Hg City Suites Barcelona Apartments

출장으로 왔는데 나름 괜찮은 곳이었습니다. 아쉬운 점은 호텔 자체의 어메니티 시설이 없는 점? 그러나 룸 컨디션 매우 좋고 지하철 액세스가 gracia역, fontana역 두군데가 있어서 상당히 편했습니다. 완전 바로 근처엔 뭐가 없는데 카사 바트요가 가깝고 도보 6분정도 거리에 츄러스 가게가 있었는데 맛있었습니다. 시설도 좋고, 주방 있는 방 예약하시면 전자레인지랑 싱크대도 있고 기본적인 집기도 있어서 전체적으로 편합니다.

This property is nice. Modern and very clean. Good staff. provided free bottle water and milk in room. Negatives: it says there is dining a bar and onsite parking. No dining or bar onsite. Parking is offsite but hotel can use parking garage behind hotel/stamps ticket so ok. It's no smoking, but guests were smoking pot&cigaretts in their room which the smells seeped into our room thru vents. Lights and AC are controlled with access cardkey. AC was motion controlled so it shuts off at night when sleeping even with card in control slot and room got too warm, big negative and very annoying. Overall good place for the price-very clean, modern, new firm beds, good water pressure in shower. heated towel bar. Quiet too

Everything was good. Every staff was very nice. And the coffee and water were always provided free in the lobby on the first floor.

Bem localizado, quarto com cozinha bem espaçoso e bom chuveiro. Um diferencial é que você pode desfrutar de água mineral a vontade.

The room was very nice and spacious. I enjoyed going to the cafe downstairs, Cafélunya, I highly recommend grabbing breakfast there. Otherwise the area was nice and while there is nightlife we didn’t have trouble sleeping at night with the noise. We also liked how close the hotel was to the bus and train, it was very convenient for location. I just wish our room phone worked as well as the remote to the tv when we used it

Good location for us but outside city centre. Room was fairly clean. Staff were pleasant, Would have been nice to have some paper towels for clean ups in the kitchenette, or a dishtowel. Beds and pillows were good.

Very spacious room, comfortable bed, they provide substantial water for you and have an espresso machine for use

Hotel moderno y cómodo en una zona céntrica de Barcelona. Habitaciones espaciosas, con pequeña cocina, frigorífico y cafetera (con cápsulas incluidas).

Great stay, room was bigger than expected with capable kitchen. Free water bottles and coffee/tea were very useful. Would definitely stay again.

Hôtel avec cuisinette très pratique. À 2 rues du quartier Grácia (resto et magasins). À 30 minutes à pied de attractions (Rambal/ Sagrada familia/ parc Guël, etc). Le personnel ne parle pas français comme c'est indiqué. Présence de fourmis. On a avisé et rapidement, ils nous ont changé de chambre et ont fait traité.

The entrance is pretty disappointing for a four star hotel but the room I stayed was very big, very clean, very comfortable and that was a four or five star room. The price was also pretty good as hotels in that area are pretty expensive if you’re looking for a four star or five star hotel as I was.

Hotel was amazing. My wife and I traveled with our 9 month old and the staff was incredible. Helpful and friendly in every way. They helped accommodate a crib for him and cleaned the room meticulously every day. The room was spacious and modern. We really felt comfortable the whole trip.

Simplesmente fantástico, um dos melhores hotéis em que ficamos hospedado. Posso dizer sem exagero pois está no mesmo nível do Hilton Miami Hotel e Orlando Florida Mall. Tudo estava perfeito, não faltou absolutamente nada. Ótima acomodação com excelente cama, um ótimo chuveiro e utensílios domésticos adequados, a internet funcionou muito bem e o hotel é muito bem localizado, as concierges são amáveis e prestativas. Muito silencioso. Vou postar fotos para confirmar.

HG City Suites is really well located, receoption was very good and the room selected 30m2 was nice, clean and very well equipped. All started well. We booked for two nights, Unfortunately starting on Saturday and perhaps the room was on the wrong side of the hotel albeit on 6th floor. Firstly There is a tapas bar, La Esquina Tapas Bar that has tables outside and the noise was considerable until quite late, perhaps midnight. That would have been almost ok had it not been for the Otto Zutz club disco just around the corner. The noise, mainly from people stepping out into the street (no doubt to smoke) was excruciating and did not stop until about 5.30am. I am a fairly sound sleeper and managed to get a few hours sleep but my partner, who is not, did not sleep a wink. We did raise this to the very nice receptionist and she did try to reassure us that there would not be another event on the Sunday night but I checked their website and there was an event on the Sunday so we decided just to leave early on Sunday evening, not to face a repeat. Clearly this is out of the control of the hotel and I have great sympathy for them but guests do need to know. Unless something changes with the club (which is unlikely as it has been going since 1985) or only quiet rooms are offered on weekends, I would avoid booking on the weekend. Frankly, I would have no objection staying again but only if I knew the club was not opening that night.

HG City Suites is a convenient hotel a bit outside the city centre. It’s about a 5 min walk to a metro station so it was still convenient to get to places by metro or even walking. The room was pretty spacious for European standards and very clean. It included a large comfortable bed, small kitchenette with dishes and cutlery, big bathroom with powerful rain shower, and other amenities like an iron, hairdryer and coffee machine. There were a few things that made me give a lower rating: 1. While the shower had great water pressure and a big rainfall showerhead, water would splash everywhere onto the floor because there was no glass door or curtain. The bathroom floor was often soaking wet and we’d have to use a spare hand towel to mop it up. 2. The hairdryer was attached to the wall below the bathroom counter, making it too low to be usable (I had to crouch to use it). This might be because we were in a room with accessibility features but it seemed like only the bathroom had accessibility features and not the rest of the room. 3. On our last night, which was before a public holiday, street noise kept us up all night. It seemed like a bunch of teenagers were hanging outside and talking all night (from about 2am to 6am). I’m not sure if there was a club or something downstairs. Our room faced a chicken restaurant. I don’t know if the weekends would be like this either as we stayed from a Sunday to a Wednesday. Overall though, we were satisfied with our stay.

Lots of places to grab a bite and lovely pastry shops too. Room was so well planned with fabulous storage. One of best hotels we have stayed in Europe. The bathroom was modern and roomy.

Ontspannen, goed geinformeerd en meedenkend hotelpersoneel, van schoonmaak tot lobbymanager! Kamer met keukentje aan te raden! Veilige en gezellige buurt. Alle benodigdheden: supermarktjes, bus en metro, brievenbus en gezellige (kleine lokale) restaurants en boetiekjes allemaal op loopafstand. Rustig maar wel gemoedelijk en gezellig. En voor DIY liefhebbers: 1 vd bekenste stoffenwinkels vlakbij in de buurt! Toplocatie!!

Hotel cómodo, muy bien ubicado, pero el servicio decepcionante. Así que llegamos, en el momento del pago, facilite los datos para emisión de la factura que tendría que ser en nombre de la empresa de mi esposo. La chica en recepción dijo que la factura iba ser emitida en el check out y se quedó con la información impresa. Pero a nuestra sorpresa la factura se emitió en mi nombre y el chico que nos atendió no sabía de nada y dijo que sólo la central podría corregirla. Y qué lo haría en el mismo día, sábado,29 octubre. Hasta ahora estamos esperando. Muy desgastados estamos pues necesitamos esa factura para el reembolso del hospedaje ya que fue un viaje de negocios. Decepción total con el servicio.

The hotel was very quite and clean, also the room space is big, it's close to the major attractions, basically working distance. And hotel staffs are very nice and professional! Besides, you have a super nice cafe just near the hotel front door

Receptionist gave us a twin room instead of the doue which was booked. The receptionist changed the room to a double however when we went into the room there was someone things in the room! And again this morning they gave someone a key to our room

Easily connected with metro to access all of the sights of Barcelona. Staff were extremely professional and friendly throughout our stay. I'm so glad we found this hotel. We will definitely look to book with HG Suites again.

The hotel was situated in a quiet and not so touristy area-its near the fontana station-complimentary water on the guest lounge-overtime the area grew on us-it was such a lovely walk-more local vibe-on our first night the building had fire alarm go on early in the morning due to water leakage-it scared us a bit but overall the place was amazing and we had an amazing experience during our stay

The suit was clean, comfortable and with everything necessary for a traveler. The area around the hotel is very nice and not too far from the city sightseeing. Bus and subway stops very close to the hotel. Many dining options around the hotel too.

Hotel is in a good locality on a busy street but we didn't hear much noise during night time. Room cleaning service is provided everyday. No need to ask. This is quite different experience from other hotels I stayed in the last few years. There are quite a few dining options and plenty of cafe/bakeries within walking distance. Hotel staff were polite and helpful. Hotel is 2-3 miles away from all major attractions but easy to get around of you get a taxi.

Quartier super bien desservi en transport

Great hotel not very far from the city centre, but not inundated with tourists either. Via Augusta was quieter than we expected, and we had a lovely time. We didn't end up using the cooktop or the microwave, but enjoyed using the bigger fridge.

On a crazy night in Barcelona with F1 and a music festival, this hotel had a room that was clean, cool, and convenient. It was way overpriced, because of the crazy night in Barcelona, but the restaurant across the street for dinner and the bakery next door for breakfast were terrific! If you’re looking for “any port in a storm” this one will be just fine!!

Noise by kids in the street on weekends. Limited dining in the hotel and outside. No bell captain to assist with luggage.

Très bien situé. Tous les conforts et tranquille. Toutefois, les articles de cuisine (pas de toaster) et compléments pour la cuisine (essuie-touts, linges à vaisselle etc.) sont minimaux et insuffisants. Malgré cela, nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour. Suggestion: aller sur la rue Diagonal et autres rues autour de celles-ci le soir pour les magasins et les restaurants. C'est très animé et sécuritaire.

Comfortable and convenient. The hotel is located next to the Gracia district and very convenient for ambling around this beautiful neighborhood. Just around the corner from the hotel is a nice casual little South East Asian hole in the wall called, I think, Yummy Yabby, and about a four minute walk away is Bar Bodega Quimet, a great place for tapas and vermouth.
