JC Rooms is on a great location near Gran Via and gives you access to a wide array of dinning, shopping and sightseeing options. The location and the staff are the best of it. There are some opportunities to be rated excellent. The WiFi is terribly slow if available. The TV in my room was old and lacked any smart TV options, so no YouTube, Netflix, etc. A cheap upgrade to a smart TV can fix it. The room was super small and there is no desk area. If you just need a bed on a great location and with pleasant staff, JC Rooms in Chueca can be an option.

Todo está perfecto, cerca de donde queríamos estar, muy amables, éramos 3 personas y solo nos dieron una llave, si sacas la llave del cuarto se apagan las luces, entonces me salía solo y tenía que subir 5 pisos caminando cada que salía pq no sirve sin la llave.

-Fridge is not working, no cold water -AC is not adjustable (even when you adjust it it won’t change) , either will freeze your room or you should turn it off -Wifi signal is very poor, barely connects, very slow too. -The room we had has no window to the outside world, very depressing specially with the dark color paint they used to paint the rooms and the hallway. -The advantage is the location and cleanliness.

The room smells really awful and old. It’s was an attic room. Bathroom is really small it likes an airplane bathroom except it has a shower. Very expensive for the type of room you get. I paid close to $500 a night that was really a ripped off.

Modern simpel hotel. Aardig personeel. Thema van de kamers is een land. Wij hadden cuba. Eenvoudige inrichting netjes. Minibar. Dagelijkse schoonmaak. Goede airco/verwarming. Op 2min lopen van Gran Via (grote hoofdstraat met winkels en restaurants) . Veel metro haltes in de buurt. Levendige hippe uitgaans buurt Chueca. Veel jongeren in deze wijk. Stofzuigen/vegen mocht iets beter. Ik zou hier zeker terugkomen!

Estive hospedado por duas vezes neste dormitório que se intitula hotel. Pela lei do Brasil é um dormitório. Em ambas hospedagem o cheiro de CLOACA vindo do banheiro, do ralo da área da ducha de banho, eram insuportáveis. Tantos as camareiras quanto os recepcionistas concordaram que isto realmente ocorre. Cheira M E R.D.A! A Calle Infantis é calma somte durante o dia e a noite vira local de autenticas algazarras. Existe até um "rapper" (rapero) que passa as noites perturbando a vizinhança. Disseram que a Polícia da Capital nem vai ao local. Muito legal o dormitório, mas cheira Josta e nem consegue-se descansar.

The location was great for visiting Madrid and surrounding areas. Access to all local travel modes (high speed and commuter trains, metro, busses, and taxis) are very accessible. Many of the main highlights (Palacio Real, Puerto del Sol, Plaza Mayor, El Retiro, the Prado, Cibeles, and more) of Madrid are within easy walking distance. The hotel was as advertised with single beds for each of the 3 of us. The staff remade the rooms every day and the place was spotless in the rooms, hallways, and the elevator. Front desk staff knew just what we needed when we asked for suggestions or advice. Definite YES to staying there the next time I'm in Madrid.

Convenient location and walking distance to a lot! Rooms and hotel are clean. A little tight (especially the washroom) but manageable. The one complaint is the amount of noise on the street at all hours of the night all the way to 5am making it difficult to sleep. We asked to be moved to an inner room not facing the street but the person wasn’t very helpful so we didn’t sleep well at all the entire time we were there.

Location was great: close to very busy parts of town, so can be lots of fun. Also right next to the "Grand Via" metro station, to explore other areas if needed. Hotel room itself is basically just a bed, which surprised me: tiny bathroom (like you would have in an RV), WiFi was extremely slow (so I had to use my phone data plan to get some work done), no desk (didn't pay attention to the pictures enough). For the same price, I think there are better options in the area (during that trip, I also stayed at a hotel about 15 minutes walk from there that was much better even though the star rating was the same)

Great location, close to restaurants and stores. Very friendly staff (they keep our baggage long before check-in). The room x4 is smaller, but ok to shower and sleep. The bathroom is also smaller but it has a great shower (generous jet above and on the sides). A little wake air conditioning, but they are working on it.

Reasonable price. The location is near points of interest at old town less than 0.5 mile from Gran Via street. The front Desk Clerks are friendly and provide excellent assistance. I personally thank Javier and Katerina for their efforts.

Visitamos la ciudad por unos días y nos quedamos en este hotel . La noche que pasamos fue excelente pero el servicio de Fabricio y Angelo fue pron espectaculares . Nos ayudaron a conseguir un tour por la ciudad y Fabricio fue muy small e y diligente un 10 plus para el . Gracias !!??

We stayed here for two nights, on our way to south Spain in train. The positive thing is, that the hotel is placed very centrally and is affordable. We found the bed not very comfortable and had to ask for an extra blanket, since we froze a bit the first night (start of February, 4 degrees Celcius). The bed felt therefore a bit spartan. The bathroom is small but works okay. However, getting hot water from the tap was only possible at full force... very strange. When we asked for an extra blanket the second night, we got one delivered at the room, which was very nice. The staff are friendly and are will-informed about what is going on in Madrid. But due to the bad bed and the not so good bathroom, we can't give it a high rating. Also, remember to bring ear-plugs, because the street is a bit noisy.

Fine rooms in the middle of central Madrid If you want a decent place to sleep and breakfast right in central shopping Madrid this is the Place. It was a very okay experience, would have wished that was a fridge in the room for cold drinks.

The location was great for visiting Madrid and surrounding areas. Access to all local travel modes (high speed and commuter trains, metro, busses, and taxis) are very accessible. Many of the main highlights (Palacio Real, Puerto del Sol, Plaza Mayor, El Retiro, the Prado, Cibeles, and more) of Madrid are within easy walking distance. The hotel was as advertised with single beds for each of the 3 of us. The staff remade the rooms every day and the place was spotless in the rooms, hallways, and the elevator. Front desk staff knew just what we needed when we asked for suggestions or advice. Definite YES to staying there the next time I'm in Madrid.

Great location, close to restaurants and stores. Very friendly staff (they keep our baggage long before check-in). The room x4 is smaller, but ok to shower and sleep. The bathroom is also smaller but it has a great shower (generous jet above and on the sides). A little wake air conditioning, but they are working on it.

Cheiro de esgoto no quarto, extremamente barulhento e difícil para dormir, acomodação muita pequena e desconfortável, diária excessivamente cara para o padrão do hotel e quarto. O café da manhã não é servido no hotel, apesar de não informarem isso na reserva. Há convênio com uma lanchonete ao lado do hotel, mas as poucas opções são muito ruins.

Uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor enkele dagen Madrid. Hotel dicht tegen het centrum. De kamers zijn klein maar alles zit er in. Wat meer mogelijkheden om spullen op te leggen bv. Een tafeltje of een legplank langs de muur zou handig zijn. Ontbijt bij naastgelegen restaurant is ook prima.

The breakfast was purchased at another cafe, where the food (what we chose) was far below par, and the service was lousy. There were almost no people there, yet it took 20 minutes before we ordered breakfast, and another 20 minutes before we received breakfast. The people who worked there have no idea about working systematically, and wonder what it will be like when the cafe is full (now it was only 10% full). Feel free to book this hotel, we will do so again, but then without breakfast.

Super séjour en couple, 5 nuits, dans un quartier animé ! Bruyant, certes mais c’est la vie Madrilène 😉 idéalement placé pour découvrir Madrid. Les chambres manquent de rangements, la salle de bain est surprenante. Le personnel est très agréable et professionnel. Si nous devions revenir à Madrid, nous choisirions le même hébergement 😘 À éviter le breakfast, dans un restaurant à proximité, qui n’est pas à la hauteur. À fuir, il y a mieux à proximité. C’est vraiment le seul bémol.
