Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A comfy homely well equipped space for a family of 5 and grandparents to spend long weekend. It was a rainy weekend so the large deck was so roomy and comfortable made all the difference in the wet weather. Great location short walk to beach.Some safety issues...maintenance needed to rotting stairs to deck and no handrail which was dangerous especially when wet.General cleanliness was disappointing
