+ grosszügiges Grundstück mit Gartenhaus und Spielplatz + kostenloser Parkplatz + unkomplizierte Gastgeber + gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung + Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmig - Mobiliar eher in die Jahre gekommen - Strasse bei offenem Fenster hörbar - keine Gästekarte/Verbilligungen in der Region

Huis is comfortabel, ontvangst prettig. Goede prijs kwaliteit. Vaatwasser ontbreekt maar zelf afwassen viel ons mee. In de directe ongeving niet veel bijzonders (ijsbaan was dicht en weinig sneeuw, beetje pech met warme kerst). Maar voordeel dan wel dat je makkelijk naar de skipistes in Lenzerheide en Davos rijdt, we zijn ook naar Bivio geweest.

Positiv: Sehr ruhige lage des Ferienhauses. Tolle Lage für Exkursionen nach Savognin, Bergün/Preda, Lenzerheide oder Davos. Diese Destinationen sind auch gut mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr erreichbar. Nahe Surava befindet sich ein tolles Thermalbad in Alvaneu und ein einmaliger Eisweg für Schlittschuhläufer durch den Wald von Alvaneu nach Surava. Negativ: Leider hat das wlan nicht funktioniert. Bratpfanne ersetzen wäre toll.
