Located in Old downtown Madrid close to many cafes and restaurants. Easy walk to Plaza Mayor and Museums del Prado and Reina Sofia. Their tapas bar 34 is very convenient and has good prices and great service. The rooms are some of the biggest in any hotel in Madrid with all the trimmings of a Hotel of this star rating.

AMAZING! This hotel is gorgeous. We had a junior suite with a patio on the top floor. It had a separate living room and dressing room. The outdoor patio/deck was on the top floor with a great view. A really nice place to escape outside. Everyone at the hotel was kind and helpful. The pool area is beautiful for lounging or having a snack or drink. So thankful we chose this hotel. We didn't want to leave.

This was an amazing little hotel. Clean and quiet in a great location. Convenient to the train station for our day trip to Toledo. The pool area was a beautiful oasis in the heart of this bustling city. Rooms were great and the beds were super comfortable. Staff was friendly and attentive. We loved our stay!

Great breakfasts and service. Expensive but a great way to start the day. Loved eating outside in their patio area. Caklm quiet and soothing. Madrid is so busy that it was wonderful to come back and sit by the pool and unwind. the cold water was refreshing for tired legs.

This was a very nice hotel. All the staff were so nice and helpful. Our room was the biggest room I’ve ever had in Europe and the room had everything you would need during your stay including a flat iron for your hair. They brought us several gifts for the room during our stay. It was very conveniently located to the city center. I definitely loved our stay and would recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for two nights at the end of a two week vacation in Spain. The property is beautiful and located in a busy and funky area of Madrid. It is within walking distance of bakeries, restaurants, shopping, the Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol and many other attractions. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the Prado museum and Retiro park. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was elegant, spacious and extremely clean. The bathroom is huge and is basically the same size as the room. The amenities in the room are top notch - nespresso pods, tea, filtered water, high quality hair dryer and bath products. The ladies who clean the rooms are friendly and do an excellent job. The welcome note and turndown service is a nice touch. My only minor concern is that there wasn’t an iron and ironing board in the room. We took public transportation so didn’t have to worry about parking. The area is extremely busy and finding parking and driving in the area would be a challenge for most people unfamiliar with Madrid. We are happy that we ended our vacation here. It is an elegant and luxurious boutique hotel. We will be back!

This is a beautiful hotel. Our suite was incredibly spacious with every possible amenity. Lovely pool to relax by and a restaurant. Get the breakfast ! The staff could not have been more helpful. It is convenient to all the major sights. We walked to El Prado and the Royal Palace.

We loved our 4-night stay at this elegant boutique hotel with friendly service. The room as promised was quite large, but what the photos don’t capture is the impressive scale: soaring 12’ ceilings, high end finishes and 9’ doors lend a sense of grandeur. There was a dressing area with two closets, and the big bathroom had an enormous shower with two rainfall shower heads, and separate toilet. The Molton Brown full-sized toiletries were very nice. Food in the restaurant was excellent and we especially appreciated the very helpful and engaging staff. The location was convenient; we only used the Metro once as almost everything was within a 20-minute walk.

We could not have picked a better hotel. It was centrally located so we could walk to restaurants and theatres. The staff, especially the concierge group, was helpful and responsive. It was clean, and had very large rooms by European standards. The description had said the rooms were soundproof, which I really didn’t believe could be true in a city center hotel. But the rooms were indeed silent! I’d stay there again in a heartbeat, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone who is Madrid bound.

Junior suite was excellent, spacious, and super quiet at night, despite being on the mezzanine level above the restaurant. Aircon was excellent and silent, just what as needed when it was 20-25 degrees C outside for most of the day. Bed was large and comfortable and bathroom was very good. Our only complaints about the room are very minor, the usb and usb c ports beside both sides of the bed didnt work so we had to unplug the speaker to plug in our own charger (we have extra long cables so this wasnt an issue for us) and the light switches took some getting used to, only one master switch by the door would turn off the lamps in the seating area so we had to use the master switch by the door to turn off everything, use our phone torch to find the next set of switches at night and then turn on the bedroom lamps as the switches by the bed couldnt control the seating area lamps. Staff were so nice; reception, restaurant and night porter/concierge were all very friendly and helpful. We had a light dinner one night and the food was excellent and staff super helpful, carefully explaining allergen information when the chefs complimentary dish was delivered.

Rooms claim to be soundproofed, but from my suite I could hear chatter and laughter and music from the restaurant, and walking from the floor above. Great central location and wonderful friendly staff. Everyone was very knowledgeable about the city and always greeted us warmly. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bellhop was always there to greet us and opened doors. He also helped us with our bags and getting an Uber. No complaints at all..we absolutely loved this hotel

Delightful stay in Madrid! Everything about this property was delightful! From the helpful, friendly, courteous doorman and front desk staff, to the spacious & beautifully decorated room and pool area. Communication prior to arrival & arranging transportation was seamless. We arrived around 9:30 am exhausted from our overnight flight & the staff greeted us by name & said “we’ve been awaiting your arrival!” Easy walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. Everyone was friendly, helpful & spot on for dinner reservations. Would happily stay here again!

Took the train to Madrid for a couple days. So I decided to try this hotel since it was located in the area we were going to tour. Turned out to be a great decision. Room and staff were great. Close to train station as well. We will definitely stay there next time we come to Madrid.

We spent a fabulous week at this unique, palace boutique hotel, while in Madrid. The staff was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming! We enjoyed our Junior Suite and daily breakfast. We had an excellent experience. This is a boutique hotel with very spacious and beautiful rooms! Lovely decoration. What set them apart was the outstanding service. Everyone is very nice, friendly and attentive. The restaurant has great food and again their service is superb! Alejandro and Eliza went out of their way to make us feel special. They accommodated my kids food preferences without any issues. Thank you so much for making our family vacation a memorable experience!
