First Camp Lilleby

When we arrived late in the evening, we came to a cabin that was open. It was dark and it was only me and my daughter, so we did not go in to the cabin. We found a number to call when the reception was closed. A security guard answered and he stayed on the phone with us until we had checked the cabin. Not that he could have help us if someone was in there!! When we got all our things inside, we saw that it was dirty, the refrigerator had a very bad smell, there were hair and a lot of dust under the beds and we decided that we would only stay for one night and not the 4 we were planning to stay. We booked a hotel in the middle of the night. When we went to check out, they were closed and they were supposed to be open at that time. So we never got to talk to anyone there and tell them about our experience.

Perfect for what we wanted as a couple with a 3 year old. We didn’t have high expectations, so all good. The cabin was a bit tired and worn and was boiling hot. Shower good and ice box was large. Play park not brilliant and a bit noisy at night!!

Out dated cabin, quite some damage and needed a lot of maintenance. We only stayed 1 nights and left 2 nights earlier. It did not meet our expectations and it was not meting our standards. Very kind reception staff, being helpfull.

It wasn’t cleaned .full of dust under the beds. Bad quality beds. Dirty toilets.toilet exhaust fans didn’t work.i find some used towels in the toilet. toilet dustbin was not emptied. Totally disappointed

Fruktansvärd villavagn, nummer 32. Luktade mögel och för att "få bort lukten" hade dem riktigt starkt medel så man knappt kunde andas i vagnen. Sonen med svårt astma låg och hostade hela natten trots doser av sin medicin. Fuktigt i villavagnen. Badrummet var stor spricka i duschen så man kunde bara stå i ett hörn för att inte hela golvet skulle rasa. Sen fuktskador på karmar och annat. Nä ussh! Kylskåpet var fullt med is och all värna mat blev förstörd som vi hade haft i våra kylväskor för det höll sig inte tillräckligt kallt. Det saknades bestick och tallrikar som jag gick och sa till om och inget av det fick vi. Så vi fick äta med sked och på små tallrikar istället. I duschen vid handfatet rann det vatten från kranen ner bakom kommoden. Vi fick alltså lämna vagnen ett dygn tidigare pga allt detta och speciellt sonen och det enda dem svarade var "var tråkigt att höra".. ingen kompensation, inget vi ber om ursäkt, ingenting. Så fruktansvärt dåligt bemötande och allt. Välj något annat!!
