Nice location. You can walk out from Tokyo Station and then go down the Yaesu underground mall and walk al the way to the end. When you come up from the underground mall, the hotel is just half a block away. The room is equipped with a lot of electrical outlets which is nice as I need to charge laptops and many tablets and phones. We are a family of 4 and we stayed comfortably there. The afternoon Happy Hours from 1-10pm was wonderful with a lot of snacks and sake tasting. I’ll stay here again in my next trip!

Well located hotel. Staff are very welcoming and attentive. The free snack bar (pasta salads, potato salads, savoury snacks), with coffees, sodas and japanese mini snacks, along with generous hours, are a very nice amenity. Extremely clean and convenient to transit and shops, restaurants, Tokyo station. Left my phone charger by accident and they found it and left it with the desk for my return trip. They'll also store your luggage if you decide to explore other parts of Japan and end up staying there upon your return. If it's pouring, they have umbrellas to lend you. Great shampoos, conditioners and shower gel, and you even get slippers and pajamas. Nothing but positive experiences!

Great location. Walking distance to Ginza and Tokyo Station. The room is nice and clean. Beds are comfortable in the 2×king sze room. The 2nd floor lounge is cozy, with delicious snacks and free Japanese wine (one cup per guest with checkin).

Convenient location to Tokyo station for access to transportation option as well as shopping. Room was clean and good size. Washing machine in the room was convenient to have during our stay. The lounge for guest to use with access to snacks/drinks was a nice touch during our stay. Good customer service overall.

The hotel was within walking distance of 4 different LRT stations, including the Tokyo station making it easy to plan out trips. The rooms were clean. The staffs were amazing and very accommodating in changing our room to one with washer-dryer. There are 2 washer-dryers on Level 3 for common use, for rooms without. They provide free fountain drinks and snacks in the lounge from early afternoon to 10 pm. Nearby Lawson is great for buying late snacks and drinks. We initially stayed 3 nights and they held on to our luggage for a week and when we checked back in, our luggages were already in our new room. Out of the 3 hotels we stayed on our 14-day Japan trip, Karaksa Hotel Colors Tokyo Yaesu was the best! Definitely recommend.

This is newly renovated cute hotel. My stay was nice except the smell from the sewer. I smelled rag the whole night and was wondering what it is during sleep. In the morning I found both the sink and the shower smelled the sewer so bad.

The location is very close to Tokyo station. Rooms are very small and dark; windows on 10th floor look out into alley roof top. The bathroom is adequate but the toilets are either not properly cleaned and sewerage blocked. It smelled like urine our entire stay. We also stayed in the Osaka location and same horrible smell of urine daily in the rooms. We had multiple rooms and all were horrid.

Really nice snack area. Triple twin bedroom rental - room was small with not much room for suitcases. Overall very clean but the one comforter looked like it had a small blood stain on it (we confirmed it was not one of us bleeding). We stored the luggage we did not need in their luggage storage area since the room was too small to have everything in there with us. It was a little odd but we exited the building, and stood there discussing which way we had to walk for transportation. I noticed that the suitcase I had the TSA lock had been turned to be two similar numbers and one random i.e 7-7-4. We then checked our other suitcases and found similar instances (believe it was 4 suitcases this occurred with). We took pictures right away but did not speak to the staff because we had to make our flight home.

The room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, only 5 minutes walk to Tokyo station so we had no issues bringing our luggage there to board our Shinkansen. Staff was friendly and their lounge with complimentary snacks was one of the highlights. We stayed at many hotels in Japan and this was the only hotel that had this, appreciate it very much. We were travelling with our 5 year old so the only thing I wished they had was a bathtub but other than that, the shower for the adults were great! We loved the waterfall shower head. We will definitely book this hotel again.

Great hotel located very close to Tokyo Station and multiple train lines. We found it easy to navigate to the popular tourist destinations on the trains from the hotel with the exception of Teamlabs Planet which we took a cab to. We had a triple room with three single beds, separate toilet, and a shower/sink area. Good design of space and very clean room. Front counter staff were all very helpful. The hotel has umbrellas to borrow and they allowed us to store our luggage after check-out. The hospitality room was a nice bright open space with a few snacks available. Two laundry machines available and were in high use.

The hotel is located only a few blocks from Tokyo station, which was convenient and a short walk. The room was minimalist, which was fine because we were there to visit Tokyo, not stay in our room. And it was clean. But three in the room was very tight (we were traveling with our adult daughter).

I'm not sure why this hotel has 4 stars. The room did not have so much as a table or a chair in it. The window faces the neighboring building, at less than a meter away, leaving no light to enter the room. When I asked to change rooms the hotels staff said that all rooms are like this. Not advertising these rooms as "windowless", which they functionally are, is dishonest. See the picture included in my review. This is what you will see out the window. This would be OK, had it been made clear before booking. I would have simply staid somewhere else.

Coffee and tea is available from 1 PM at second floor. Before check-in and after check out no longer provide to customers. Our room has a window but facing a wall. Room is decent size in Japanese standards.

Room: The standard room is relatively spacious for Tokyo! For the price we paid, I was so impressed. We could easily keep three suitcases open and still have plenty of space to move around. It’s got everything you need, just like your typical well-equipped Japanese hotel. Location: Love the spot! It’s a 10-min walk from Tokyo Station, but even better, there’s an underground passage connected to Tokyo Station, just 1 min away. It was a lifesaver when it rained since we stayed totally dry. Otherwise, from Tokyo station, the hotel is just less than 10 mins walk. Staff: Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and their English was great!

Location is great. After daily housekeeping, room still didn't seem clean - dirt on the floor. Breakfast has not much variety. Hotel not very responsive during chats via booking platform. Highlighted warning messages when doing laundry but was told by staff to just ignore. Thankfully the washing machine still worked for me throughout the stay.

The staff were hospitable and accommodating to our needs. We were able to leave our small suitcases as our check in was much later during the day, and they brought it to our room. They also received our Yamato luggages for us, which were safely waiting at the reception area when we finally checked in at 10pm. They upgraded our room from a King Double to a Comfort Wide Twin and included breakfast the following day. They also have free snacks between 1pm-10pm at their lounge, as well as sake tasting for their guests. The hotel is walkable to Takashimaya, Tokyo train station, Airport Limousine terminal, Ginza line, Lawson. Great location. Will certainly recommend to anyone.

Well located hotel. Staff are very welcoming and attentive. The free snack bar (pasta salads, potato salads, savoury snacks), with coffees, sodas and japanese mini snacks, along with generous hours, are a very nice amenity. Extremely clean and convenient to transit and shops, restaurants, Tokyo station. Left my phone charger by accident and they found it and left it with the desk for my return trip. They'll also store your luggage if you decide to explore other parts of Japan and end up staying there upon your return. If it's pouring, they have umbrellas to lend you. Great shampoos, conditioners and shower gel, and you even get slippers and pajamas. Nothing but positive experiences!

They gave us inop key so we have drag all out luggages to the front desk. Then the room was occupied by someone else; so we had to go back to the front desk again. They should have upgraded the this at this point or something but for the money we paid for it’s not worth staying there.

It was very close to the Tokyo Station which makes it easy to go in and out. Also very close to the Pokémon Centre which made my kids really pleased. Staff are very nice and accommodating.

Staff is super helpful and does a great job helping my family with everything we needed during our stay. A family friendly atmosphere. They have complementary evening snack that are perfect for kids. 5 stars for the front desk staffs, they were soooo nice! I stayed for 3 nights, and after the first night, I felt cold while sleeping because the bed head is right under the window. So I raised this issue to front desk, they were very kind and tried to understand the condition then was able to switch room (with different layout) for me. Furthermore, they helped me make phone call to local restaurants for reservation related questions.

They did all of the little things right which adds up to a wonderful experience. Especially the staff they were Beyond helpful kind thoughtful and wanted to make sure we were well taken care of. It felt like family even though we couldn't speak the same language. But they were versed enough in English that we got by.

Just stayed the 1 night before flight home. What a great hotel. Good straight walk to Tokyo station and one of the friendliest staff you’ll find. Really impressed with check in/check out. Room just big enough for 3 people. Clean. Would definitely stay again. The staff can definitely make your stay a memorable one.

There is a free lounge on 2nd floor from 1pm-10pm, serving lots of complementary sweets, snacks, drinks and tea (including roobios tea!). The hotel is generous to offer a free cup of ume wine or sake per hotel guest. We could still fit 3 large luggage and 2 small luggages in the Triple room, yet there isn’t much space to walk. The staff was very helpful and considerate. They assisted me to take the luggage from the car to the room. They even suggested to store unnecessary luggage in the storage room during our stay. The hotel has coined washing machine downstairs (¥600 per cycle); however the clothes weren’t completely dried off. The staff at reception could communicate in English, Chinese and Korean fluently. Beside the hotel, there is a massage shop which needs appointment and a very good dessert takeaway shop, which sells delicious Warabimochi and dorayaki (red bean paste pancake). The location is excellent. We walked to Tokyo station via underground shopping street. Short walk to takashimaya. Shuttle bus stop to narita airport is nearby. Underground parking lot just outside of the hotel. 2400yen for 12h. Parking is usually full on weekdays morning though. Plenty of meter parking spots available in the area.

Fantastic location in the middle of Chuo City a mere block from the underground mall and a few blocks from the main Tokyo Station. Great afternoon snacks and beverages and full breakfast is outstanding. Rooms were comfortable with air conditioning and amenities. Very quiet in the room, so we got excellent sleep.

Our room was very large and comfy, the service was excellent, and the snacks and drinks in the lounge are a great addition. The location is perfect - a few minutes walk (almost all of it in an underground mall) to the Tokyo station, and a short walk to a few metro stations.

Room: The standard room is relatively spacious for Tokyo! For the price we paid, I was so impressed. We could easily keep three suitcases open and still have plenty of space to move around. It’s got everything you need, just like your typical well-equipped Japanese hotel. Location: Love the spot! It’s a 10-min walk from Tokyo Station, but even better, there’s an underground passage connected to Tokyo Station, just 1 min away. It was a lifesaver when it rained since we stayed totally dry. Otherwise, from Tokyo station, the hotel is just less than 10 mins walk. Staff: Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and their English was great!

I stayed on 16th floor and it was quiet. There was nothing about this hotel that gave me any concern. Breakfast buffet was EXCELLENT. No cheap continental here. So many good eateries near by too.

Location was walking distance to Tokyo Station and there is an underground mall that that connects between the station and the Hotel with plenty of restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, and in the evening they served snacks.

if you want to have breakfast there, make sure you go as early as possible because they run out of breakfast really early. If you need to do laundry, just go somewhere else because it takes 2 to 3 hours to dry clothes and the toy washer/dryer they have there.

Decided to choose and stay at the Karaska Colours Hotel because of the location and convenience it has to offer. It is located near Tokyo Station, with easy access to many shops and evening food vendors (if you are a food junkie like me: Lawson, 7-Eleven and Foodmart are close by - within walking distance). If I were to return to shop near Tokyo, I would stay here again.
