We had a wonderful weekend break at Protur Palma. The room was well appointed with a great shower. We had use of the spa and used the indoor pool with jacuzzi and sauna on both days. Come hungry for the buffet breakfast there is a lot of choice. Excellent position for walking around as well as catching the bus to Cala Major or Playa de Illetes. The welcome drink voucher was a lovely touch. Look forward to my next wkend break here.

Good but pool and outdoor area was closed / empty without a notice we could find anyway. Not a deal breaker but irritating. Location next to perfect, good with bike rental service and possible parking for car if needed to rent. good breakfast but floor in room a bit stained

Bushaltestelle eine Straße weiter (mit Direktverbindung zum Airport) Super Frühstück (frisches Obst, große Auswahl), Zimmer sind schön und positiv aufgefallen: große Spiegel. Was ich nicht optimal finde: Die Sunbeds des Dachterassen-Pools sind nur gegen Gebühr (25 Euro verfügbar) und die restlichen Liege/Sitzmöglichkeiten sind einfach zu wenig.

Enjoyed our stay, good service, easy check in and hotel is very tidy and clean. Some of the facilities need fixing, in particular in the Spa (Jacuzzi, Ice Dispenser, Sauna seats - some wooden slats are broken) and Spa could do with a cold shower / plunge option as its really warm down there. Breakfast very good. Great selection and like the option to order a fresh omolette. Coffee machine isn't the best.

Great hotel, with a friendly knowledgeable staff, in a nice location right outside the old town. Safe neighborhood right next to Palma Police Station. Nice rooftop pool and lounge. Clean with well layed out rooms. Limited parking in the garage, but street parking available. We enjoyed our Saturday!

Fantastic hotel lovely staff, super clean and had fabulous facilities. Roof top pool was wonderful in the sunshine. Room well equipped toiletries nice and powerful shower. Only feedback would be poor quality cheap coffee/tea a nespresso would have been nice and a bottle of water or refill would have been appreciated otherwise fantastic hotel. Location was wonderful able to walk everywhere in teh city yet very quiet for sleeping.

We absolutely loved our stay at Protur Naisa in Palma. The hotel is very chic, comfortable, clean and the staff were all very friendly. We especially loved the rooftop pool! Breakfast was great and we had some snacks/drinks at the pool which were also really nice. Would highly recommend to others and if would happily return!

Todo bien, exceptuando: - sistema de funcionamiento de la calefacción en la habitación, considero que ahorrar costes en confort es mala política de fidelización. - el aislamiento acústico desde el exterior. - sistema de aparcamiento y sus instalaciones; pagar por una plaza de aparcamiento, cuyo garaje tenga portón abierto 24 horas ofrece poca seguridad a propietario vehículo ahí estacionado. Tredje gången jag bor på detta hotellet. Väldigt trevlig personal, bra frukost. Fantastiskt fint och lugnt vid poolen och tak-baren. Läget är superbra, nära shopping och restauranger. Det jag upplevde som lite negativt är de hårda sängarna. Men efter jag sa till fick vi en extra bäddmadrass.

The Hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the city centre. located in a quiet street. We had room 219 which was a very small room- if I stayed again i would want to be upgraded to a larger room. Breakfast was good. We used the pool and the pool area which really is not big enough for the amount of people using this facility - but after a day of sightseeing - wanted a swim to cool off

Lovely modern hotel in a great location down a quiet side street. The breakfast is amazing value. There is a large choice including smoked salmon and many different cheeses as well as hot options. The coffee is excellent from self service coffee machines. The rooms are not large but they are very comfortable. If you don’t like the pillows ask at reception as they have a pillow menu. The rooftop area is small but we always managed to get a seat after a hard day sightseeing. The only downside is the set up of the bathroom. It is lovely with a big walk in shower and a separate room for the toilet but it does not have a proper door and is directly opposite the bed so not very private as the door is like a western style saloon door so open at the top and bottom. We would definitely stay again

Die Zimmer wirken auf den Bildern der Portale größer. Ansonsten sind sie aber sauber und sehr vernünftig. Der Service ist durchwachsen. Die einen sind superschnell und freundlich, die anderen sehr langsam und unzuverlässig. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man ist sehr schnell in der Innenstadt. Das Frühstück ist gut. Es gibt zu wenig Liegen am Pool.

Hotel moderne et spacieux offrant un bon niveau de prestation. Ambiance raffinée. Parfaitement situé en plein centre, dans un endroit plutot calme. Le personnel est sympa et serviable. Chambre plutot spacieuse, bien équipée et confortable. Les chambres impaires donnent sur une arriere cour face à de grands immeubles, la vue n'est vraiment pas terrible. Les chambres paires donnent coté rue, mais avec peu de circulation. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est exceptionnel en choix et en qualité. Cet hotel dispose d'un spa et d'une salle de sport, le problème étant d'y aller au bon moment pour être tranquille. Il y a aussi une très jolie terrasse avec piscine sur le toit, dommage car la vue donne sur des immeubles. Enfin, impossible de se trouver une place de stationnement dans les rues à proximité, il faut utiliser le parking souterrain de l'hotel au tarif prohibitif de 16e/jour. Mais globalement c'est un hotel de choix que je recommande.

We absolutely loved our stay at Protur Naisa in Palma. The hotel is very chic, comfortable, clean and the staff were all very friendly. We especially loved the rooftop pool! Love the hotel, it’s location is perfect and the rooftop area and bar is ideal for those sunny days relaxing, all within close proximity to everything you need. A fantastic hotel, really well located for exploring the centre of Palma. We had a double room for 3 nights and was very clean and comfortable with all amenities required. Very modern..staff super helpful. Rooftop pool is excellent. Food & drink really well priced and great quality. The breakfast is amazing. Couldnt fault it.

It was a very pleasant and wonderful stay. The hotel Protur Naisa is very modern and new. The room was specious. There was plenty of space in the wardrobe (even a lot coat hangers 😉) The hotel is perfectly situated. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and the Palma sieghtseein. The best was the incredible breakfast. It was lovely presented with little details. Also very clean and tidy. It was not overloaded. There was every day variation of cheese and meat. Also always plates with local stuff. The staff was extremely friendly. Even when it was busy with inpatient customers. I had also a massage and it was one (if not THE) of my best. I would come anytime again.

The hotel was lovely and spotless. Staff very helpful and if you needed anything you just had to ask for help. The only thing was they didn’t have a restaurant for night time so you had to book somewhere to eat.
