Wonderful Hotel.....Just 4 minutes walk from Genova Brignole train station...15 minute walk to Port. Reception staff friendly and helpful...with fabulous restaurant recommendations. Rooms spotless as is the whole hotel! Absolutely loved the old lift! Highlight of hotel for sure! Only thing i didnt like is large rugs in lounge area as they are a trip hazard... but overall a fabulous stay and wouldnt hesitate to return!

Very near to train station, clean, looks new but esthetic, like assenceur was old style, staff was helpful and smiley. Very good breakfast. Small problems I informed and they noted, like there are 2 steps in entrance, hard for strollers.

Sehr schönes Hotel im Zentrum von Genua. Keine eigenen Parkplätze aber direkt um die Ecke ein Parkhaus. Sehr saubere Zimmer mit bequemen Bett und Kissen. Freundliches Personal im ganzen Haus. In die Altstadt gelangt man dann n 20min zu Fuss.

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. De kamer was redelijk klein maar had een erg ruime badkamer. Er was standaard geen waterkoker op de kamer maar die kon je aanvragen. Op loopafstand heb je leuke terrasjes en kan je leuk winkelen. Geen parkeerplaats bij het hotel maar om de hoek kan je betaald parkeren voor €18 per dag. Let wel; de parkeerplaats gaat om 20u dicht tot de volgende ochtend 7:00u.

L'hôtel est bien situé, à quelques minutes à pied de la via Garibaldi, de la vieille ville et du Porto Antico. Il y a un parking à côté, pour 18 € la journée. Beau bâtiment avec du cachet, chambre belle, calme et confortable. Personnel très professionnel et agréable. Je sais déjà où j'irai pour mon prochain séjour à Gênes !

Lovely hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very clean, good WiFi, comfy bed, nice shower superb aircon. Beautiful vintage lift. Breakfast selection is slightly limited but the quality is very high and the coffee is excellent. Good light and sound proofing. Decent size single room. Free bottled water and soft drinks. Nice toiletries. Its a few minutes walk from Brignole station and so has very good public transport links. lots of places to eat within a few minutes walk. Overall this is an excellent hotel and I would be delighted to stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here for our honeymoon. Felt blown away by the kindness of the staff, the beauty and cleanliness of the hotel, the location was perfect for walking to things. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Leider hatten wir das Zimmer neben dem alten Aufzug welcher uns nachts immer wieder geweckt hat. Der Parkplatz ist nicht am Hotel sondern 250m weiter weg und kostenpflichtig (18€ pro Tag)

The room was pleasant, had a comfortable bed and nice amenities. I was disappointed that I didn't find any restaurants for dinner nearby. There is a cafe next door with a basic menu, which I dined at, but I was hoping for a special dinner with more choices and ambience. I would have given that extra star if there had been a restaurant in the hotel. They do offer a breakfast onsight, but I typically don't eat until 1400, so I didn't partake of it. I also found the lighting was too dim in the bathroom for good makeup application. The staff was courteous, efficient and helpful.

Super modern, spacious. Huge walk-in closet, big desk, window seat, king-sized bed, 14 foot ceilings, lots of windows, walk-in shower big enough for 2 people. Beautiful bar and restaurant, and the breakfast buffet is sumptuous and inexpensive.

Everything was really fine. The welcome, the tips and advice, tasteful furnishings, good location and the possibility to park directly in front of the house. The only minor criticism is that the shower is too small, with every movement you bump into the lever mixer and change the water temperature.

Das Hotel war vom Check-In bis zur Abreise jeden Cent wert. Das Zimmer war groß mit begehbarem Kleiderschrank und hohen Decken. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir haben uns einfach rundum wohl gefühlt. Frühstück hatten wir nicht.

Easy walking to some of the best restaurants in Genoa. The hotel was grand and well-maintained. The elevator was an antique but very cool to use. We felt like celebrities at this hotel! They included free drinks and mini bar beverages. We arrived by train and the station was a 10-minute walk to the hotel. When we left, we took a taxi from the hotel to the airport, which was a flat 25 euros. The aquarium and the old town were a 10-15 minute walk. We also took the 40-minute shuttle from the city bus station to the Serravalle outlets (the best outlets in Europe) to get deals on designer clothes. The person cleaning our floor was amazing. Our room was immaculate every day, and they always greeted us in the hallways. I think it was room 301 or 302. It was huge with an amazing shower and luxurious products to use. I will definitely be back. Thank you to the staff for making our trip amazing! .

The hotel was perfect for our stay! The rooms were a good size, perfectly clean and had everything you could need. The staff were amazing too, helping us find our way to a small town in the hills for a wedding, and warning us about the national rail strikes too. Can't rate them highly enough, very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is ideally located too for an short/easy walk to the centre of town with plenty of shops and places to eat, and near to the train station too.

Great location near Brignole Station with access to portofino. Santa margarete and cinque terre. Not much around the hotel but 5 min walk are reasonably priced restaurants. Genova centre is 10-15 mins walk away and September 20 Avenue is less than 10 mins walk where all the main shops are located.

Close to Brignole train station and to shopping/restaurant streets. Very good breakfast at the hotel. Friendly and efficient staff. We had the best aperitivo and two dinners at Cafe Cambio at via Garibaldi about 20 min walk to the center of Genua.
