On the positive side, easy access to Queenscliff and Pt Lonsdale, studio units were clean but could do with a little maintenance to make it more pleasent. Parking access for studio units quite challenging for larger cars, roads are like footpaths and obstacles placed in silly places meant parking was more of a challenge than needed to be. Prob too many units being squeezed into the site. Under 6 play area smelt strangely musty like it could do with a deep clean.

Great stay in the banksia unit. We were next to the jumping pad which has quite a loud blower operating from 8am to 8pm. Kids loved it although there as an enormous amount of sand on it, could we suggest maintenance blows it off at the end of day - it get into eyes, clothes, pockets etc and we ended up with huge amounts of it in the unit. Unit was very clean and well equipped, we were comfortable for 4 night stay. Check in and out easy. Only quip was paying an extra $25 per night for a child, seemed a bit steep seeing we’d already paid above average for the unit.

Clean rooms, lovely staff! Updated my husband with all amazing activities for the kiddies! Amenities were amazing! Kids didn't want to leave the Big 4! They had bike carts, jumping trampoline, Vr room, activity room, outdoor & indoor playgrounds and so much more! It had such a lovely community vibe!

Studio cottage was clean & cheery with large windows letting in the sunshine. Blockout blinds for night time. Quiet. A22 was nicely located to view trees since situated at a' T' intersection of park laneway. Twin beds have 'less firm' foam mattresses that suit children more than adults weights.

When we arrived our dishes hadn’t been washed and were put back in the draws, the plates still had food on them and hadn’t been washed at all. Also the bin in the bathroom was still full from someone else’s rubbish and hadn’t been emptied. We were a bit disappointed in both of these as we’ve stayed a few times and never had any issues like this before.

Staff were very friendly, happy to split our king bed into two singles. Unit bigger than expected, beds were very comfortable, tv and kitchenette in bedroom area, separate lounge area with second tv. Bathroom very clean but a little tired. Easy walk into shopping/eating area/great pub. Lot of fun things for kids to do. We went on the Q train - fantastic.

Great park, stayed in a 3 bedroom cabin, the lounge dining area was ok but the bedrooms, bathroom and toilet very small, wouldn’t want to be too overweight or u might not get in the toilet and the bedrooms are very tight. Needs a bit more room in these areas, otherwise park itself was great and staff were very friendly 😁

This was one of the best studio apartments we have stayed in. It was very spacious, clean and very comfortable. The kitchen area was very well appointed. The unit had a separate lounge room area with a tv. I’d happily stay there again in the future

The holiday park is fabulous, family friendly lots to keep the kids occupied and a great place for a couple getaway. We stayed in the banksia 2 cabin very modern clean everything equipped with kitchen utensils fridge etc... the beaches are fantastic nearby shopping great restaurants what else could you ask for. Our second time here coming back again soon can't wait. Vish and Barry

fabulous family place to stay kids friendly pool kids games bouncing pad. Cabins clean everything from kitchen fridge bathroom and rooms. Close to shopping,dining and beaches. Our third visit and now planning for summer holidays. love it love it love it.
