We loved how comfortable this hotel was and how modern the facilities were. It is very walkable to lots of shopping and restaurants and only a 15 min walk from the Cathedral. Parking is convenient and cost only 10 euros but it must be reserved ahead of time as spots are limited. The only thing missing would be if they provided breakfast but otherwise loved our stay here!

Wow! This place is stunning and the rooms are gorgeous. Incredibly kind and helpful staff (special thank you to Matías who was so kind and a joy to speak to every afternoon). The location is perfect great walking distance to all major areas, safe, quiet, great food options. And parking on site. Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Palma!!!

This was outstanding lodging located in the heart of old town Palma, with available parking in a parking garage! An older building that has been beautifully renovated with all of the creature comforts you could desire. The room was wonderfully spacious including a balcony overlooking a wonderful square with nice restaurants, all with outside seating.

Fil suites, en ombyggd textilfabrik som numera inrymmer ett lägenhetshotell. Finns ett kök och kylskåp, diskmaskin. Lite dåligt utbud på porslin kunde varit mer. Vi köpte hem frukostmat från affären precis bredvid hotellet. Otroligt sköna sängar och kuddar. Hade två Tv-apparater i vår lägenhet, mest tyska och franska kanaler. Det gick att spegla sin mobil så vi kunde se svensk TV också. Detta är ett designhotell, dusch och toalett med frostat glas mitt i rummet, kan vara lite känsligt att gå på toaletten när allt hörs väldigt tydligt. Hotellet har en liten solterrass högst upp, just nu fanns enbart två solsängar med antar att det är fler när det är högsäsong. Fanns cyklar att låna men vi gjorde aldrig det. Bra läge på hotellet och många bra restauranger precis bredvid.

Spacious and modern suites in a convenient quiet sidestreet in central Palma. We particularly enjoyed the in-house parking facilities. Just one complaints - the light switches in our room were placed right against the back of the bed, so that any pillow movement during the night would suddenly switch on all room lights - very annoying! Also wish they would change towels and refill coffee more often than once every three days. But overall, highly recommended!

We felt that this was an incredible property with beautiful rooms, although we had a mixed experience with our room for the first two nights being in the ground floor, facing onto the road and also next to the lift and cleaning cupboard. Due to the noise from outside, other guests, and the cleaners in the morning, we had very little sleep. We raised our concerns with reception and while they were unable to move us in the first night (we were there during the Easter holidays), they did move us to an excellent room on the 4th floor for the second half of our stay - the room was great and no noise at all. It feels like there is just one room in the hotel letting it down, and I wonder whether they could either repurpose it or install more soundproofing. Had we not had the first two nights in the noisy room, our review would have been flawless. The staff are lovely, beds very comfortable, showers powerful, and once you check out you have facilities to change and shower before your flight.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Fil liegt ausgezeichnet in Palma. Leider hat es nur noch ein Fahrrad die anderen wurden gestohlen. Es wäre schön wenn Sie wieder zwei hätten.

A fantastic hotel and central base for Palma. My sister in law and I absolutely loved this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Having a desk allowed us to arrive early and leave our bags. The staff made sure we had all we needed and remained helpful throughout our trip. The communal areas in the hotel are immaculate and the room was too. We had a small balcony that overlooked the front of the property, which was a great addition. The room was clean and comfy, with a TV to watch Netflix. The bathroom areas are quite quirky, but that’s only something to bear in mind dependent on who you’re sharing the room with! All in all, we couldn’t recommend it more.

The accommodation was absolutely lovely. Spotlessly clean, welcoming, with all the amenities as described like new. But it was more luxurious than expected with electric operated curtains from the bedside, tvs on both levels, two separate showers, multiple fresh towels etc. it was excellent.

Ideal gelegen, stylisch, ausgesprochen nettes, aufmerksames sowie schnell reagierendes Personal. Im Zimmer (Superior DZ) hätten wir gern einen Kleiderschrank und ein Sofa gehabt. A/c wasn’t working properly, room was t hot. Have to open the window for room to get colder. They tried to explain that during winter the ac only works in heat mode. I tried changing the temperature on the control panel and it was always the same. It didn’t work. For only that reason i am giving this 3 star review, if that wouldn’t happen it would have been a good stay. Friendly staff, place looks good.

Location: Very convenient as you are in old town and an easy walk to the waterfront. There are many many restaurants a very short walk away. Hotel: Feels newly renovated. Had a suite with full kitchen, dinning areaand large balcony. Very clean and modern. Staff: Very friendly and helpful. The hotel seemed to be in a locals area which was very nice as the closer you get to the waterfront tourists take over. I would certainly stay here again.

This was a very cute apartment. My 2 girlfriends and i stayed for just one night but would be a good place for several nights as it was quite spacious. The only comment is the glassed in shower in the middle of the apt that could maybe be all frosted glass instead of just partially frosted. Otherwise, no place.

No windows! Was a ground floor room every sound heard from outside and next to lift and laundry room. AC and tv didn’t work either. Great location and lovely building but must have been the worst room in the hotel. Won’t return as very disappointed

안경쓰신 여성 직원분이 아주 친절하셨습니다. 숙소도 청결하고 같이 간 어머니도 아주 만족하시고 좋아하셨습니다. 다만 아쉬운점이라면 숙박을 4층에 해서 그런지 wifi신호가 매우 약한것이 흠이긴 했습니다.

Ich hatte dieses „Businesszimmer“ gebucht. Für mich allein für eine Nacht dachte ich, sind 16m2 in Ordnung. Was nicht ersichtlich war bei der Buchung: es hat kein Fenster nach außen, sondern nur zum Flur und dann zum Innenhof. Damit gab es weder Tageslicht noch frische Luft. Und das Zimmer war so winzig, dass es nicht mal einen Stuhl gab-was ist daran bitte Business? 3 Sterne bewerte ich, weil die Unterkunft sehr neu und schick ist.

Lovely hotel in central Palma near to bus & train station. Easy walk to cathedral, shopping & restaurants. Room retains the old charm & features of original building with modern bathroom & amenities. Excellent wifi, comfortable bed & great shower/ bathroom. Front desk staff were super friendly, especially Matheus, who couldn’t do enough to help! Fantastic stay, many thanks!

Wow! This place is stunning and the rooms are gorgeous. Incredibly kind and helpful staff (special thank you to Matías who was so kind and a joy to speak to every afternoon). The location is perfect great walking distance to all major areas, safe, quiet, great food options. And parking on site. Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Palma!!!

We had an amazing time at Fil Suites Hotel. The room was perfect for our family (2 adults and 2 kids) , extremely well located. We initially were given a very nice room on the ground floor but we preferred to be in the upper floor for more natural light. They changed our room the next day and everyone at the reception were super helpful and friendly. Highly recommended and we hope to be back next time we visit Palma

A fantastic hotel and central base for Palma. My sister in law and I absolutely loved this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Having a desk allowed us to arrive early and leave our bags. The staff made sure we had all we needed and remained helpful throughout our trip. The communal areas in the hotel are immaculate and the room was too. We had a small balcony that overlooked the front of the property, which was a great addition. The room was clean and comfy, with a TV to watch Netflix. The bathroom areas are quite quirky, but that’s only something to bear in mind dependent on who you’re sharing the room with! All in all, we couldn’t recommend it more.

Location: Very convenient as you are in old town and an easy walk to the waterfront. There are many many restaurants a very short walk away. Hotel: Feels newly renovated. Had a suite with full kitchen, dinning areaand large balcony. Very clean and modern. Staff: Very friendly and helpful. The hotel seemed to be in a locals area which was very nice as the closer you get to the waterfront tourists take over. I would certainly stay here again.

the property was very centrally located, easy walking distance to the beaches & the cathedral, lots of dining/shopping options. hotel & room were both clean and well maintained, staff at front desk super friendly & helpful. my only small complaint is the noise from ppl above us that kept us up for couple hours at night (not sure if they were rollerblading or what, but someone was going back & forth over us for 1-2 hrs after 10pm). i would try to request top floor if possible, otherwise our stay was perfect!

We loved how comfortable this hotel was and how modern the facilities were. It is very walkable to lots of shopping and restaurants and only a 15 min walk from the Cathedral. Parking is convenient and cost only 10 euros but it must be reserved ahead of time as spots are limited. The only thing missing would be if they provided breakfast but otherwise loved our stay here!

Fabulous rooms in a historical property just steps from all the sights and a convenient supermarket. Staff were friendly and helpful. Mini kitchen was equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. The only problem is that taxi drivers don’t always recognise the name, so be sure to have the address open in maps.

Fil suites, en ombyggd textilfabrik som numera inrymmer ett lägenhetshotell. Finns ett kök och kylskåp, diskmaskin. Lite dåligt utbud på porslin kunde varit mer. Vi köpte hem frukostmat från affären precis bredvid hotellet. Otroligt sköna sängar och kuddar. Hade två Tv-apparater i vår lägenhet, mest tyska och franska kanaler. Det gick att spegla sin mobil så vi kunde se svensk TV också. Detta är ett designhotell, dusch och toalett med frostat glas mitt i rummet, kan vara lite känsligt att gå på toaletten när allt hörs väldigt tydligt. Hotellet har en liten solterrass högst upp, just nu fanns enbart två solsängar med antar att det är fler när det är högsäsong. Fanns cyklar att låna men vi gjorde aldrig det. Bra läge på hotellet och många bra restauranger precis bredvid.

The accommodation was absolutely lovely. Spotlessly clean, welcoming, with all the amenities as described like new. But it was more luxurious than expected with electric operated curtains from the bedside, tvs on both levels, two separate showers, multiple fresh towels etc. it was excellent.
