Staff was mostly very helpful and friendly. Drinks at the bar were fantastic. The facility was clean, the rooms were very nice - a small little balcony and nice interior design. The rooms were mostly quiet, but i would recommend a lake side room if possible. The hotel sits right on a road so if you leave a window open there is definitely vehicle and train noise. Also sauna was only open 17-2300 which was a bit strange, especially in a cold weekend. Overall nice place.

Plush hotel but loud noise from heavy engineering on the nearby railway kept us awake and the room was too hot with the window closed. Worth paying extra for a lakeside room. Good breakfast and free EV charging was a bonus although we had to wait for a space. Dog friendly and lots of nearby walks.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße und Eisenbahn. Bei einer Übernachtung geht das noch, aber nicht länger. Keine Klimaanlage, daher ist man auf das Öffnen des Fensters angewiesen. Personal sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Tiefgarage mit 15 Euro pro Tag zu teuer. Frühstück sehr gut.

In der ersten Nacht wurden wir durch unerwartete Gleisarbeiten an der Straßenseite um unseren Schlaf gebracht wurden jedoch durch ein kostenloses Upgrade in ein anderes Zimmer entschädigt und es wurde sich zig mal für diese Unannehmlichkeit entschuldigt. Super gastfreundlich sage ich da nur. Zimmer sind sehr sauber die komplette Ausstattung und Badezimmer/ Dusche sind in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig.

Der Service ist professionell, absolut makellos und einem Hotel dieser Güte entsprechend. Das Hotel ist einem einwandfreien Zustand, die Außenanlage Wetter und Jahreszeit entsprechend gut. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, tatellos sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. Das einzige was ich bemängeln kann ist die Größe der Dusche. Für jemanden wie mich etwas zu eng. Sportliche und schlanke Leute haben damit bestimmt keine Probleme. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen und auch dort war der Service sehr gut.

Nur bei der Buchung beachten: bei Expedia ist die Lage der Zimmer zum Teil mit "Hügelblick" beschrieben- das sind die Zimmer zur Strasse und der Hügel ist der Bahndamm einer Güterzugstrecke...also unbedingt den Gartenblick buchen, wenn Sie ruhig schlafen wollen.

80er Jahre Charme mit viel Gold... Leider sehr laut, weil die Hauptstraße nach Frankreich direkt vor dem Hotel entlang geht. Vorsicht; Zimmer mit "Hügelblick" gehen nach vorne zur Straße raus und da rauscht der Verkehr ab 5.00 Uhr morgens. Da nützen auch keine Oropax, die schon mal auf dem Nachttischchen bereit liegen.

Nous retournons régulièrement dans cette hôtel que nous aimons beaucoup. Malheureusement le restaurant est décevant. Les plats sont très bons mais aucune recherche dans la présentation. La viande est servie seule, et ensuite seulement suivent les accompagnements, qui sont d’ailleurs aussi facturés séparément… Et surtout le service est très long, on est arrivés à 19h30, on a attendu nos cocktails, puis on a attendu nos plats et à 21h55 on nous dit que si on veut des desserts il faut se dépêcher parce que la cuisine ferme à 22h !!! C’est vraiment très dommage car il ne manque pas grand chose pour que cet établissement soit parfait.

I stayed with this hotel a few times, in general my stays were good, however my last stay wasnt. Apperently the hotel was fully booked, but I made an online reservation. So it took them some time to get me a room. There was a big group of people have a company dinner, this was loud, and they gave me a table next to this group while other parts of the restaurant were empty

In der ersten Nacht wurden wir durch unerwartete Gleisarbeiten an der Straßenseite um unseren Schlaf gebracht wurden jedoch durch ein kostenloses Upgrade in ein anderes Zimmer entschädigt und es wurde sich zig mal für diese Unannehmlichkeit entschuldigt. Super gastfreundlich sage ich da nur. Zimmer sind sehr sauber die komplette Ausstattung und Badezimmer/ Dusche sind in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig.

Der Service ist professionell, absolut makellos und einem Hotel dieser Güte entsprechend. Das Hotel ist einem einwandfreien Zustand, die Außenanlage Wetter und Jahreszeit entsprechend gut. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, tatellos sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. Das einzige was ich bemängeln kann ist die Größe der Dusche. Für jemanden wie mich etwas zu eng. Sportliche und schlanke Leute haben damit bestimmt keine Probleme. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen und auch dort war der Service sehr gut.

Plush hotel but loud noise from heavy engineering on the nearby railway kept us awake and the room was too hot with the window closed. Worth paying extra for a lakeside room. Good breakfast and free EV charging was a bonus although we had to wait for a space. Dog friendly and lots of nearby walks.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße und Eisenbahn. Bei einer Übernachtung geht das noch, aber nicht länger. Keine Klimaanlage, daher ist man auf das Öffnen des Fensters angewiesen. Personal sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Tiefgarage mit 15 Euro pro Tag zu teuer. Frühstück sehr gut.

Nous retournons régulièrement dans cette hôtel que nous aimons beaucoup. Malheureusement le restaurant est décevant. Les plats sont très bons mais aucune recherche dans la présentation. La viande est servie seule, et ensuite seulement suivent les accompagnements, qui sont d’ailleurs aussi facturés séparément… Et surtout le service est très long, on est arrivés à 19h30, on a attendu nos cocktails, puis on a attendu nos plats et à 21h55 on nous dit que si on veut des desserts il faut se dépêcher parce que la cuisine ferme à 22h !!! C’est vraiment très dommage car il ne manque pas grand chose pour que cet établissement soit parfait.

Fenêtres sur route mal isolées (on entend tous les véhicules de la route passante) et porte intérieur claque à chaque fois qu’un client entre ou sort d’une chambre adjacente. Hôtel vieillot mais agréable, Sauna+Hammam tres agreables, personnel disponible et parfois souriant. Petit dejeuner tres bon, beau, frais et copieux. Bathroom was clean, but the room not so much. We found empty bottle under the bed from a previous guest. Some places like the shower and elevators are quite small, not really adapted to larger people. The hotel is in desperate need of a decent refurbishment, except if you like that '90 vibe. Breakfast was very good and ample offer.
