Good hotel in an excellent location. We had a sea-view room overlooking the bay and was very comfortable. The roof top pool was a nice way to relax when we arrived and before we went out for the evening. Good value

A clean comfortable hotel with pool and next to beach and harbour promenade dining strip. Hotel is a little run down but is good value, including breakfast. Marsalforn is a nice area to stay in on Gozo. Hotel doesn’t have parking but there is public parking available a short walk away. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Veldig harde senger, burde vært gjort noe med svømmebassenget. Helt ok frokost, ser også at det hadde ikke gjort noe om de hadde pusset opp litt. Var veldig mange spisesteder rundt hotellet som var bra, og de låner ut håndklær til stranden super bra.

Badrummet funktionellt men behöver en uppdatering/renovering. Dusch i badkar med ofräscht draperi. Mkt trevlig personal och smidig incheckning. Okey frukost av engelsk typ, dock endast vitt bröd, men finns bacon, bönor, äggröra, varma tomater, ägg, olika pålägg, muslibar, flera sorters youghurt, många olika frukter, kaffe, te, jouce. God äppelkaka och muffins. Toaletten (herr) i lobbyn var sliten, dörren gick inte att stänga och kranen i handfatet var lös. Fina solsängar på rooftop samt liten grund pool. Hotellet har bedömts fyrstjärnigt, men tycker det med svenska mått endast får tre stjärnor.

Looks like the hotel has had a refurb, modern, smart looking, clean , spacious, nicely matched furniture in the bedroom. The rooftop pool and bar were still being updated, but will look great. Fan and aircon in room. Nice bathroom with all over / rainforest shower.

Nous nous avons été très déçus car cela ne correspondait pas aux photos qui cachent la vétusté de l’ensemble de la chambre. La salle de bain était sale (poils dans la baignoire et dans les toilettes), la literie peu confortable, et la chambre très mal insonorisée, nous avons entendu les pleurs et cris des enfants de la chambre voisine toute la soirée. Les serviettes de toilettes tachées et couverture et rideaux déchirés. Le parking n’est pas privatif mais un parking public à proximité. Nous avons eu de la place car c’est le mois de mars mais pas sûr que ça soit le cas en juillet/aout. Le petit déjeuner était cependant très bien avec une jolie vue sur la mer ce qui pour nous est le seul atout.

Séjour plaisant! La piscine sur le haut de l’immeuble et la chambre était un peu désuet mais pour le reste c’étais bien! Bon service ! Le déjeuner était bien aussi ! La location était parfaite car plusieurs choix de restaurants au alentours!

From the outside hotel looks nice and location is perfect. Personnal at the desk was very friendly. Breakfast buffet was ok but nothing exceptionnal. The problem was the room. First bathroom is very narrow, tiles on the floor were not installed properly and finally, water pressure in the shower was almost inexistent. Air conditionning in the room was noisy and didn’t work properly, we had to activate the ceiling fan to be cooled down. We rented this room for 2 nights but left after one eventhough it wasn’t reimbursable. Very disappointing.

Very poor lighting in bedroom especially over dressing table/desk for us ladies although pleased to see there was at least something with a mirrow and easy accessible sockets!

Furnishing outdated. Reception service very poor. Paid for bayview but was given down grade rm. Cleaning staff very helpful.hotel very clean.b fast items of poor quality. Were asked 25€ for pet, that s ok.but we had to give 100€ in CASH ONLY. And when we asked for some kind of recipt or cover re these 100€ they told us, we just had to give the cash and these are returned if no damage done on check out. When asked to have a look at hotel rooms plan reception said we do have one but can not show it to you.

Even amidst a busy street, the hotel room was quiet. The balcony faced the sea, a lovely place to sit and enjoy the harbor. The staff was gracious and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety and was delicious. The staff was welcoming, gracious and helpful. The only criticism is that the signage is lacking at street level. It was difficult to find the hotel. The parking is a bit inconvenient, but not terrible.

Dated hotel with the most atrociously uncomfortable beds. Add to that the most useless staff and it was not a good experience. I got stuck in a downpour on my rented scooter and soaked to the bone…I asked if there were dryers I could use to dry my cloths and shoes as I would need the shorts and shoes the next day and was told no. I asked for paper towels to stick in my shoes to try to have them dry out by morning, they said they didn’t have any (they did, I found some in the lobby bathroom). Honestly one of the worst hotel stays of all time.

Stayed for 6 nights 11-16 September 2025. Overall extremely pleased. Excellent location in Malsaform, right on the bay. Had a bay view room on 4th floor. Cleaned daily, all staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and do the job. Breakfast was buffet style and lots of choice.

Nice hotel located by a tranquil bay with lots of swimming opportunities including a beach with EU blue flag and lifeguards. Breakfast was good and much better than just basic. Juice not freshly squeezed and coffee from a machine. The bathroom could use an update including replacing the bathtub with a shower. All in all Good value for money.

The room was very basic, old style but big and had a balcony and a nice view to the bay. Generally the building seemed deteriorating and could do with a renovation. The breakfast was disappointing. The orange juice tasted like water. Fresh fruit were already over around 9am. The front desk was not welcoming of any questions. All in all I would not come again.

jolie facade hôtel assez haut en étage pour la baie. Donc vue imprenables sur la baie, vue du toit ou se trouve la piscine. Piscine pas très grande mais beaucoup de transat. Pour la chambre cela fait vacances ce n'est pas du mobilier luxueux mais suffisant. Bonne surface avec table et chaises dans la chambre en plus du balcon. Restaurant pas très cher mais on peut trouver mieux. Le point le plus mauvais est le petit déjeuner ou la qualité n y ai pas.
