スタッフの方の対応などは良かったですが、洗面台（メイクルーム）の床清掃やベッド脇の溝のホコリなどが気になったのでもう少しこまめに清掃するか、せめてモップなど置いてあると気持ちよく使えるのにな、、と思いました。 新大久保駅から近いので買い物や移動はしやすい立地です。 キャリーケースの預かりもしていただけましたが、受付フロアの共有スペース？でネットをかけ、番号札をつけるだけだったので、少し心配でした。。

Great location if you want to be near shinjuku and 2 subway lines. About 8 min walk to main area. Staff was able to store my bags before check in. No elevator so you need to carry your luggage to the 2nd or 3rd floor depending where you are staying. My shared capsule room was very quiet at night. Showers and bathrooms were good. There was AC in the room, but not directly in your capsules I’d recommend a small fan. Capsule bed is small and I didn’t have a good sleep, so if you want a really good sleep I’m not sure this is the place. I only stayed for 1 night so it was fine. If you want a more social, affordable option this was good, but keep in mind it’s a capsule bed.

The property with the dorms is the new building. This building is very nice and modern. Also quite clean although they could do more cleaning as there are some parts that are still quite dirty/dusty. But for the most part was very clean. Staff is very nice. Also they have luggage storage and they store luggage even after checkout for the day. IMPORTANT: There are 2 buildings. The old one and the new one. The old building is the one that has the shared capsule rooms (2capsule 1 room). This building is pretty run down and there was dust just about everywhere. But the new building is fine (the one with dorms)

Staff was amazing, facilities are super clean and they do a great job of keeping the place peaceful and quiet. A quick word of warning to anyone with mobility issues: there are no elevators in this building. It only was an issue when lugging my 50lb suitcase up 4 flights of stairs. Otherwise the value more than made up for it. But i am capable using stairs without issue. Keep this in mind if you have mobility issues (in fairness, most of Tokyo isnt built with accessibility in mind). We very much enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend thisnplace for anyone looking for lodgings of this type.

外国人の利用者も多い印象。 全体は新館だけあり新しいが、洗面台スペース周辺の床に髪が散乱しており清潔さは他の宿泊者次第。男性、女性でフロアが専用になっているので安心できる。 チェックインはタイミングもあるだろうが、15時前にすることができた。チェックアウト後にも荷物を預けることができ、ありがたい。

スタッフさんの対応が良かった。 お部屋も浴室にトイレも綺麗で また宿泊したい他の方にもおすすめしたい ホテルでしたが... ただ一つだけ残念なのが 女性専用の宿泊だったのですが 宿泊されてる他のお客さんのフロアの使い方 が雑すぎて驚きました。 宿泊スペース前壁側にゴミは山盛 そのせいで入った時に匂いがありました。 カーテンもずっとオープンでした。 定期的にお部屋チェックも難しいと思いますが 何度か他の所に宿泊して初めての光景だったので残念でした。 お客さんの問題ではあると思いますが 改善あればと思いました。

築年数が浅くて、外観は美しく一見綺麗にみえるのですが、空気孔やベッドに登る階段にホコリが溜まっています。ベッド数が多いから仕方ないのかもしれませんが、頭のすぐ上にある空気孔のホコリは、ベッドメイクの時にでも掃除してほしいものです。 宿泊している皆が気を付けなければいけないことですが、洗面所でドライヤーをするので、髪の毛が多量に落下しています。 ドライヤーをしたあとは髪の毛が落ちてないか各自気を付けると良いでしょう。 スーツケースを置くためのロッカーは無いので、スーツケースの方は、通路に置いて、荷物整理が大変そうでした。 騒音などは特にありませんが、23時～7時は、ドライヤー禁止(ドライヤーをしたい場合は一階で行う)ルールがあるのに、7時前にドライヤーをしてる人がいた。 大勢で寝ているのだから、足音などは気を付けると良いと思う。 無駄に大きな音で歩いている人もいた。 騒音問題は、自分がイヤホンで音楽を聞くなどして解決すれば良い。 急遽の宿泊だったのですべては我慢だが、3,000円くらいがベストな金額に感じる。 バスタオル、タオルは付く。シャンプーリンス、ボディソープ設置されている。 ハトムギ化粧水が置いてあった。 ガウンは、無いので寝巻きが必要だった。

Amazing first experience in a capsule hotel! I booked a night here just before my flight home and I'm quite impressed by this hotel, the staff were friendly and the place was quite clean - not to mention very comfortable beds. The atmosphere was relaxed and I even met a few interesting people here. To nitpick: The lockers didn't fit my luggage but I was fine leaving it beside them, the front offers to lock them up too if you're worried. The vent in the capsule did have a substantial amount of dust buildup, however it wasn't an issue for me.

ガワだけはリフォームしたのか綺麗ですが、宿泊部分や細かい点が不潔でした。カプセルがあるブースに入った途端、生乾きのようなカビ臭いような匂いが充満している上に、通気性が悪いのかもわっとした空気。布団や枕も若干湿ったような質感があり不愉快でした。シャワールーム、珪藻土マット、洗面などは水垢、変色、ヌメりが多く不潔。建物の壁側やカプセルの隅などは髪の毛や埃などが多く、手入れが適当なのだろうと感じられました。カプセルも周りの音が響くくらいに壁が薄い。近隣で数千円しか変わらないホテルがある場合はそちらをお勧めします。完全に騙されました。

On arrival at the hostel my locker was broken but I was given another one to use. Dormitory was clean and well air-conditioned, mattress was thick and comfortable. Capsule had its own power sockets, lights and fan but (despite making a lot of noise) the fan didn't seem to do anything so the capsule got a bit too hot sometimes. Three showers to a dormitory was more than enough, although they often smelt very, very bad and were a bit grimy - at one point there didn't seem to be any hot water but the issue was quickly resolved. There always seemed to be a lot of hair around the sinks and on the hairdryers, for some reason. Staff were friendly and tried their best to be helpful and it was reassuring that there was someone on reception 24 hours a day. The main drag of Shinjuku is grim but that's what we're in shinjuku for right... it's about 8 minutes away but the accommodation itself is on a quieter, nicer back street close to Okubu and Shin-Okubu stations which are, helpfully, much smaller and much easier to navigate than the main Shinjuku station.

Quite nice overall. Very affordable, especially for its amazing location. Capsules themselves were quite nice, the mattress especially was very comfortable. But there was this weird gap behind you head, which made sleeping difficult. Check is was convenient and easy. Facilities were clean and generally nice, but the water was weirdly warm. Overall, I would book again at that price.

On arrival at the hostel my locker was broken but I was given another one to use. Dormitory was clean and well air-conditioned, mattress was thick and comfortable. Capsule had its own power sockets, lights and fan but (despite making a lot of noise) the fan didn't seem to do anything so the capsule got a bit too hot sometimes. Three showers to a dormitory was more than enough, although they often smelt very, very bad and were a bit grimy - at one point there didn't seem to be any hot water but the issue was quickly resolved. There always seemed to be a lot of hair around the sinks and on the hairdryers, for some reason. Staff were friendly and tried their best to be helpful and it was reassuring that there was someone on reception 24 hours a day. The main drag of Shinjuku is grim but that's what we're in shinjuku for right... it's about 8 minutes away but the accommodation itself is on a quieter, nicer back street close to Okubu and Shin-Okubu stations which are, helpfully, much smaller and much easier to navigate than the main Shinjuku station.

It was convenient, and very clean. The capsule itself was nice and comfortable. Only thing I didn’t like was there was no area big enough to change your clothes in other than the shower or your capsule, which made for awkward changing.

The staff is very welcoming towards foreigners, while they can’t fully understand English, but they understand simple phrases to help accommodate you. Just in case you have any specific questions, always have a translator on you phone 😊 10/10 clean, organized, and respectful staff. Will be back again!

I stayed on the hotel for 5 days, it was comfortable, 5 minutes on foot from the Yamanote Line and the first day I arrived before my check in, the host saw me outside waiting under the sun and he let me check in in advance so I could stay under the AC, that was very kind of him and for that I totally recommend this hotel.

Staff was amazing, facilities are super clean and they do a great job of keeping the place peaceful and quiet. A quick word of warning to anyone with mobility issues: there are no elevators in this building. It only was an issue when lugging my 50lb suitcase up 4 flights of stairs. Otherwise the value more than made up for it. But i am capable using stairs without issue. Keep this in mind if you have mobility issues (in fairness, most of Tokyo isnt built with accessibility in mind). We very much enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend thisnplace for anyone looking for lodgings of this type.

It was my first time staying at this hotel and I will say, I really enjoyed it! The hotel staff was very friendly and kept the place clean. The dorms were also separated by genders, too, which was a plus for me. I will say it's a bit on the small size, since it's a capsule hotel, so I'd recommend it for solo travelers or if you're traveling with one other person. But, I will definitely book here again, on my next trip!

Don't expect to be staying at the Hilton. Howevet, for the price you pay, you do receive all the amenities you need. The true shining light facility is the staff. They're incredibly kind and will assist any way they can.

Bad attitude from the receptionists. Filthy rooms. Really bad standard. Window sills super dirty. Dust everywhere. Stay clear of this hotel. All they care about is your money. If this hotel is ever upgraded it should be completely remodeled. It’s in a really bad shape.

初めての宿泊です。駅から近く分かりやすい場所にあり外観はおしゃれな感じ、中も綺麗でスッキリした感じ。平日泊のせいか人も少なく静かでした。一泊ぐらいなら不便はないと思います。また機会があったら利用したいと思います。

We stayed for 5 night in vip room (2 beds), small but if was ok for a couple. The best thing is the super location, trains and buses station a 2 blocks or less. If you want to go to Mt Fuji ist the nearest station for shinkansen or bus. They provided with good facilities (towels, sandals, shampoo, aconditioner, body wash, toothbrush). They dont provide yamato luggage so I send it to by 7eleven. Its not elevator in the hotel. The restroom are clean. They only provide cleaning service at check out.

샤워룸이 너무 비좁고 록카는 너무작아 24인치 캐리어도 안들어가 사람들 모두 캡슐룸앞에 놓고 입었던 옷들도 캐리어 위에 널어놔서 냄새가 많이남 록카가 컸으년 이런일이 없을텐데 그리고 다른곳은 기본적으로 정수기가 있는데 여기는정수기도없어 컵라면 먹을때도 화장실에 있는수도에서 물을받아 커피포트로 끌여 먹으라고 하네요 참 어이가 없네요

這次住的是本館旁的新館，作為青年旅社功能蠻基本的，算乾淨。離車站也不遠，外圍有很多的餐廳店家。 空間偏狹窄，有交誼廳公共區域但不大，有微波爐，但沒有提供飲用水。有提供毛巾和基本備品還不錯。

I really can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Location is fantastic, right next to the train station . The shopping is out of this world! The staff are so nice . The place is immaculately clean. The showers in the seated position are def unusual to a westerner but you soon get used to it . They offer lots of free sinks and snacks and food so you will save money on those things . The only thing I would say needs improving in the AC, it was a bit warmer that I would have liked in the sleeping area but you have a fan in your capsule

There isn’t much airflow inside the pod so you might want a hand fan. - noise: I was on the women’s floor and was not bothered by any noise. - luggage: the lockers are too small for a suitcase but everyone put their suitcases on the floor below their capsule. - mattress: super comfy!
