A big plus, air conditioning what works! The breakfast is not what I expected. Fruit Salad looks terrible like out of a tumble dryer. All the food including yogurt is low quality. A bummer since the rest of the hotel is good. Very confusing parking in terms getting the hotel tariff. The elevator outside is a total mess. It stinks and it is filthy, over 2 days it always had something else in there i needed to avoid to step in. I did feel unsafe overall outside and up the road. Lots of noise at night as both nights drunk people walking, screaming and singing at night several times.

The room and the hotel were really clean. And it is really quiet in the room, which is for me the most important. The only negative thing from my point of view about not to clean the room during the stay: this is for me only a way to spare money with the convenient excuse to protect the environment. All in all, I find this greenwashing quite annoying.

Schönes Hotel in der Nähe des HBFs und nahe der Stadt. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt gegenüber oder nebenan. Frühstücksbuffet viel Auswahl. Preis Leistung okay. Die Heizung über die Klima funktionierte am Zimmer 437 nicht, ebenso lief das Wasser in der Dusche nicht gut ab. Eine Zimmerreinigung haben wir nicht benötigt allerdings werden dann die Mülleimer auch nicht geleert. Schade

Es war alles sauber. Die Lage ist super, direkt gegenüber des Congress-Zentrums. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist modern, die Zimmer sind ganz gut isoliert. Der Föhn im Badezimmer hat ausreichend Power! An einem Tag wurde das Zimmer trotz Buchung des Reinigungs-Service zunächst nicht gemacht. Auf Nachfrage wurde dies jedoch sofort auch am Nachmittag noch nachgeholt. Wir hätten gern noch ein paar Kleiderbügel gehabt. Auf Nachfrage sagte man uns, man würde welche aus dem Lager holen und aufs Zimmer bringen. Dies ist jedoch leider nie passiert. Auch am nächsten Tag gab es keine Kleiderbügel an der Rezeption. Dennoch waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt zufrieden und würden wiederkommen.

Zimmer war wie immer sehr gut. Leider wird erst am nach dem 4 Tag automatisch sauber gemacht. Darauf hätte man beim Einchecken hinweisen können. Da ich Beruflich sehr eingespannt war, habe es leider erst später gesehen. War mal anders geregelt.

Leider bringen die angepriesenen Schallschutzfenster nichts. Im 5. Stock hat man permanent das Rauschen der Bundesstraße gehört, trotz geschlossenem Fenster. Um sechs wurden Glastonnen geleert, da war die Nacht zuende. Außerdem hört man wenn im Nachbarzimmer sich Personen Unterhalt und duschen. Sonst war das Hotel super, aber die Geräuschkulisse ist ein Ausschlusskriterium

All is brand new. Including well trained staff. The wonderful young lady in the restaurant provides excellent customer service. I had already breakfast with my son but ee had to go so later o went back and aak for another cappuccino- she gave it complimentary. Great service mindset.

Spending two nights for business in Saarbrucken. The Hotel was nice and the personnel at the checkin was very nice and kind. Breakfast was good. The position of the hotel was nice as it is close to the central station and not so far from the city center. The problem: the sink in the bathroom was stuck and the water was not flowing. I immediately ask for a technical intervention but at the reception they told me that the technician is not working during the afternon (my checkin was at 3pm) and the day after I would have the sink fixed. The next day, there was no intervention and I left the hotel with the sink stuck. First, the hotel should have offered me another room and, even worse, they did not fix the problem.

The breakfast area was chaotic and the staff could not keep up with replenishment of breads, spreads, and cold cuts. Lines were too long at the espresso machines. I suggest preparing coffee carafes to be served at the table as an option. I could imagine busy breakfast time volumes are not a surprise so it was odd that the hotel seemed unprepared. Otherwise, the experience was perfect: This hotel is clean and conveniently located.

This is a very nice, friendly hotel very close to excellent public transport and practically in the city centre. I really cannot imagine a better place, better value for money if you have business to do in Saarbruecken and surrounding areas. 4 hours by train to London, 2 hours to Paris or Frankfurt, short trip to Luxembourg.
