I never got my room because of a Gas Leak, when I booked 4 rooms in Febuary the charged me for the 4 rooms. After our stay. The Hotel made a 2nd charge of 3 rooms on June 8 another $1514.69 CAD, total fraud and my Credit card are aware

This is better described as a motel, rather then a hotel. It has a breakfast room but that's it as far as communal areas is concerned. The rooms are clean and well decorated but the corridor areas are shabby and in need of decoration. The corridors are open-plan style with no glass windows so open to the wind and rain. Staff are helpful and courteous and parking is a plus point. Overall a good option if you're on a budget but don't expect any frills.
