The manga library in the reception was incredible and fun. Staff were very helpful and patient despite language barrier. Right next to a 7 eleven. Complimentary food was appreciated. In a very quiet part of the city and a small walking distance from 3 train stations. The room was a bit small but manageable.

全体的にとても綺麗で清潔な感じがしました。1階には本屋さんのようにコミックが沢山揃っていて、カレー、うどん、トースト、コーヒーなどの無料サービスもあり、ユニークな感じがしました。京急蒲田駅からも近い割に静かな環境で落ち着いてます。浴室のボディタオルが小さくて滑りやすくちょっと使いにくかったです。

食事(カレーとうどん)が24時間フリーで食べられるのは、とてもありがたかったです。コミック本も部屋に借りていきましたが、翌日の朝が早かったので、借りた10冊は読みきれずにお返ししました。部屋着とスリッパでの、1Fホール利用はご遠慮下さいが、エレベーター内に書かれているのですが、あまり周知されていないため、結構パジャマ、スリッパ姿の宿泊客がいらっしゃいました。チェックイン時に一言あるか、注意書きのメモがあってもよいかなと思いました。

Nice selection of manga if you read Japanese, 24/7 free beverages and udon/rice/curry is an unbeatable value. There is also a vending machine , ice machine, and two washer/dryer combos tucked away in the day corner of the lobby. If there could be more laundry machines, it would be amazing, or if they could post signage to inform users to remove their laundry promptly. I had to wait a while for the user to retrieve their finished laundry, I ended up asking front desk staff to remove it so I could wash. Not a huge deal but room for improvement.

入館時、マンがの多さに驚きました。思わず、ここはホテルですね？と確認しました。フロントの外国人らしき、親切な女性が「ホテルですよ」と答えてくれました。受付は感じの良い丁寧な対応でした。部屋に入ると、清潔感いっぱいで、アメニティも充実していました。翌日に備えて、部屋で仕事をしていましたが、静かでとても快適でした。仕事がはかどりました。ホテルにレストランがないようでしたが、１階でうどんとカレーが無料で頂けるので、外に出る必要がなく、とてもありがたかったです。ロビーで外国人のご家族と話しましたが、とても快適、カレーや飲み物の無料サービスはとてもいいと、私と同じ感想を話してくれました。今回は荷物が少なかったので、駅から１０分弱の徒歩移動は苦になりませんでした。羽田空港から近く、翌朝もホテルから３０分ほどでターミナルまで移動しました。

My daughter and I are from Hawaii, and we enjoyed our stay at the Quintessa Hotel Tokyo...The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the property was always clean. The train station is walking distance from the hotel with a lot of dining options. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family :)

２回目の滞在です。カレーやうどんをいつでもいただけるのでありがたいです！漫画も読めるし時間が足りません！ただ部屋の清掃が連泊の場合ないのが少し残念…。今回お風呂トイレ別のタイプで浴槽の清掃してくれたら良かったかなと思いました。お風呂のピンク汚れやカビが気になりました。他は快適な滞在でした！！また行きます！お世話になりました！！

We were just staying here during our last few days in Tokyo and needed a hotel close to the airport. It’s a 10 minute walk from the train station but in a quiet area. The only thing I had any issue with was the beds being a bit uncomfortable. Everything else was fine! Free curry and udon in the lobby was great :)

This was a twin sharing room with 2 twin beds. The room is extremely small even for 2 person. I would call it shoe box size. There isn't room for walking and luggages. Bathroom is small as well. It's only for 1 night stay, we couldn't sleep well at all.

How can you go wrong with this hotel? Free curry, rice, udon and beverage 24/7!!! I couldn’t believe it. They also serve bread from 5:30AM until it’s out. Lots of manga to read (if you can read Japanese as they only have a very small amount of manga in English, not complaining at all as it’s just bonus). Friendly staff. The size of the room $ bathroom is much larger than I anticipated with comfy bed. Walking distance to Kamata station. 7-11 nearby. I’m so glad that I came across this hotel and will definitely book again.

This hotel was such an amazing experience for my partner and my first time in Japan. We arrived before checkin and they held our bags for us for a few hours no charge. They had free curry and udon all day so easy brekfest, the area is very quiet only a short walk to the train station and a 20 minute walk to a shopping and eating hub. Replaced our towels and utilities every single day. The staff was very kind and even helped with advice on buying a bullet train ticket, thry knew enough english to get by. I cannot reccomend them enough.

This place is so beautiful & so easy to take the Keikyu Kamata Station. This station goes in & out of Haneda International Airport. The hotel is just a building away from 7/11. I recommend this place 👍👍👍

漫画読み放題と、ドリンク飲み放題、カレーと、うどんも食べ放題で24時間なんて、幸せでしか無いでしょ！カレーは大人の辛口で美味しいし、うどんも出汁が美味かった！羽田空港利用の前泊には安くて有り難いホテルでした！福岡と札幌も泊まったけど蒲田が1番コスパが良いですよね！ありがとうございました。ご馳走様でした。

This hotel is so cheap and has so many little extras thrown in you would be crazy not to stay here if you’re coming from Haneda. It’s a typically small Japanese room but if you’re just sleeping or chilling out that is really all you need. The free dinner and breakfast is simple but great. There is a 7/11 next door and the pyjamas and room amenities are great. Would def stay again. Thank you!
