makers and microwaves which is standard amongst $100+/night Hotels today.

Service was good, the room was nice and updated with modern design, the room was clean, and the price wasn’t bad at all. I would stay here again. Oh and the area wasn’t too bad, and is only a short 15 minute drive to downtown LA. The thing I liked the most is the place has cameras everywhere even a security camera monitoring the parking lot to keep your cars safe! Big plus in my opinion.

Everything was really good from check in to check out. There are only 2 complaints which is the smell of bleach at check in. Nothing wrong with bleach, just maybe wait a little before allowing check in. The other is floors were really dirty both days, had to wear shoes inside. Jay was really helpful and friendly, really quiet and food around the corner was spot on. Would stay here again

The location is great, but I was completely disappointed. After we walked in to our room, we went into the bathroom to check it out… there was a hair on the “fresh” towel. Nasty. When I turned on the TV, it didn’t work… I had to contact the front desk and the gentleman working had to come into our room to fix the wiring for the TV. The ceiling is paper-thin, so we heard every little thing they were doing up there. It was not at all what we had expected based on the description of the hotel.

The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and courteous however, the room and overall stay was disappointing. The room smelled like sweaty body odor. I used the restroom and dried my hand on the hanging towel and it was wet as if someone had just used it before arriving. The floor, wall and door were stained. I didn’t use the shower because the stay was so bad. I was grossed out and didn’t want to touch anything. It looks like no one cleans that place.

The room was in poor condition. The bathroom door didn't close, there was paint missing from walls. The bathroom door was chipped and the furniture was not in good condition. The fridge was damaged on the inside. The bed was so uncomfortable, it was like sleeping on brick. Not what I expected and definitely, not what was advertised online. To make things worse, our next door neighbor was being extremely loud during "quiet hours." I didn't feel safe enough to bring it up as I figured nothing would be done about it.

This place was pretty clean. A bit old and outdated but not bad for a single man to spend 1 night it. Your stay really depends on your neighbors. The walls are super thin and you can hear any conversation your neighbor is having, clear as day. On my last night I received a new neighbor around 4am. They had just came back from a bar and were ready for action. I heard everything!! I was forced to start my day at 4am!

I'm a single woman and felt very uncomfortable and unsafe, because of the Man in the next room, every time I opened my door he was there and I told the owner of the hotel and I even and to ask him to watch me walk to my room, I couldn't even get to my car to smoke and I ended up smoking outside of my room and he started yelling at me that I can't smoke in my room and I yelled back at him and told him I was not, but he didn't care about my safety, because he was also there every time I came and he is creepy as hell..

The property manager/owner was very attentive. I had a problem with the toilet and he gave me a plunger late at night. I do wish the walls were more insulating and quieter. The room was sufficient for the price in the LA area. There are no homeless camps around it which is a huge plus. The floor could be cleaner, I understand it is a popular place to stay for the price and safety factor. The staff are great! I love that they have someone available all the time.

No Kleenex. Yucky toilet paper roll hanging, and one missing. Didn’t restock washcloths. Stained comforter with gum. Super cheep bedsheets. Only thing available in lobby was black cowboy coffee. Nice manager

We were there for a family reunion, stood two days there at the hotel very convenient. But I must say for a hotel they did not have a coffee maker or a microwave and they could get better pillows. Mattress was comfortable, which is very important to me. The one thing that I really appreciated is, the gentleman at the front desk was very organized & helpful. I called in the morning to See if they had coffee In the lobby, which they did, he made a fresh pot. Oh it was clean the price was good.
