Room was clean. Very close to the train station if travelling to Macchu Picchu for day trip or exploring the sacred valley. The staff is very unhelpful. Breakfast is nice however they do not refill post 8.15am which means if you come late may not get it. Overall a good place to stay

There was too little staf to help in the restaurant, the brunch was great but the food kept on running out with a long time to be replaced.

Room was clean, the staff was amazing, we have 3 kids, they had a little hard time adjusting to the altitude, we had arrived earlier but check-in was not till @12, Roger the manager and his stuff had problem letting us go to our room to rest, Julian was also amazing always helping us for breakfast and anything we needed it, love the place and the staff, definitely will be back, such a great experience!!
