The kitchen and eating sharing areas are quite large and nice. Swimming pool and spa are large & make the place unique to other places. There are shelves to hanging the clothes, that's the only downside from me.

If you are looking for a decently priced no frills accommodation, this was great. Basic rooms. Shared bathroom facilities. The common areas had access to cooking facilities. Free tea and coffee. Parking is available on the street. This place was different to expected. They are also a school for learning to do Scuba Diving. So that is why they have the indoor pool onsite. Pretty chill place. Helpful staff.

Very nice place to stay, more like a hostel with more space as it has a very lovey outdoor area with aquaponic tanks. The common room with kitchen very spacious and clean. Room was clean and access was easy. Walk to main street very close .

This is great example of simple, clean and comfortable accommodation with communal areas that open the opportunity for incidental conversations and interactions that can enrich your stay. Loved the aquaponic tanks and nearby dive training facilities.

We spent one night in a single room containing two double bunk beds for the three of us. The premises is primarily a Diving School but makes rooms available to the general public.The staff who greeted us and gave us (as first timers there) a tour were very friendly and helpful. The shared areas are good; comfortable and clean. The shared Kitchen was particularly clean, well kept and well stocked (free tea, coffee and Milo are supplied, along with a shared food section in the share fridge). The only bad part was that the weather was hot and the room was very hot. Two fans were supplied in the room and you could open the window or door but neither has fly screens so we had a lot of mosquitoes and one of us reacts badly to bites. The evidence that it is a Diving School is all about and shows in some of the interesting decore. There are strict rules about when noise must cease in different areas and I was pleased that they were adhered to. I also enjoyed the use of the small library with books that thankfully were not ALL/ONLY about diving. Despite the near-sleepless night, I found it a interesting and enjoyable place to stay and other circumstances, would stay again.

I had a great stay. Very good communication before arrival. Hannah very kindly upgraded my room. My room had a very very comfortable bed, a heater and bedside lamps. Everywhere was extremely clean. It is a 5 min walk from the bus stop and the bus also carries on to the ferry if you are catching that (or a 15 min walk). I highly recommend Cobb & Co!

The welcoming staff member was very inviting, friendly, helpful and the room was accommodating, clean linen and comfortable beds. The ceiling fan and walls, however, were quite dusty. The common area was clean and inviting, amenities were old and tired looking, and need updating. The walls are very thin and we could hear the man snoring next door, and the other guests talking very loudly, very early in the morning, outside in the common area. The rooms are straight off the common area, not that obviously described when booking. I would recommend this place if you are going diving with the dive school but not if you are not. I thought it was too expensive for the what it was. The staff member, on leaving, was not engaging at all.

Room was not as describe, place is very very disorganised(part accommodation and part diving school with no clear sign of directions. Amenities were all very old, shower were dirty and old. Lounge area is quite outdated, chairs are dirty and has an odour. Will not be staying here again and will advise any family to stay far far away from this place as it’s not very family friendly.

Clean, well located. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the introductory tour about the history of the site. I loved my room, with its old feature wall and mood lighting. Kitchen and bathroom very clean.

It’s an old but clean place our bedroom was clean and good for one night.

I booked the Cobb & Co not knowing it was a scuba-diving school as well as a backpackers place even though that was the case we had a clean room with an ensuite. The staff of brilliant and the location was close to everything in town

Good: reasonable price, good shared facilities, clean, quiet. Bad: No aircondition in room. One window falling apart. No insect nets mounted on windows, so keeping them open lets bugs in.

The room was warm on arrival and was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. Great value and generous shared amenities.

Was good enough for one night but definitely overpriced, room had no windows and was next to reception, too noisy in a very old building, so old need renovation!

Detta är ett hostel. Framgick inte att det är toalett i en annan byggnad, ca 30m bort. Poolen är träningspool för dykkurser. Flera rum saknade AC. Vårt hade fläkt. Inget fönster. Ändå trevligt ställe.

Noisy bed uncomfortably two different mattress beds

Did not advertise this accommodation is attached to scuba diving school and under retail shop. Got woken at 5am with people banging and moving heavy equipment around upstairs. The walls were very thin and hear everyone talking and noise. Ideal if staying for the scuba diving course and outing. Terrible sleep within a noisy environment...

The bed was very comfortable and it was in a convenient location. Unfortunately I had read about the facilities correctly so didn't realise it was shared bathrooms and lounge. Consequently we were unprepared for that. The lounge area was straight outside our door and some people were very noisy.

Decent budget accomodation thats attached to a scuba school. Only issue I had was the noise, bring some ear plugs. Was perfectly fine for a one night lay over before heading off again.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Cobb & Co Lodge. It is a unique place that is good for an individual, a family, or a group. It is connected with a scuba shop and the rooms are either in or just outside of a large lodge. There is a full kitchen, a nice outdoor area, and the rooms and public spaces are clean, well kept, and organized. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful.

Out stay was comfortable but won’t stay with children again. Open door policy did not make me feel safe enough with children in toe. I also requested to use the pool and one staff meme we said yes and then when the pool was still covered over, my daughter went to ask and was told no. The property promotes indoor pool without any time restriction . We were requesting use around 3pm. On Friday night when all stove igniters we empty, 2 lots of groups struggled to get dinner on. Man upstairs was alerted and nothing was done about it. Further to the, I was unable to use my stovetop coffee making in the morning before heading away. Disappointing.

Stellar place, absolutely wonderful and quiet. Also staff there was great - super friendly and helpful, can't wait to come again next time! Thank you for everything and the great stay :)

Great location near the central part of Queenscliff

This heritage listed property is great value for money and the owners and staff are most welcoming. Location is great. Walking distance to the train station and main street.

We were lucky to enjoy this space to ourselves for the weekend. Great kitchen and living area, private bedroom with ensuite was clean and cozy. Well located in the middle of town so easy access to shops, the ferry, and lovely walks. Lovely staff, really enjoyed our stay at the lodge.
