The room was efficiently designed and the amenities were abundant. The room was quiet. Laundry onsite and an7/11 in the basement . Most importantly, the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant next to the hotel has a great buffet but there are several other restaurants in the area. Overall a great place to stay.

Our 4 night stay at the Daiwa was very enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable but small. If you have big suitcases, maneuvering might be difficult. In the lobby there were lots of amenities you could help yourself to, such as coffee, teas, shaver and shaving gel, lotion, bath salts, cremes. There was quite a variety. Also in your room there were hair combs, toothbrushes ,slippers etc. There is a kettle in the room which wasn't mentioned in the descriptions. We had dinner at the restaurant but did not get the buffet breakfast. Dinner was very good and the prices were reasonable. For breakfat, we went to a bakery next door. Great food. Had a full breakfast for about 1,000 Yen. We went there every morning. The subway was about 6mins walk. It was about a 15 to 20 mins walk to the middle of Shinjuku area. We really enjoyed staying at the Daiwa.

Clean room, amenities were restocked daily (if asked) and they were great! Different from what ive seen but in a good way. Definitely would stay here again if I visit another time. Great view of the street and city. Had a 24/7 7-11 on the base floor which was AMAZING!!! Loved that and the lobby was clean and the amenities there were restocked daily also.

アメニティがとても充実していて感動しました。ロビーのアメニティコーナーにスキンケア類やコットンやヘアゴム、ヘアオイルに入浴剤、コーヒーお茶類までありました。お部屋にも歯ブラシや体を洗う用のタオルもあり、電子レンジのコーナーにはおはしフォークもあり、製氷機の氷は小さいのでなくて、ちゃんと大きいのが出てきました。最近はアメニティのないホテルもあるのに、こちらのホテルには足りないものがありませんでした。近くにはコンビニだけでなくイオンもあるので安くておいしいお惣菜が食べれてラッキーでした。お部屋は通路が狭く、キャリーを置く位置に迷い、何度かドアノブに腰を引っ掛けてしまいましたが、お風呂が広くて浴槽もあったので、2日間大変快適に過ごすことができました。ただ、1つ気になったのが、電子レンジコーナーが11階にありますが、夜ご飯を温めに行った際、一瞬外国人男性の方と室内に2人になった時少しこわいなと感じました。日本人でも怖いです。ドアを開けるのを手伝ってくださる優しい普通の方だったので大丈夫でしたが、何かあった際に助けを呼べるのか疑問に思いました。客室フロアなのでドアをなくすと氷の音がうるさいんだと思いますが、万が一を考えるとできればロビー1階にあったほうが便利だし安心です。その他は快適に過ごすことができました。1階のレストランもおいしかったです。お値段は正直安くはないですが、新宿に来る際はぜひまたこちらのホテルを利用させていただきたいです。

This hotel outside, lobby, and rooms were very clean. The front desk personnel was nice and helpful. The rooms were refreshed daily with clean towels and made beds. The lobby had care items that you could take daily. The basement was connected to a 711 that had good food for on the go. It was a 10 min walk to shops and restaurants in Shinjuku. Would stay here again.

Excellent Stay – Clean, Quiet, and Thoughtful Service! I had an amazing stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nishi-Shinjuku PREMIER. From start to finish, everything was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful. One of the standout features was their room cleaning system—if you opt out of daily cleaning, they provide a bag with fresh towels, toiletries, and bottled water, which was a fantastic and thoughtful touch. The showers were incredible too. The water pressure was on point with both a rainfall and wand option. The location was excellent, just a 5-8 minute walk to the subway, making it easy to get around Tokyo. Despite being so central, the area felt very safe and quiet, which made for a restful stay. We booked a junior suite and were given a room on the top floor. The room was large and open plan, except for the bathroom which had a very large walk-in shower and bath cubicle and twin sinks. The toilet was in a separate area. Staff were friendly and stored our luggage for us as we arrived around 10:30 following an overnight flight and check-in before 14:00 was not available. Despite being a 10 minute walk from Shinjuku, there were plenty of restaurants and bars around the hotel, as well as two restaurants in the hotel. The hotel has the benefit of being close enough to Shinjuku to enjoy that experience, but constant noise and bustle. It is also close enough to transport links to easily navigate around Tokyo. It is also only a few minutes walk to a subway station with an elevator in a route that will take you to Tokyo station and the Shinkansen in 25 to 30 minutes. I had a wonderful stay at the Daiwa Hotel Nishi Shinjuku. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, and having a 7-Eleven conveniently located inside the building made everything incredibly easy. The hotel offers many thoughtful perks, such as free, high-quality cosmetic amenities and complimentary bottled water, which I really appreciated. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. There are also plenty of useful rental options available, including adapters and ironing boards, which made my stay even more comfortable. The hotel provides washing machines as well—perfect for longer visits. My room was clean, cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, this hotel offers amazing value, comfort, and convenience. The hotel was lovely and especially clean. Very convenient to have a 7/11 on the premises! The room was small, as normal in Tokyo, and I feel it could have been designed better. The bathroom was very large with a tub and rainfall shower and may be why the rest of the room was so small. I had used packing cubes to make it easy to settle in and put my suitcase out of the way, but the drawers were only about 2 inches deep, so the cubes did not fit. That to me was a BIG wasted space.

The staff are very efficient and quick for check-in and check-out. We had our bags held after checkout, and I wish I'd known earlier they'll hold for up to 7 days without charge! Huge value if you're planning a night or two outside of Tokyo. Our room was very clean and well laid out for the size. Lots of amenities stocked in the room + more available on a self-service station in the lobby. Very spacious bathroom with excellent shower +andbath. Convenient to serveral metro stations and convenience stores. Some restaurants right near by, but better options and value 15-20 minutes walk.

The service of the front desk was excellent! We were helped on several occasions with booking issues, sending suitcases to other hotels, and information in general. The staff was so kind. We loved that the area was quiet and away from the crowds in Shinjuku. It was great that we were able to visit several sites and restaurants in walking distance and that the subway stop was close by. We would definitely stay here again.

The front desk receptionist, Shogaki, was very nice and professional and helped us plan our subway routes to our attractions. The food in the restaurant, especially breakfast caters to local people. The rooms are nice but very compact with no room to walk around. It may be also that my room had three beds in it. The main things that I dislike is that the hotel doesn’t try to accommodate international travelers who fly 11-15 hours to get there and are at the mercy of the airlines. If you arrive anytime after midnight you have to wait until 2:00pm to check in. We got there at 4:30 and were told we couldn’t check in until 2:00pm. You would think that our rooms would be ready. After 5 hours of waiting I was informed that I could pay 2000 jpy for each of my rooms to be ready at 12 to check in as soon as room service was done. The hotel location was great. Right by the subway platform. If I could change two things it would be the checking policy for international travelers and also a better food variety for Westerners.

The staff was amazing-very welcoming and helpful. The room was standard size for Japan (a little small compared to American size) but the amenities provided more than made up for the size of the room-especially the pajamas. They had a great selection of personal care products in the lobby to choose from. The hotel is in a quieter area of Shinjuku (which was nice to get away from the craziness near the Shinjuku station) but still close enough to walk to everything in Shinjuku.

Hotel was clean and rooms very comfortable. The pyjamas provided were also very comfortable. A 15 minute easy walk to Shinjuku Station. Did not eat in the hotel as sightseeing every day, but there is an outdoor eating area. The 7-11 below hotel good for food and for coffee in the morning. Nice touch to have bath salts etc provided.

No fuss, great hotel with spacious rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, and both shower/bath facilities. Really enjoyed the pajamas and toiletries that were free to guests. The surrounding area is quiet, with a lot of business buildings, which was nice at the end of the day after a lot of stimulation. Only 10 minutes to a train station. Would stay again.

Very honest offering. Reasonably priced. Not much amenities though, but that's to be expected at that price. Make sure you get your breakfast before 9:30 so you can order their delicious fluffy pancakes (seriously), but the rest of the breakfast was very meh.

Very small room, but great hotel. Located in a nice area, friendly staff and you can pay for an included breakfast (well worth it). If you pay for the breakfast go early as it gets crowded quickly. Well-stocked amenities in the lobby if you forget anything (toothbrush, comb, lotion, etc). Very clean and the housekeeping is an added touch. A very nice stay!

Enjoyed our stay at the Daiwa Roynet. Room was smaller than expected but otherwise everything was good. Do ask the front desk to help with a future reservation to a restaurant but they said they can’t do it if it is not within the timeframe of our stay. That was a bit disappointing. Really enjoyed the breakfast. There was a good variety of American and Japanese options. Loved their soups.

Highly recommend this hotel. The staff were helpful, the breakfast buffet was above par, and the extra amenities were great. The room we had was very small; however, we were only there to sleep. The bathroom shower was superb and the toilet, with a heated seat, was far superior to anything offered in the States. They provided toothbrushes, hairbrushes, foaming hand soap, all the items needed to shower, pj's, house slippers, and multiple cosmetic face/body lotions. The location was about a 10 minute walk from the train station but in a quiet part of the city. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff were kind (notably, I was given a towel at the front desk during check-in after walking in a bit wet from the rain -- I found that very thoughtful). Truly the best bathroom I have ever experienced in any hotel in my life; everything from the toilet, to the shower, to the bath, to the water pressure was top notch. Laundry facilities available in-house. Breakfast was a fabulous buffet, with both Japanese and western style cuisine available. I would totally stay here again and recommend this hotel to my friends and loved ones.
