We had a wonderful time at Al Seef Heritage Hotel. Loved the location and more authentic feel in an old souk (market) setting along the creek. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms and property were in tip-top shape. Buggy to other Hilton locations close by very convenient. Short taxi ride to metro station on main line (Burjuman, red line). Water taxi to gold souk (Deira) also close by. Lots of dining options in Al Seef's souk. One small recommendation: Outside drumming in market could end at 10pm rather that 11pm, especially if you have to get up early the next day. Overall, great experience if you want something more authentic.

Et fuldstændig fantastisk hotel med sjæl og charme. Så gennemført og hele området omkring hotellet er så indbydende, med blandt andet små butikker, lokale restauranter, og en starbucks. Der er ikke pool på selve hotellet, men man må benytte nabo hotellets som ligger på toppen af hotellet med fin udsigt og shuttle til. Vi elskede beliggenheden som er ved Dubai Creek og tæt på den gamle bydel. Personalet er smilende og imødekommende og vi fortrød helt at vi ikke havde booket hele ferien på dette hotel. Vi kommer med garanti tilbage hertil og bor næste gang vi skal til Dubai.

I had to rate it 3/5 because I have been kept waiting in the lobby for 40min before a cart driver could pick me up and drop off at my quarter. The guest quarters are spread across the premise blending in to the heritage village settings, therefor, it is not like you pickup the keys and off to the elevator. Otherwise, I really enjoyed the room and the service. Staffs were friendly and supportive.

The room and hotel complex was very well executed. Although only 7 years old you feel like you are transported back in time a hundred years or so. The room was very comfortable and has all the amenities you expect from a modern hotel but careful concealed with a real heritage feel. Only complaints were the room wasn't made up a couple of nights during our stay and also as you're in the middle of the Souk it is noisy at night until the early hours. You have access to the sister Hilton hotel Canopy with a rooftop pool and bar which were both lovely and a free buggy ride away through the Souk. A great location on the creek edge with easy access to the hustle and bustle of modern Dubai via metro or taxi.

The rooms are great. However, the property is spread in 10 different buildings with public having free access. This makes it quite noisy at night and sometimes during early mornings. If you are in building 10 like we were, you have to walk a considerable distance (about 300-400 metres) to get to the breakfast place. Not a great experience overall

Très bel hôtel dans le coeur du vieux Dubai, littéralement dans le souk. Ce sont 10 bâtiments différents avec l'architecture arabe, donc plus typique et charmant que le reste de Dubai. La chambre était très propre, le staff accueillant. Nous pouvions demander un lift en golf cart pour se déplacer de la réception au bâtiment ou pour aller à l'Hôtel Canopy pour profiter de la piscine et du spa. Même si c'est au coeur de l'action, nous n'avons pas été importunés par le bruit dans notre chambre, c'était plutôt paisible. Le petit déjeuner était très bien, complet. Great location in old Dubai! Hotel is spread over a large area but there is trolly service between buildings. Bathroom shower is fantastic but no towel racks is awkward. Room temperature was difficult to regulate but finally figured it out. Staff is wonderful and we would stay again if visiting this part of Dubai. We were in a flood in Dubai. That was a surprise!

Overall a great hotel experience which I would rate a superior to the generic high rises in the “modernist” part of the city. Trendy, good value, exciting along the creek and good transit access with the ferries. However, it has some oddities. It is a decentralized hotel with rooms scattered along the long waterfront district. Things like the pool and gym are actually located at their “sister hotel”a shuttle bus away - so not really “accessible”. Also it’s not actually old, but merely designed and decorated to be “historic”. Which they did fairly well. However, it’s not “authentic”.

Loved this hotel. It's actually over a number of buildings, my room was in building 2, above a souk. Gorgeous rooms. Short walk to water ferry to cross to gold souk. Fabulous breakfast. Pool is located at a different Hilton a short ride away via hotel golf cart. Quiet hotel, comfy beds, good shower, fridge in room, aircon remains on even when you're out which is a bonus when it's 40 degrees. Would love to come back sometime.

Leuke omgeving maar niet echt voor met pubers. Zij vonden het saai. Badkamer vonden wij echt tegenvallen, handdouche werkte niet, handdoeken nodig om het water uit de badkamer weg te houden, de handdoeken zaten vol met chloorvlekken. Technisch gezien oogt het niet hygiënisch. Begrijpelijk hoe t opgebouwd is in thema en dat klopte ook, maar voor een 4 sterrenhotel hadden wij iets meer verwacht van sanitair en wasruimte. Bedden waren behoorlijk toe na eerste nacht om te verschonen door nachtelijk zweten maar bleken helaas met zelfde lakens opgemaakt te zijn na terugkomst op de kamer. Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en helemaal in stijl van de omgeving. Erg goed. De kamers liggen over de locatie verdeeld, personeel is zeer behulpzaam met een buggy en er loopt beveiliging. Wel is er behoorlijk wat geluid van de omgeving tot 1 uur s nachts en begint al weer vroeg (5.30 u), geen last van gehad maar was wel opvallend voor de 2 nachten dat wij er waren. Er prettig is dat de airco uit kan en de frisse buitenlucht binnen gelaten kan worden middels ramen.

Property was incredible. Such a nice experience to be so close to shopping and dining options. The hotel rooms are ontop of the souq, hidden away and safe with kwy access. A golf cart drives you around. The only let down was the smell of the room. It smelt really damp, it could really use a dehunidifier.

My room was crawling with hundreds of book lice - they were all over the bed, walls, bathroom and my clothes. I notified the staff but they didn't seem surprised or concerned. I switched rooms but needless to say I got no sleep the first night. The hotel refused to refund the first night so now I will contest with my credit card company. Other issues: Service is what you might expect from a 2 star hotel, certainly a far cry from 5 star hotels in dubai. The rooms have no sound proofing so you will get noise from neighbours and the busy tourist streets below until 2 or 3 am. The first room also had a constant loud buzzing from outside, louder than the air con. Contrary to the hotel's list of facilities, the hotel has no pool or gym, you need to travel to another hilton. Breakfast is a mess if you arrive late. There aren't enough tables indoors so there are guests walking around with plates of food, ready to take your table as soon as you go for another round of food. There was a strong fish smell when leaving the bathroom lights on indicating serious electrical issues. The latch on the door would get stuck open and I think most guests would unwittingly leave their room unlocked.

The hotel set up is a little peculiar, with reception and guest rooms spread over different buildings within Dubai Old Village. But that just adds to the charm. The booked a Creek view room and loved it. The Creek view was a treat and the room offers a retro experience. I would certainly stay here again.

Bravo to housekeeping for doing an amazing job keeping my room clean and neat while i was there for a week. The check-ins process need an improvement because if you pre check customer arrived early they shouldn't have to wait again when it time to check in that's what happened in my case. I came back at 3pm to get key to my room but it wasn't ready.

I was refused check in because my daughters from Canada did not have theirs physical passports to check in. I had copies of them On my phone but that was not good enough. Nowhere did it say on the reservation that all persons needed passports, only the person with the reservation. They refunded one night two rooms but not the first. Ruined my daughter’s vacation.

Upon arrival we were welcomed. Every staff member we were in contact with treated us with professionalism and kindness. They all made us feel like a person would treat us like a family member. Even if it is their job they all went out of there way to make us feel comfortable. There were many restaurants to choose from and a market for any personal needs that we may have forgotten. The location of this property was a perfect for venturing out anywhere we wanted to explore. I would recommend this property to anyone coming to Dubai for a long stay or passing through.

Atendimento precário. Apenas uma funcionária no check in e no check out. Demoramos um tempão para entrar e na hora de ir embora, quase atrasamos o voo pois havia hóspedes fazendo check out demorado. Marcamos na noite anterior ao check out para que o carrinho de golf buscasse nossas malas em um determinado horário, mas ele não apareceu. Tive que ligar pra recepção e aguardar um tempão. O hotel é uma graça! Linda a decoração antiga, mas os quartos ficam em predios no meio do souk. Pode ser confuso se localizar lá dentro.

The stay was beyond amazing. Staff and service was so welcoming and accommodating. I will be definitely recommending the hotel to anyone and everyone. Food and hotel room was great. Room had such an Arabian touch to it. 10/10.

The checking in was very long. 40 mn. there was only one staff person at the desk. Other staffs were just observing. Others in a room beside. After people complained one person came out the room and began to open the computer. And then only few indication to give the direction and the room location in the village. We were lost. No information about the place for the breakfast.

We didn’t find Dubai a very walkable city except for old town. It’s a cute quaint area where you can pop downstairs from your hotel and be surrounded by shops and sightseeing! The hotel is separated into 10 different buildings that spans from east to west along old town. The breakfast included was very delicious - you’re subject into it since that’s the only place around open in the mornings. We loved taking the abra since it right from downstairs of building 10 side. Hotel room was small but had everything you needed and very stylish. Bed was super comfortable and they offered all toiletries (the good stuff).

Although we only stayed one night, we were able to fully appreciate the hotel's charm. One thing worth mentioning is how easy it is to shop. The hotel is located in the shopping district of Old Dubai and is easily accessible. That said, there are only a few shops for tourists, but we were satisfied. I wish there were more places to eat local food. The quality of the staff was average, and there was nothing particularly good about the room other than its excellent design. The balance between price and quality is very good, so this is a hotel we would recommend for staying around Old Dubai.

2泊しました。場所について、アルシーフの街並みは雰囲気良く楽しめました。まさにアラジン！ただ最寄駅が徒歩圏内のように見えますが、日中は暑すぎて歩けませんのでタクシー必須です。街歩きは夕方以降で…。ドバイ旅行を電車移動で計画されてる方は駅までのルートで注意が必要です。ホテルはフロント対応人数が2名でチェックイン/アウトで混み合う時間は混乱してます。部屋までは遠ければバギーで送ってくれ、近ければポーターが荷物を運びつつ誘導してくれます。フロントが混乱してるのでポーターへの連携が取れておらず待たされることになりました。あまりにも時間がかかっていたらこちらから声かけましょう。フロント以外のスタッフ達はみなさん親切です。

Stay was good, location was a good change for us vs the city, and arrival at 2am was not a problem/very good night staff on duty. Buggy drivers all know the customers/offer rides as required - excellent service. A few wee negatives, breakfast fruit was limited - 3 types, a mixed fruit salad would have been good addition. Omelets were perfectly cooked on demand. Room was very clean, though the staff arrived near 5pm each day to refresh / good bed makers! Noise from the nearby restaurant finished each night by 1000pm. Try the "standby/walkup" rates on the dinner river boats - good price between the boats at night. Would stay again.

I stayed at Al Seef Heritage Hotel with my mum for two weeks and overall, we had a great experience. We booked a two-bed room, which was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The hotel itself has a lovely traditional charm and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a peaceful and enjoyable stay. The only area that could use some improvement is the breakfast. What a delightful and unusual place! We walked a lot (it's quite spread out), enjoying the souk vendors and the views of the river, despite the on-demand free transportation around the site. The breakfasts were delicious, as was dinner at the Heritage restaurant across the street.

Breakfast is good, have variety of food to choose! Staff are very nice and helpful! The hotel itself is wonderful! A great experience to living in the old village of Dubai!
