We enjoyed our stay, the rooms were clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff was polite and the hotel was quiet. The only issue was limited parking. The parking lot was full despite guests checking out as we were checking in.

I really liked the ease of parking with the attached garage. The garage also felt safe. There is easy access to floors from the elevator in the garage. The rooms are very nice. Really nice experience, quality property. When the parking structure was full there was overflow across the street. Very pleasant stay. 1st choice next time we are in the area again. So easy to get to Manhattan.

Everything about this location was amazing except for the parking garage. It ended up being full and there was a line of 7 cars stuck at the top trying to make u-turns in a tight space. I understand it getting full but maybe look into putting a number counter by the door, or a sign to say it’s full, that way people don’t end up doing the same when it’s full. I ended up having to warn 4 people about to go in and have to do the same thing. I ended up having to park across the way in the Marriott parking lot

Well-kept hotel, but biggest issue is parking when arriving to check-in. Very limited space at front entrance, and no where on street to park. More than a bit frustrating when front is packed (as it was when we first arrived on a Thursday evening).

The bedsheets had holes in them...not enough closet space for storage for multiple stays...housekeeping wasnt completed for one of the day...coffee in the lobby was terrible...very tight space and could not move around easily...the pool was too cold

Hotel staff was great and very friendly and helpful. The only complaint is the parking garage attached did not have enough room for guests and we had to park in a detached lot that was a significant walk back to the hotel.

Friendly staff, great parking but the cleanliness could get better. Everytime we go here the carpets are always sticky and one time found blood stain on the other side of the pillow. Other than that it's a great hotel.

Checked in and they had no rooms available I had to wait for a room. The room they gave me definitely was not cleaned.Had trash from the previous people that was in the room. The whole carpet was soak and wet. Trash was full. Neighbors were screaming and arguing all night couldn’t sleep. I paid almost $400 for 1 night i was better saving a few hundred dollars by staying at a motel for the same type of treatment. Not happy definitely won’t be staying there ever again!

I enjoyed my stay here! The room size is very spacious. I loved the mini fridge, microwave, and bar area. The bathroom was a nice size and had body lotion and a step in shower with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. My only complaint was that room 934 could hear everything happening next door so we requested to be moved. The staff was very accommodating and the new room on the 7th floor was much quieter. The complimentary breakfast, coffee 24/7, and infused water did not go unnoticed! Would recommend and would stay again.

The beds in our room were terrible. Actually painful to sleep on, we could feel and hear the coils in each bed. This was in expected given hotel brand. Limited parking, close to Met Life Stadium. Front desk staff was short and brief unless you were Hilton honors member which I am but not for this stay. At check out was not asked about stay.

The property was in a good stop not too far from the malls and piers. It was well kept. I only had a few problems I could count on one hand. The rooms are not efficiently sound proof you could hear the noise from the highway traffic. At night you could hear like water trickling down from the ac unit, the microwave way not in a convenient location, you had to go down to the lobby to warm up anything you needed.

The staff was incredible and extremely friendly. When extending my stay, Lenny and Dimitri were so easy to speak with and made all the accommodations especially since I had my dog with me. They made everything a smooth transition and I appreciate their help. Overall all the staff were great! The room was very clean as well. The entire hotel was spotless.

The people behind the desk were beyond great. I was from out of town and needed to catch a local bus to New York. They provided me the hotel.information and even walked me out to the bus stop which was farther down the road than i expected. They were great and made my life a breeze. The hotel was clean and a newer facility.

Please stop overbooking!!! I booked my room at least a month ahead but when I arrived at the hotel, they said my room category wasn’t available because they overbooked. Although the manager resolved the issue eventually, it’s outrageous experience

Hotel cancelled our 2 reservations without informing us after were late due to a plane delay. And they had no more rooms to offer us at 3am as they sold out. Whatever happened to a guaranteed booking? We are required to pay for the first nights stay if we cancel 48 hours before, yet they just cancelled our reservation without any recourse.

We arrived to check-in, and the woman at the desk told me that you had charged my room to my card, and now needed to place a hold on 100 dollars fr 3-5 business days, so I swiped my card for the 100 dollar hold. When I got into the room I checked my bank, and there was a hold on 100 dollars, and a charge of 218.48, so all was ok. During the night, there was no water available downstairs, my husband had to ask for some, there was none in our room, or down at the desk. When we checked out, you guys charged my card the amount of the room again, which put my account into the negative. I was not told that it would be charged again at checkout. Why would it be? there was already a hold on 100 dollars, and a charge of 218.48 as well, the we were charged 268.48 on top of it, nobody mentioned that to me. When I called about it, your people that answer your phones are pretty rude, they would not let me speak to a manager, and i said if I get charged any fees by my bank because of an extra 218.48 hold in my account I would submit them to you, and she says to me, "well, you can try" and hangs up. I have been a manager in customer service for 30 plus years, and was astonished to hear the unprofessionalism in your people. I will not stay there again, and will negatively review your establishment to anyone who askes me about it.

The biggest turn off was when we arrived at 1pm I asked if our room was ready since check in time was 3pm. She replied that yes the room was ready and said there was an early check in fee , I asked how much and she said $30 . Big turn off !I told her I would leave and get lunch with the $30. Would not return due to this bogus charge!

Overall, I’d say this was a pretty decent stay. The biggest con to my experience was the inconvenience that I faced when I was met with concierge telling me that I couldn’t be checked in due to the system being down. I drove over 3 hours away to this hotel and I couldn’t be accommodated at 4pm with a room once I arrived. There was no compensation for that major inconvenience and I would say that is not great customer service. Being stranded in a new area without a place to go is not acceptable. Although the staff were polite and friendly, they could’ve at least knocked off something for the multiple hours that I had to wait to check in.

This was my third time staying at the Hampton Inn, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to my previous experiences. The water in our room never got hot—just lukewarm—which made showers less than enjoyable. The breakfast area was impressively clean, which I appreciated, but the food quality was very disappointing. The eggs were cold, the bacon was burned, and on Saturday morning, the red potatoes were scorched while the turkey sausages were undercooked and not safe to eat. On a positive note, the front desk clerks were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Their professionalism stood out and made a tough stay a little easier. The valet staff were on point, professional, prompt and courteous. I’ve had much better stays here in the past, so I hope these issues are addressed soon. I really want to continue recommending this location, but consistency matters.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked this hotel, and certainly for the price, it was great!! A very clean, well maintained room and hotel with an impressive city view. The breakfast was included and of a much higher quality than expected at this sort of free breakfast situation. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. Our stay exceeded our expectations and I would stay again. My only complaint is that the fitted sheet didn’t really fit.

Everything went really well with my stay. Room was clean and spaces. Parking was easy and accessible. Breakfast was pretty good. Food was fresh and the variety was awesome.
