Car parking a mess [ why let everyone in when there's no space and then not let you out because the barrier is down and you need a code - should have had someone stationed outside] All staff really lovely and helpful across the site but John on desk was excellent and really helpful Hotel clean, excellent rooms and great location for racecourse . Deb on reception was outstanding and extremely helful and professional in all aspects. The service has been consistent in all areas. I was deligheted to speak with Jonathan a Manager in reception who listened to my positive feedback. A huge bonus for me was finding a Peloton bike in the workout room, I am informed that Hilton has an agreement with them (Peloton) across all Hotels. I will definately stay here again for either businesss or leisure, an amazing experience... Thank you

Overall we had a great couple of days stay, despite not able to get disabled park spot for my mum on the first day of our stay, plus I requested a room close to the lift at the time of the booking to my mum life a little easier for her, instead we more or less had the same room as last year. On the up side we didn’t have to pay for parking.

Convenient for racecourse - slow to check in and unable to get any food as fully booked even though empty tables - which was ok as we went to a local place and ate which was delicious Drinks over priced and no water in the room you have to buy it from reception! Think 2 bottles complimentary in the fridge would be a nice touch as rooms aren’t cheap

The hotel was nice enough but the room was not great, the shower felt old and dirty, the bed was tiny and we had no bath. For the money paid I would have expected better, disappointed really.

Great customer service especially from the lady checking me in and the lady serving at the bar/restaurant. Both were very friendly, professional and helpful. The check was fast and the service at the bar/restaurant was excellent. The food was really nice as well. The room was large and comfortable but just a little bit noisy. I had a fantastic view of the racecourse. The hotel is in a great condition with a good car park and great location.

I’ve stayed a number of times and always been happy but this stay was different. There was an event on which completely ruined our meal as the noise was crazy. We literally couldn’t hear each other speak…it was extremely overwhelming. If anyone had warned us we would have ordered room service instead. The music from the party/event was so loud it was pumping through the hotel which meant we couldn’t sleep. Again, if I’d been warned I would never have booked to stay. I switched from premier inn to the Hilton for my frequent visits to Doncaster as the rooms are so much better however after my most recent stay I’ve decided to switch back as it feel like profit of a party was definitely prioritised over the guests actually staying in the hotel. Really disappointing

The pillows on the bed were awful. Flat bags of cotton wool, I have never seen pillows like it. I had to have them changed twice before they agreed the ones I sent back were unacceptable.

Stayed in room 405, it backs on to the lift. You can hear people talking and the floor announcements in the lift from the bedroom and it’s almost like they are in the bathroom with you.

The view of the racecourse was fantastic. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Room 622 was very clean but the mattress needs replacing, extremely uncomfortable.

It was okay. We had a room with the racecourse view but the smell coming out of the drain was very very bad. Made me feel unwell the whole night. The staff were very nice and we didn’t tell them about it until the next morning as the smell didn’t start until 1 or 2am and we didn’t want to change our room in the middle of the night.

Poor service from the off. Inexperienced checkin staff. Freezing cold room. A lot of young staff chatting away at the bar / restaurant, ignoring customers. Korean chicken was cold - only served with rice. Was told I wasn’t allow a decaf tea bag in my room and they were only for the restaurant. Had to chase for invoice a day later. Shambles!

Hotel location perfect for the races. Property is clean and comfortable. Staff on reception carry out their jobs and that’s it. Think you have to pay extra for a smile or for them to call you by your name. Early check in will cost you an additional £20 and parking your car is a fiver. I paid £153 for a one night stay which I thought included breakfast and turned out it didn’t. Won’t recommend and won’t stay again. Would have been just as comfortable in a Travelodge or Premier Inn

This is our go to hotel when I bring my daughter up to visit her family , everything about this hotel I love. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is delicious with so much choice. The lay out of the hotel is great. Rooms are modern and clean and comfortable. The view of the racecourse is an added bonus. I don’t follow horse racing but I live the view.

Check in ok although there was some confusion as to whether or not we had booked breakfast. Did send an email regarding booking evening meal but never got a response. Staff friendly and helpful. Need more choice on menu

Check in ok although there was some confusion as to whether or not we had booked breakfast. Did send an email regarding booking evening meal but never got a response. Staff friendly and helpful. Need more choice on menu

Overnight stay after an afternoon at the races. Cannot fault the hotel at all, perfect position, room with view of course, handy for railway station, excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Also got better deal with expedia than our friends who booked direct with hotel. Thank you.

Great hotel just a short walk into town, for restaurants etc. Federico was a delight on checking us in and directing us to the town. We had a fabulous view overlooking the race course. Room was spotless and so quiet and the bed was so comfortable, that we had a great night’s sleep.

My favourite racecourse adjacent hotel. I would have liked a view of the course rather than the car park. Breakfast at least had a great view of the track - and soft scrambled eggs(hurrah).

Hotel is excellent. Great location for the races and town centre. Breakfast amazing. Also ate in the hotel Saturday night. Each meal we had was gorgeous.

Nice clean room. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Also ate in the hotel restaurant on the evening and was pleasantly surprised by an excellent and tasty meal.

Car parking a mess [ why let everyone in when there's no space and then not let you out because the barrier is down and you need a code - should have had someone stationed outside] All staff really lovely and helpful across the site but John on desk was excellent and really helpful Hotel clean, excellent rooms and great location for racecourse . Breakfast very good

Hotel is nice enough with good view of the racecourse. Dining menu is somewhat limited, and restaurant stops taking orders at 9pm, which is a bit inconvenient at weekends. But breakfast is fab.

Great stay, I have stayed 3 nights over the last couple of weeks on business. I had the same evening meal and it was consistently good. Service was good, no complaints.

The food options were good but a bit pricey for average quality. There were a lot of extra supplements on top of the meal prices. The beds are comfortable and rooms modern and clean. Bath sheets rather than normal size towels would be welcomed

Convenient for racecourse - slow to check in and unable to get any food as fully booked even though empty tables - which was ok as we went to a local place and ate which was delicious Drinks over priced and no water in the room you have to buy it from reception! Think 2 bottles complimentary in the fridge would be a nice touch as rooms aren’t cheap

Staff were great and so was service. Food was awful 2 nights on the trot with only an apology for 2 expensive meals. Not even a tiny offer of reduction.on this basis we will think twice before staying again or recommending.

Non male nel complesso. Le stanze sono abbastanza spaziose e luminose. Faceva molto freddo nella mia ed anche se ho chiamato due volte per alzare la temperatura è rimasta la stessa centralizzata. La colazione nella media sebbene le uova erano o immerse nel latte o nell’olio. Non tantissime opzioni senza glutine e lattosio. Nel complesso carino.

We only stayed one night but everything worked out well. The staff were all friendly and helpful; the room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds and pillows; the food was great particularly the mussels and the breakfast; and a great walk for our dog around the racecourse.

Hotel is in a good location. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was lovely. Lots of selection and tasty. Parking was easy and lovely views of race course. My only complaint, which is small, was that there were no bottles of water in the room and the tap water was not nice. I have never been to a hotel without bottles of water in the room. We arrived home from our party, got ready for bed and went to the mini bar assuming water would be in there. It was empty with a sign that said to get snacks from reception. I rang for room service for the water as we were ready for bed. Was told it would be £10 for two bottles of water and I’d have to come down for them as no room service after 9:45. Was already ready for bed so passed on that. My husband went down to get some from our car at 7am. Not ideal! Helpful hint, take your own water or buy it before you go to bed!

Enjoyed our 2 night stay. Hotel is easy to find, there’s plenty of parking and the room was a good size. All staff were friendly and keen to help if required. Two minor gripes, the bathroom needed more hooks/towel rails and the WiFi wasn’t too good. Would happily stay again
