Inte "LUXURY" alls. Kändes som ett "hitte-på-hotell" Ofräsch frukost, en hiss som skulle delas mellan alla inklusive personal vilket gjorde att vi ibland fick stå 7-8 minuter och vänta på hissen, konstiga rum varav det första vi fick inte hade någonstans att förvara kläder förutom 4 galgar som hängde i taket.....Lite jobbigt när man ska bo 2 personer i 12 dagar. Vi fick byta rum, vilket var bra, och där fanns det åtminstone 1 liten garderob. Dock inte tillräckligt så vi fick ha kläder hängande över stolarna. Vid flera tillfällen fick vi bara 1 ny handduk, trots att vi var 2 som bodde rummet. Sängarna var sköna och renbäddade. Läget är ok med ca 15 minuters promenad ner till V&A Waterfront och ungefär samma avstånd mot Waterkant men rätt tråkig utsikt mot motorväg. Det finns en app som man ska ladda ner för kommunicera med personalen. Jag fick dock aldrig svar de gånger jag skrev där. Jag kommer säkert att återvända till Kapstaden men kommer då inte att bo på ONOMO.

Hotel incrível! Muito perto da V&A Waterfront. Excelente estrutura nos quartos. Tem um estacionamento na frente que pode pagar e deixar o carro (aos finais de semana é gratuito). Café da manhã muito bom e os funcionarios super gentis! recomendo!

The food was sub-par Our seafood dinner was delivered cold and dry Although the hotel was unique in some decor there were. a l ot of basics missing ftom the room,adequate storage space.The shower had mold stains in it. The location to the water front was good.

Good location, friendly staff. However I was a bit shocked to have come across some cockroaches when I switched on the light in the middle of the night. Awkward that there was there was no actual cupboard, but rather some hangers by the bathroom.

Hotel muy bien ubicado por su proximidad al Waterfront, muy seguro para caminar por la noche.Personal muy atento, desayuno excelente. Lo unico que no me gustó es que mi habitación no tenia ventanas, ademas le falta un mueble para dejar las maletas , tampoco tiene mucho lugar para colgar ropa. Precio ubicación, muy bien.

What a fantastic, warm and service minded crew. Our daughter had a mishap during the evening, and the front desk representative pulled up his sleeves and did a heroic deed to fix our issues in the room! We were very impressed! Same thing with the restaurant staff

4th time I stay there. Never got an issue ot so. Staff is amazing, also the food. Breakfast is honest and the location great. Will return. My stays are always around 7 to 12 days, so I know what I am talking about.

Everything was pretty good. The rooms could use a little bistro table and chairs. The breakfast wasn't very good. Specifically, the hot dishes. Too much pork. Not very good. The fruits and omlettes were the best part. Excellent service from all the staff from the front desk, dining area and housekeeping.

Great hotel throughout!!!! Adjacent to the canal area...secure and beautiful. 10 minutes walk from the v and a area.....lots of secuity in evidence. Excellent staff....unfair to be selective but pumie and jordan were just super. Will be back next year....i wont bother looking at other hotels. Highly recommended!!!!!

We booked this primarily for the location near the waterfront and ability to get Ubers for transportation. The entire staff (front desk, restaurant) were extremely pleasant and totally accommodating. The room was very comfortable. We took an Uber to the V&A mall, and were able to walk back to the hotel when the weather was good.
