Das Hotel ist für den Preis wirklich perfekt. Das personal ist freundlich, die Lage ist unschlagbar und das Frühstück ist ausreichend. Es gibt jeden morgens as gleiche: Toast, Ei, bacon, marmalade, kornflakes, muffins und Obst. Kulinarisch nicht ideal aber vollkommen in Ordnung. Wegen der grandiosen Lage gibt es aber in unmittelbarer direkter Umgebung super FRühstückslokale zu guten Preisen (zB Clarke‘s oder Bo Kaap Deli). Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 15ten Stock mit großem Fenster Richtung Tafelberg. Das Zimmer war super sauber. Es ist ziemlich klein, aber wir haben die Zeit auf dem Zimmer auch wirklich nur auf duschen und schlafen beschränkt. Handtücher sind sauber und haben echt den Vorteil dass sie gut riechen (nicht in jedem Hotel gegeben!). Das personal war sehr freundlich. Das highlight ist die Dachterasse, die man über das Hotel im Hinterhaus zu erreichen ist. Von da aus schaut man über die Stadt bis zu waterfront und in der anderen Seite bis zum Tafelberg. Außerdem gibt es dort einen schönen Pool durch dem man ebenfalls durch die großen Fenster die tolle Stadt sehen kann. Gegenüber sind auch diverse co-Working spaces, wenn man zum arbeiten vor Ort ist. Das internet im Hotel ist stabil und kostenfrei, jedoch nicht immer das Schnellste. Alles in allem ist das Hotel wirklich perfekt für den günstigen City Aufenthalt.

This hotel was clean and in a great area close to many attractions such as tours, restaurants, bars, and historical places. Breakfast was included and there were good food options. This hotel is also attached through the underground parking to another hotel that provides some amenities, including a pool, restaurant, and a rooftop with a bar and an amazing view. I only wish the front desk staff were a little bit more attentive and friendly.

Inte så stort utbud men helt ok. Lätt att parkera i deras parkeringsgarage som är precis bredvid hotellingången. Märks att det är lägre standard än systerhotellet SunSquare Cape Town City Bowl som ligger vägg i vägg men är helt ok ändå att bo på. Ligger nära Avis om man ska hämta eller lämna hyrbil. Nära till restauranger på Bree street och Long street.

Everything was broken from the beginning. Lift buttons broken, toilet was broken, housekeeping was extremely lazy and did not clean properly. Area was extremely unsafe for tourist. i wont be coming back here. o way in hell.

I must have stayed here 10 times in recent years. It’s a good base. Centre of town and all that entails. Good parking. Handy. This hotel is a good bet.

A estadia foi boa, mas irregular. Fique na dúvida entre conceituar entre 3 ou 4 estrelas. Pontos positivos: a internet é de qualidade; o ar-condicionado estava com defeito, eu reclamei e prontamente fui atendido. Em 30 minutos, eles consertaram o defeito; a cama é boa; o chuveiro é de qualidade. Eles oferecem um prédio anexo com piscina e restaurante com boa opções e qualidade excelente. Pontos negativo: O hotel disponibiliza poucos amenities; o quarto é pequeno; o café é fraco para uma categoria 3 estrelas. Eu esperava mais no café que é simples e tem poucas opções. Em relação à localização, eu gostei mais de ficar no Green Point. O Centro é perto dos principais pontos turísticos, mas tem bairro muito melhor como Green Point ou Sea Point.

I was just staying for one night before moving to another hotel that had no open rooms, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean albeit small. It would not have been comfortable for two people, that is for sure. The staff were incredibly friendly and proactive, too. They managed to carry over just about everything from a 5 star experience that you can expect for the insanely good price and location. The only downfall was the breakfast. I wish that they would charge and then give you more selection. There was not a single fruit available, and then the rest of the selection was rather small. It was also very VERY loud, but the staff can hardly do anything about that.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained with lovely service. I’d also recommend this hotel to people visiting Cape Town, especially for the great restaurants and bars in short, safe walking distance.

The staff were friendly, helpful and accomodated all my needs. I asked to move to a bigger room on a higher level and they kindly arranged that for me. The beds are very comfortable and the black-out curtains are great at blocking out light. My room had an amazing view of Table Mountain and the city. The room was clean, however some facilities require an upgrade. The room had what appeared to be mold on the shower ceiling. There were cigarette burns on the carpet and the door didnt close all the way, which meant having to physically push it closed.

Our stay was good, however we had a few issues; room service did not replenish bath/shower towels after cleaning on our day 2, we had to request towels as a result, the bathroom basin sink did not drain water properly. Both issues were resolved upon reporting. Room service did not replenish shower gel for our check out day morning shower, we had to use hand wash bar of soap as we had an early flight to catch with no time to request for replenishment.

My hubby and I stayed for 6 nites. The room is clean but small. The high stool at the table was very uncomfortable and much higher than expected. It would be good if there is space for a proper wardrobe and writing table with a proper chair. There is not many food choices in the neighbourhood. That is a real setback.

The bed was very small, and they messy up with my ice pack the we asked them to freeze up and they only put on a fridge that was very upsetting because i have a long flight and need my insulin kept cool.

The rooms are small andnot accomodative to children. I had plans to stay for 10 days but moved out after 2 days of prepaid stay

The hotel was satisfactory but did not meet my limited expectations. It is true that the breakfast is bad and that the rooms are small. There’s no closet so I left my clothes in my carry-on for my 2-week stay at the hotel. Shower is very nice but bring your own toiletries rather than the green all-in-one shampoo/soap provided. A big bother for me and colleagues were the very uncomfortable beds and pillows. I did ask reception if other pillows were available and they said no. With the exception of one person, reception is helpful and welcoming. The hotel is connected via the parking lot to its sister hotel which does have a small gym and bar with a rooftop area. The V&V restaurant at the sister hotel takes orders for pick-up too, however, overall the food is not very good. Convenient 5-10 min walk to historical downtown area and 20 min to Waterfront.

very well managed hotel. modern, clean, relatively small rooms with comfortable bed and bedding. very friendly and helpful staff. amazing location directly on bree street in immediate walking distance to some of the finces restaurants in cape town. the complementary hotel breakfast buffet is rich with enough variety of choices. very good, strong wifi.

Smallish rooms but well designed and had everything we needed. Only issue was that hot water was sometimes difficult to get in the shower but it was warm enough to use, just not optimal.

THE STAFF COULD HAVE BEEN MORE WELCOMING. ONLY A COUPLE GREETED GUESTS. THEIR OVERALL DEMEANOR APPEARED LESS THAN STANDARD FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN TODAY'S HOTEL INDUSTRY.

It was a decent stay, i felt the recption staff Thandi and Amazement to be unhelpful and little rude in their manner speaking to my wife and I. Definitely Not what I expect for staff in this industry. The gentleman who helped during my stay (Maurisio) was polite and helpful. Unfortunately i did deal with the ladies for most of my stay. Rooms were fairly clean. Breakfast was basic and could do with a little improvement.

Like anyone going to a city for the first time, there is typically some apprehension but everyone at Stay Easy Cape Town was so warm and welcoming, my wife and I were very comfortable. Bevan at the front desk was a master at his craft........going the extra mile, very accommodating and understanding. I had a challenge with my credit card and he dealt with it with such professionalism and midas touch that we would definitely recommend this property.

Superb location, easy access, super friendly staff and great amenities

I liked this place. The housekeeping guy i think he said Eric was his name, i do not recall well but he was the supervisor or something on the 18th he helped me a lot. I appreciated how he made arrangements to service my room in the afternoon since i was tired and needed more sleep considering friday the other lady had told us they closed housekeeping at 14hr. I was so grateful 🙏 reception stuff is also very helpful and professional. It was a pleasant stay in general. Safe neighbourhood and breakfast was my ultimate favourite. The view from my room was lovely too. Capetown is beautiful. For that price I can recommend it to a friend any day

Good and place to stay in downtown. I needed to attend a conference at CTICC, which was at walkable distance. Breakfast was good.

Good stay. This is not an exceptional hotel but it is a good stay. It was very clean and quiet. It has amazing views. Good AC and hot water. The bed was ok, and the pillows are horrible. Basically just plastic in sheets. The room was very small but I know there's nothing the hotel can do about that. My last day prior to checking out the maid service left no bars of soap. The breakfast isn't that great, very watery eggs and the fruit looks like they are just recycling the same fruit from the day before. Ordering food from the bar is a horrible. You'll wait anywhere from 40-45 minutes to get a basic item. I ordered and 15 minutes later, the waitress came to affirm my order, what means she didn't even put it in yet. So they wait and bring everybody's food at the same time. Horrible system. On the positive, the staff was nice and helpful. Very close to restaurants and cafes. And about a 20-30 minute walk to the Waterfront, very easy to get to from the hotel. Overall, just an ok stay,

o café da manhã tem uma fila que parece que os hospedes estão pedindo comida, é uma falta de respeito com os hóspedes, fiz fotos de uma fila com pelo menos 40 pessoas, as mesas tudo vazias e so tem uma pessoa para limpar estas mesas e enquanto isto ficamos sem poder entrar no restaurante, nunca vi absurdo maior e falta de respeito

a cama de casal muito pequena, o edredom quente demais, nao tinha lençol apesar de ser verao, o cafe da manha é humilhante o tamanho da fila, porque nao tem gente pra lipar mesa e repor os pratos, nunca vi tamanha incapacidade gerencial, alem de nao ter frutas, tinha uma pseudo salada de frutas de melao com melao
