My first time in Japan and solo. Property is about a 4 minute walk from the train station. Easy to find and near a lot of restaurants and convenience stores. The staff is fantastic. They were able to quickly guide me through check-in, even though I don’t speak Japanese. The staff is also very friendly! The restaurant connected has great food and is super convenient.

四谷駅から近く、利用しやすいです。お部屋は、比較的広く、明るく清潔で快適でした。浴槽無し、シャワー設備のみでしたが、ヘッドが大きく水圧も良好で気持ちよく使え、問題ありませんでした。チェックイン、チェックアウトがセルフでの機械操作で、少しとまどいました。廊下の照明が暗く、視力が弱い者としては怖さと緊張がありました。

The hotel was such a convenient location for train. It was also a wonderful hotel, the rates were manageable. The room wasn’t huge but it was definitely a good size considering we were only two people staying. The rooms are very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Staff was very helpful/ friendly and spoke English which was beneficial. They had vending machine / microwave and also had a restaurant. There’s also a lot of eating establishments / conbinis by the hotel so options for food / misc items are available. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location! Walking distance from the metro station. Lots of restaurants to choose from within the vicinity. Safe and quiet location. Staffs are very nice and attentive! There are coin laundry, microwave and vending machine within the hotel. We had an amazing stay! We will be back again!

This is a no frill hotel. It’s clean and location is great. Walking distance to Yotsuya subway & not that far from the Tokyo train station. If u don’t want the hassle of changing subway & taking a taxi to Tokyo train station, it’s not too bad. We took the taxi today n it cost 2400 yen. I can’t say anything bad about the hotel. Staff is nice & polite. I don’t have any particular great stuff to say about the hotel either since it doesn’t have gym room, onsen or any facility that I can say marvelous. Lobby is small. I guess it’s typical of Tokyo. The stay fulfills our need. Not a fancy hotel. I don’t mind staying there again. But also won’t go out of my way to find this hotel to stay. I am neutral about this hotel. I do like the location, pretty convenient n plenty of eateries around.

Great hotel and very accessible by the metro station. Pizzeria next door was great for dinner and drinks. Affordable, clean, and safe. The room is a bit small but they had all amenities and a great breakfast buffet.

The hotel's location is good, nearby the metro station and some 'combini' stores around. Apart of that, I cannot say anything positive about it. The staff aren't helfulp at all, don't even mention about the language barrier trying to communicate with thwm, since none of them speak English or any other language but Japanese. So, tourists apparently aren't welcomed here. Oir room was terrible: smells like humidity, dirty with stains on the carpet, so uncomfortable and tiny mattress. I asked for a mattress topper due to a back pain that I had, and they couldn't provide me with a solution nor give me an alternative to that. We didn't pay for the breakfast buffet, but I didn't seem good, very basic and without too many options. I a nutshell, avoid this hotel unless you want the convenience of a nearby metro station and combining stores, that's it.

Very close to Yotsuya station (max 5 min walk) and room wasn’t too small for a single occupant. 7-11 is like a 3 min walk. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The one caveat was the room felt dusty and air filter might have needed a filter replacement. Would stay here again.

Great location close to the subway station. Responsive check in desk. Unfortunately for us, the option of having an air conditioner on instead of forced heat was not presented. I wish fans were provided to make up for still warm air as we were unable to open the windows.

A few blocks from Yotsuya station and just close enough to central Shinjuku that walking was always an option if navigating Shinjuku station, especially during peak hours, sounds intimidating

The hotel was reasonably comfortable, however the bathroom didn’t have ventilation or a fan so once you took a shower the entire room was muggy. Turning the air on didn’t help. Otherwise a good place to stay in a convenient location.

The concierge were incredibly helpful with every question I had throughout the stay. We had a small issue with an outlet not working and they offered to change our room for the inconvenience, but we didn’t want to go through with the hassle. They forwarded our luggage for our stay in Osaka for us too. Overall just really appreciated the staff and would stay again. Yotsuya station is a quick walk away and we could get everywhere we needed through the M line.

Perfectly standard business hotel. I wasn’t impressed that the front desk would not help me print out two pages of A4. A simple no would have been fine but they left my hanging, asking if I wanted to print in colour or black and white, a simple task. Then they told me they cannot for some silly rule. Ridiculous

Very convenient to train station which was nice since we used it to go everywhere. Wonderful ramen shops in area as well as other food. Very walkable with a palace and park in the area. The local cafes and coffee shops were very nice and friendly. We would absolutely come back here again. For the price it was definitely worth it.

Located right across the street from the Yotsuya St (which is a stop away from Shibuya and Shinjuku) and relatively close to other attractions. There is an alleyway of food vendors directly across the street and many cultural exhibits. I’d definitely stay here again.

If you're just looking for a room-for-the-night type of hotel as you'll be doing a lot of sightseeing, then this one is ideal. It's located in a pleasant area of Tokyo and has public transport nearby. The room was pleasant and clean, not huge but with enough room for two people. Only criticism would be the unpleasant smell that came from the toilet, though it didn't enter the bedroom if the door was kept closed. The staff on reception were excellent and they spoke good English. As noted in other reviews, the breakfast is a bit disappointing. While we weren't expecting a huge range of non-Japanese items, there were enough, but they weren't kept replenished well enough. We ended up eating breakfast elsewhere one morning as even the coffee wasn't being topped-up. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this hotel, but if breakfast is important, then eat outside of the hotel or aim to get to breakfast as soon as it opens at 7am.

Hotel Keihan Tokyo Yotsuya is a lovely hotel in the business district. The elevators were fast and quiet and the breakfast buffet was perfect for me, a vegan. There were many other dining options literally around the corner, including international (Mexican, Italian, Greek, etc.) if you tire of Japanese food. There was also a Family Mart across the street. It is open 24 hours and carries many necessities, including water and a variety of rice balls. The train station was two blocks away and, once we figured it out, got us everywhere we wanted to go, including Yokohama and Kamakura.

We loved it, close to everything and quite. We loved the alley behind the hotel and the restaurant down stairs was great. We loved the pizza and amazing bacon carbonara. Family mart and 7/11 are also around the corner

Joli hôtel très propre, extrêmement bien situé, station de métro à côté, rendant les sites touristiques à proximité. Personnel adorable. This was an expensive stay, mainly for the location and access to transport and Tokyo which was very good. The hotel room.was very small, but well equipped. Breakfast was very poor with very few options and not value for money. I overpaid for what this is.
