Baltic Natur Park - Holiday Resort

Pros: Property is convenient, closed to the beach, grocery, restaurants. It’s quiet surrounding, nice playground, beach volleyball, ping pong & gazebo for picnic and grilling. Cons: Our recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the room did not meet even the most basic expectations for comfort and cleanliness. The most frustrating issue was the bathroom. The shower was flooding so badly that every time we used it, water spread across the floor. We had to place towels on the ground just to stop it from running all over the bathroom. We reported this problem to the front desk, and while maintenance did attempt to fix it, the flooding continued throughout our stay. It made using the shower a stressful and uncomfortable experience. The kitchen faucet had a similar problem. Each time we used it to wash our hands, water would leak and spill across the counter, leaving puddles everywhere. This made the kitchenette area nearly unusable and felt unsanitary. On top of the plumbing problems, the room itself was far from clean. The floor felt sandy underfoot, and shockingly, even the beds had sand in them. It’s hard to relax and feel comfortable when you’re lying in a bed that clearly hasn’t been properly cleaned. We booked this hotel expecting a comfortable and enjoyable stay, but instead we were dealing with constant inconveniences and cleanliness issues. Betten waren nicht komfortabel, zu teuer & entspricht nicht den Bildern

Sachen im Haus haben gefehlt, zB Besen, Handfeger, Staubsauger, Schneidebrett. Steckdosen locker, auch im Bad. Duschgriff nicht fest und bei Nutzung staendig abgefallen. Tuergriff zum Haus erst locker, nach ein paar Tagen konnte man die Tuer nicht mehr öffnen, musste repariert werden. Klimaanlage im Obergeschoss hat getropft. Auf der Terasse des Hauses grosse Spinnenwebem. An den Wänden noch angeklatschte Mücken vom vorherigen Mieter. Bettwäsche bei Ankunft sandig, roch auch nicht frisch gewaschen. Spuelbeckengriff bei Ankunft in Küche und Bad schmierig, nicht sauber. Tische im Grillbereich voller Spinnweben und schmuddelig. Pool nicht wie angegeben beheizt. Auf den Bildern sehr schoen, aber die Anlage ist nicht gepflegt, dazu noch total überteuert.

Unterkunft hätte deutlich mehr Potential wenn an der Sauberkeit gearbeitet wird, reperaturstau aufgeholt wird und wenn mann als Gast das Gefühl hätte, wirklich Gast zu sein (unfreundliches Personal) ausnehmend der freundliche Chef der auch gut deutsch spricht... Positiv ist der ausenbereich vorallem für kinder (Pool, Animation, Spielgeräte , Tiere)

Häuser sind sehr klein ! Man muss Strom und Warmwasser extra bezahlen, sowie den Parkplatz. Befremdlich war für uns die Begrüßung " als erstes die Bankverbindung hinterlegen " und dann was man alles extra zahlen soll! Für die Sauna hätte man vor dem Urlaub einen Termin machen müssen. Naja, man war ja sowieso den ganzen Tag unterwegs, dadurch ging es!
