This property is showing its age and wear. Furniture is broken down and peeling, damaged. Carpets dirty. It really really needs a reno. Included breakfast is not great. But: staff are trying very hard. Beds are clean and comfortable. And kudos for being one of a few remaining hotels/motels who have smoking rooms for the sinners.

Breakfast was ok but would have like more options such as bananas, Bagels were so fresh and there was only plastic knives but I asked for a sharp one which they gave me. The bagel slicer would only squish the fresh bagel. Juice was watered down. Bacon would have been nice . Room was very clean for my 5 night stay. Carpets in the hallway were a bit stained from all the construction workers that obviously stay there . It would be better to have tiles. Hairblower is a bit annoying as it is one that you have to hold the button continuously for it to work. I know it is for safety but challenging when you have wrist issues.Would definitely stay again though.

Despite doing the online check-in, the hotel made me supply the same information again at the actual onsite check-in. The television didn't work in our room although the staff responded quickly to fix it. The breakfast was excellent. Beds were not the most comfortable. Air conditioning was not cold enough.

The room was excellent and the breakfast fine for buffet. A 2:00 am party down the hall followed by two hours of drunk people yelling and stomping up and down the hallway was too much. The night staff asked them to “keep it down” but were ignored. I was lucky to get four hours of sleep.

I booked rooms for employees traveling for work. The hotel called me the morning of their stay and asked if it was ok to put them in a smoking room. I told them no, that none of them were smokers, and thought it was taken care of. When the employees showed up to check in, they were taken to the smoking floor. When they got off the elevator, they said they could hardly breathe and could not handle staying the night. When we tried to settle this with the hotel, they said it was our fault for booking in the smoking section and would not refund our money. I was told I would have to take it up with Hotels.com to see if could get a refund. So I had 4 employees traveling who then had no place to stay and no refund. Do better for your customers!

Basic Days inn. Was woken up at 4 am by loud singing. When I called the front desk to ask if they knew there was a concert going on in the lobby, they confessed it was them. Singing at the top of their lungs. At 4am. Did not apologize and amazingly kept singing after I told him it woke me up. Also there was a campsite set up outside the front doors where 2 people were living rough, with a bbq and everything. They also were welcomed in for breakfast (which is very nice of them, however one of the gentlemen was not wearing his shirt, while we were all having breakfast). We stayed here because of the proximity to the rodeo grounds. If you can avoid it, there are likely much better hotels in the area.

the receptionist spent a lot of time back and forth between computers neither of them were working. She put me in a room that was already occupied had to go back down and start again was not impressed, when I did get a room went out when I came back card did not work so back down I went.

Breakfast was alright. Cold but we nuked it and it was alright. Lots of variety to choose from whether hot or cold cereal, yogurt, juice, tea, coffee toast, jams. Made up were omlets, sausage, pancakes, a potato dish that was all gone before we got there. Must hsve been good or a hit with the kids. Got to say we stayed in Bonnyville, Alberta and the people were so friendly and kind. What a great place to visit!
