Satisfied with the condo. Easy access from airport. Parking and building access was convenient. Elevators to condo was easy and quick. Kitchen was well equipped, combined dining and living room was well furnished. View from balcony was fantastic. Bedroom and bathroom areas were good. Area was quiet at night resulting in a peaceful restful sleep. New mattress provided was comfortable. Did not use laundry, pool, hot tub or double bunk bed. Restaurants, groceries and entertainment close by. Would rent this condo again.

The condo was excellent. Very clean and well equipped. I love the artwork also. It is a little over a mile from the retail part of town and very quiet. The beach is beautiful and the hot tub is welcome on those chilly nights. The host was very approachable by email and genuinely seems to want to make your stay enjoyable. Small grocery to the west of the condo. Great week

Property was as described. Key fob for pool access was missing from room upon arrival. Contacted management and they were quick to get a replacement. Would stay there again.

Older but really nice and clean inside. Beautiful wide white sand beach. Excellent access to the ocean. Easy parking close to room. Within minutes of all the best restaurants and shopping.

The room and furniture was just as promised from the pictures. It is a nice condo. The property management sent texts when the water was being turned off at the boardwalk to the beach for a repair, it was nice to know ahead of time. The property common areas were kept great. The room was clean except for the floors. It appeared clean, but had not been mopped in a long time. If your didn’t wear shoes you feet or socks would be filthy. I didn’t complain there because didn’t want someone to mop after we were moved in. We just wore shoes or one pair of sock in the evening that hit the trash before we left. I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! Loved the beach view from the balcony, and being just a one-minute walk to the beach was amazing. We would definitely go back and visit again.One small note — the VRBO description and the property management company’s listing had different maximum occupancies, which caused a little confusion at first, but a couple of phone calls cleared it up quickly.The bathroom could use an upgrade, and the floors and baseboards would benefit from a deep clean for future guests. We also noticed a few outlets that didn’t work or became loose when we tried to charge phones or use other devices.Overall, it was a great trip, and we’d happily return!

Place was very convenient. Floors weren’t very clean, our feet got nasty but everything else seemed ok. Nicely furnished. Only complaint is it wasn’t ready at 4pm and that was a huge hassle but they did get ready about 45 minutes late so wasn’t horrible just not convenient when you arrive with a full car at 4pm and can’t do anything until you unload. Would definitely stay at location again, preferably with an individual owner. The fees for rental agency are a bit steep.

The condo itself met our needs. Description was accurate and right on the beach. Check in and checkout were seamless. Housekeeping didn’t do a great job cleaning. With that being said, when we called, customer service offered to send housekeeping out. We declined the offer since we were already in the unit.

Waking up and viewing the beach from the balcony with a cup of coffee was heavenly. The walk to the beach was very short and convenient. My family and I had the best time. My only negative was that my bed was very uncomfortable.

Shirley's condo is perfect for us. She has thought of everything we might need for our stay. The furnishings and decorations are beautiful. The view from the balcony is pretty amazing too. We hope to return in future years. Shirley is a wonderful host.

We were very happy with our stay, and plan to return every year. The condo was immaculate, the bed was comfortable, and there is 2 bunk beds for the kiddos. Beautiful ocean view. Also, it’s located in a less busy area. The host is the best, and made sure that we were happy during our stay.

Condo was really nice, it was everything I expected, view from the balcony was beautiful! Riding bikes through the park ( which was just a short drive down the road) was so much fun we did it twice during our stay. Only thing i could possibly complai about was the mattress could have been better. Everytime my husband moved i felt like i was gonna bounce off the bed, so not much sleep for me. I did sleep on the couch a few nights after being woke up by him moving. It was still a great vacation & The property owner was GREAT to work with. We watched Dolphins every morning & evening from our balcony!

I would definitely not recommend this condo. I arrived at 6:30 PM and open the door to the worst smell ever. As I walked in and placed my stuff down, I almost fell in the kitchen due to water on the floor. I immediately contacted the property to report these issues. Of course it was after hours and did not hear from anyone that night. The next day I still hadn’t heard from anybody by 11:30 AM. So I called back and was told they would send someone. Later that evening, a gentleman that spoke no English showed up. He changed the filter for the air conditioner and wiped up the water that was leaking from the dishwasher. I also complained about the humidity in the condo. The only way I was able to get the humidity down was to turn the AC to 68°. The next day I called management back again about the odor and water, was told they will send somebody again. Later that evening a gentleman showed up and could not believe the smell. He brought with him some ozone spray and try to hunt the smell down. Unable to find what was causing it, he sprayed the ozone spray and said he would report it. I left for dinner. When I returned, all I could smell, was the stale smell and ozone spray. I was considering spending my last night in a hotel. It was 9 PM and I decided to make a decision in the morning. I stayed the last night and fought through it. I asked management for a partial refund for the first three days. I did not receive one. Not worth the money. Hard mattress

The condo itself met our needs. Description was accurate and right on the beach. Check in and checkout were seamless. Housekeeping didn’t do a great job cleaning. With that being said, when we called, customer service offered to send housekeeping out. We declined the offer since we were already in the unit.

Older but really nice and clean inside. Beautiful wide white sand beach. Excellent access to the ocean. Easy parking close to room. Within minutes of all the best restaurants and shopping.

This property is located in a quiet part of Gulf Shores and the beach is never over crowded. The building and the condo were well taking care of. Would recommend to friends and family.

This is a great location! It only took us 5 minutes to get basically anywhere we wanted to go. The checkin and checkout process was really easy! We will rent from Young’s again!

We were very happy with our stay, and plan to return every year. The condo was immaculate, the bed was comfortable, and there is 2 bunk beds for the kiddos. Beautiful ocean view. Also, it’s located in a less busy area. The host is the best, and made sure that we were happy during our stay.

I would definitely not recommend this condo. I arrived at 6:30 PM and open the door to the worst smell ever. As I walked in and placed my stuff down, I almost fell in the kitchen due to water on the floor. I immediately contacted the property to report these issues. Of course it was after hours and did not hear from anyone that night. The next day I still hadn’t heard from anybody by 11:30 AM. So I called back and was told they would send someone. Later that evening, a gentleman that spoke no English showed up. He changed the filter for the air conditioner and wiped up the water that was leaking from the dishwasher. I also complained about the humidity in the condo. The only way I was able to get the humidity down was to turn the AC to 68°. The next day I called management back again about the odor and water, was told they will send somebody again. Later that evening a gentleman showed up and could not believe the smell. He brought with him some ozone spray and try to hunt the smell down. Unable to find what was causing it, he sprayed the ozone spray and said he would report it. I left for dinner. When I returned, all I could smell, was the stale smell and ozone spray. I was considering spending my last night in a hotel. It was 9 PM and I decided to make a decision in the morning. I stayed the last night and fought through it. I asked management for a partial refund for the first three days. I did not receive one. Not worth the money. Hard mattress
