Há opções de esportes de inverno, passeios de rena , sauna finlandesa. E com sorte ver a aurora boreal do Iglu. Achei o deslocamento entre iglu e recepção escuro, merecia mais iluminação. Nao há serviço de quarto. Para se comunicar com a recepção eles disponibilizam um numero de wahtsup. Nao usei. Ha restrições quanto ao tempo de agua aquecida nas torneiras, nos informaram que daria para no maximo 20 minutos de banho. Ate que a agua levassse um tempo para aquecer novamente .

Cabins had a nice layout with good features. We were able to see Northern lights from our bed. Two nights they were a bit to our side, so 180 view limited our view a bit. Walked to lakeside and sat around the covered fire. Dinner was excellent as was breakfast buffet. Shuttle was relatively convenient except for late afternoon and early morning to train station which required 50 euro taxi. Also, pathways to room would have been safer with path lighting (fell one night).

Great place for a family vacation! Amazing sauna on the lake experience. Also, you can glide on the lake (they have special sled). No ice skating on the lake though, unless you have your own skates.

Amazing stay at Apukka!! Highly recommend booking a cabin, the glass windows are incredible for star & Aurora gazing. The buffet food and dinners were delicious— only thing we wished we knew ahead of time was that only one of the restaurants is open for dinner during autumn season, meaning very limited meal options. That said, food was still amazing! I really liked the activities they offer, we did fat e-bike rentals, sauna, and took the shuttle to go hiking. All super great experiences! Oh and can’t forget the staff, they were all so warm and kind.

朝食は種類が多くてとても美味しかったです。また、オーロラも部屋の大きな窓から見ることができました。ただ、お部屋の清掃では、ゴミ箱のゴミ捨て、ベットメイキングはしてもらえましたが、タオル交換なし、シャワールームの排水溝の髪の毛等は残ったままで捨ててもらえませんでした。ホテルから市内やサンタクロース村まではホテルの有料シャトルバスがあるので便利でしたが、ホテルから空港への移動はシャトルバスがないのでタクシーを利用しました。

The resort was very pretty and clean, and the cabins were incredible. The included breakfast was international and included lots of different options. Make sure you have a car though. Otherwise, you'll have to take a taxi everywhere. You can not walk to attractions.

Peccato per la luminosità troppo alta dell'insegna del ristorante e del resort che rifletteva sui vetri della camera disturbando la vista dell'aurora boreale. Pulizia non eccezionale. Muy hermoso, todo muy limpio. El único detalle que deben tomar en cuenta y mejorar, es el de crear una manera de que te lleven las maletas a tu habitación. Las habitaciones están muy lejos y si hay nieve se dificulta trasladarlas. Lo demás espectacular.

Form the moment you arrive you are made to feel most welcome by the staff every member of staff was so nice and welcoming. The place its self is simply stunning a once in a lifetime experience. We stayed in a room with a glass roof so you lay in bed and see the Northern Lights. The room was spotless the food was divine, heaven on earth.

The bathroom was full of hair from the previous guests. Also one of the days we were in the bathroom taking and about to take a shower when housekeeping came by (wihthout warning or having let us know when that would be); when we asked if they can come back to the room 15 min later they refused and we at least asked for some fresh towels! When we told the front desk the manager phoned us some hours later and was completely useless. On the bright side Gerasimos from the front desk was great - very good at his job!

Resort incrível, ficamos hospedados na Cabana sênior que é linda, aconchegante e muito confortável. Único ponto de observação é que o tempo de banho quente é limitado a 20 minutos, mas antes disso, já ficamos sem água quente, o que foi um inconveniente. Contudo, o resort de fato é alto padrão, café da manhã farto e com muitas opções, várias atividades disponíveis para os hóspedes. Jantamos no restaurante que fica no mesmo local em que é servido o café da manhã, a comida e o atendimento são de muitíssima qualidade. O resort também disponibiliza roupas para neve aos hóspedes, o que é ótimo para as atividades e os passeios ao ar livre durante o inverno.

We had an amazing stay in Apukka. The aurora cabin was beautiful and cosy, and we were so lucky to see the northern lights so vividly from bed! The staff were friendly and there is a great range of activities on site. The grounds are stunning to walk around, and it is very peaceful. The breakfast is fabulous with a wide variety of foods - a huge bonus was a lot was lactose free. The shuttle bus to and from the resort (stopping at Rovaniemi city and Santa Claus Village) was very useful. All in all a great stay worth every penny.

Wir hatten als Familie ein superior aurora cabin gebucht für eine Nacht. Diese Hüttchen mit hohen Glasfenstern war sehr schön. Etwas gestört hat, dass dank der Umgebungsbeleuchtung das Zimmer in Nacht sehr hell war. Auch war das ganze Hüttchen leicht zum See schräg, was sich sehr komisch anfühlte. Ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en Lakeview suites. La vue du logement est juste magnifique. Les espaces sont bien repartis et bien équipés. Amazng.....Accommodation Queen Igloos so comfy and cosy. Food delish, staff so friendly. Northern Lights snowmobile ride was such fun but cold, wear as many layers as you can, guides were great. Saw the northern lights from bed. Had only booked one nights as reviews were saying best to for staying in the Igloo but I'd stay longer, Igloos are spacious and u can control the heating.

To be the highlight and last stop of an 8 day trip to Finland, we had high expectations. Unfortunately the service and food let them down, which had been excellent elsewhere. We emailed ahead to ask if the cabin could be ready at 3pm to enjoy the daylight -no, it would be ready at 4pm. Fine. We arrived just before 4pm - it wasn't ready, we waited in reception and were told there had been an issue, couldn't say what, and asked if we wanted anything as 'compensation' - I suggested a glass of wine but was only offered a bar of chocolate. We waited an hour, it was now dark, and the cabin so cold, we slept in our clothes the first night. Not a good start. The next night the main restaurant had an event and was closed to guests. They opened the Kota instead. Good, looking forward to flame grilled salmon. No-just heat lamped. The beer was actually warmer than the food. The following day we had a takeaway from the restaurant, and an ice cold beer whilst I waited, both excellent. The cabin was now warm and cosy and the location stunning. I think we were unlucky, our cabin overlooked and the restaurant shut, but most disappointing was the lack of any meaningful apology after contacting the resort once we got home. The highlight of the trip, the Arctic Light Hotel Rovaniemi, public transport to Santa village and much wider food options

Tivemos um problema no check in desagradável, trocaram nosso quarto que era o melhor por um inferior ao chegar no quarto percebi que não era o qual eu reservei e paguei , graças a Deus que tinha um recepcionista brasileiro e disse que o que eu estava era mais caro eu disse que não queria então após bater o pé ele disse que foi erro no sistema, muito estranho meu chalé tinha a cama com teto todo de vidro e me deram um com cozinha horrível .

The whole environment was stunning- makes Centre Parks look like a hostel! Water front location with stunning sunrise and northern lights. Food was lovely too- fresh, hot and local! Every member of staff were approachable and genuinely happy to help or just say hello!

Upon arrival we weren’t able to check in yet but Patty gave us a thorough overview of the grounds and services and allowed us to store our luggage while we explored the grounds. There is so much to do and it’s a pity we couldn’t spend more time. There’s a shuttle that goes to Santa’s village which was very convenient. The resort is remote enough that you’re able to see the northern lights on a clear day. The staff even set up a bonfire for us while we went on our own hunt. The restaurants were amazing all around. The cabin was incredibly beautiful and cozy. I cannot recommend this resort more !

Apukka resort was a wonderful place to stay. Me and my wife stayed for two nights, and all the place was amazing specially the cabins, also a really good place to see northern lights. The stuff was really kind.

After extensive research we chose Aupukka for our family holiday. We spent x5 nights in a Kammi Class igloo and booked lots of activities. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and were looked after by the very friendly and helpful staff. The igloo was perfect for our family of 3, it was clean, modern and had everything we needed. All the activities were ran by friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff and at no point did we feel rushed. Snowmobiling with Erwin was a particular highlight. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice, both hot and cold. We pre-booked and paid for half board for 4 nights of our stay, This was the only negative for me and I wouldn't do this again. Its no cheaper booking and paying up front than if you just rock up that evening. The starter and dessert are buffet and you get to choice your main meal from 2 options. Although what we had was nice, if you didn't like either of the 2 options you were stuck. We also tried to swap our pre-booked half board for the A La Carte menu on our last night and although initially being told we couldn't, they did allow it but only gave us 40% of our pre-paid monies towards the cost. Dont get me wrong, all the food was really nice but by pre-booking we boxed ourselves into a corner and had no option to try the other restaurant onsite. I would highly recommend Apukka and 100% stay here again but simply not book any dining options in advance.

Desværre var der ingen nordlys, men det var alligevel superflot at ligge behageligt og se på skyer og stjerner. Supersmart at der er varme i vinduerne så dug og sne forsvinder. Pejsen var også et hit. Vi fik en opgradering til Kings cabin pga. fødselsdag 👍🇩🇰 og receptionisten sagde flere gange tillykke mens vi gik forbi. Morgenmadsbuffet manglede der intet. Men restaurant, man kunne godt oplyse om ved bestilling af bøf til 38€ at man skulle bestille sides til.

Wat een fantastische accommodatie en vriendelijk personeel. Tijdens het eerste ontbijt waren wel de croissants op, dit werd na onze feedback opgepakt en wij kregen een kop koffie van hen cadeau. Wel jammer dat wanneer je redelijk veel betaalt voor de accommodatie dat cappuchino niet bij het ontbijt inbegrepen zit en je hier voor 2 stuks nog 11 euro moet bij betalen.

Cafe da Manhã e almoço com pouca variedade. Ficamos 5 dias e o bufet do almoço foi o mesmo todos os dias. Conexão de internet no quarto muito instável. De resto foi tudo ótimo.

Amazing stay at Apukka!! Highly recommend booking a cabin, the glass windows are incredible for star & Aurora gazing. The buffet food and dinners were delicious— only thing we wished we knew ahead of time was that only one of the restaurants is open for dinner during autumn season, meaning very limited meal options. That said, food was still amazing! I really liked the activities they offer, we did fat e-bike rentals, sauna, and took the shuttle to go hiking. All super great experiences! Oh and can’t forget the staff, they were all so warm and kind.

Eine schöne nette Unterkunft in einer tollen winterlichen Umgebung. Würde sicher wieder dort ein paar Tage verbringen, leider viel zu Überteuert da sich das empfinden darstellt alle lassen sich die Polarlichter (nicht garantiert) Mitbezahlen. Leider war das Essen im Restaurant Kota nur aufgewärmt und beim Servieren noch nicht einmal lauwarm, schade kann man nur sagen für den Preis.
