Overall enjoyed the stay here; only issue of concern is one of the side doors had the latch taped in an unlocked position so anyone could easily come into the side of the hotel without a key. Otherwise we really enjoyed this hotel.

Hotel smelled like weed. Pool was nasty. You could see where people have been writing their names in the scum on the pool walls. You can tell the pool has been there along time with not a lot of up keep. If the pool was cleaner overall its not a bad place.

THE HOTEL DID NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR! We were given a 2nd floor room. The stairs were dangerous. DO NOT GET A ROOM HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE TO CARRY LYOUR LUGGAGE UP A FLIGHT OF STAIRS!

Amazing stay, clean and quiet. The only issue we saw was the sauna knob needs better indicator information. Otherwise excellent for the price!! Also, breakfast was nice because I can’t have sugar and I was able to eat!!!

We stayed for two nights as a break in our travels. The staff was very helpful, the room was comfortable and the area was quiet. We always look for a comfortable chair, microwave, refrigerator (this one has a freezer -- that's a bonus) and a way to make tea.We also prefer a roll-in shower with a chair. This room had it. The pool was the right temperature and very nice with an easy walk-in stairway. It was a pleasant stay.

Very cozy. Security was dangerous since there was no locking the back door which led up stairs where we were. We had no problems but could have very easily.

Front desk staff was nice. However one was in shower sandals. The bathroom was full of hair varieties from little curly ones to long straight. Beds were very hard. Decent breakfast for the hotel. Overpriced for what it is.

Where do I start the entire hotel Smell like weed the entire time we were there. The pool area had tools and extension cords plugged in all over including by the pool that we moved our self because we had young kids playing in the pool. O then we had an employee come in and tell our kids to keep the water in the pool because they were jumping in. O and to make the stay even better we found a cockroach as we were leaving. Will not be staying here again

Front office and hallways smelled of stale tobacco smoke. The room wasn't as strong. Running the AC helped some after a couple of hours. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was typical hotel fare.

Front desk clerk was very nice and friendly. Property looked neat & clean. Very nice area, a lot of restaurants & stores close by. Room was very clean. Digital sign outside hotel flashing an unreadable message - doesn’t change our rating, but would make the hotel look better if it was addressed.

Road trip with family and decided to spend the night to rest from driving. Since we checked in around 11pm and we carried our sleeping children into the bed we didn't notice the stains on the sheets (pretty sure they were blood stains) and pillows until that morning when we woke up. If I was single or maybe a romantic night, then I would understand but definitely not a family place.

Worked on phone but not tablet. Food was a 3 out of 5. Eggs and sausage cold. Coffee warm but not hot. Area was clean. Day shift front desk vanished and not seen at check out time. Would stay again bring laptop and maybe that would connect Plan on eating breakfast at Cracker Barrel around the corner.

The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. The indoor pool looked great although we didn't have time to use it. The beds were very comfortable, but advertised as "queen sized" and were only full sized, so although they were comfortable, my fiance and I (who are used to our king sized bed at home) ended up sleeping in separate beds for the extra space. The exterior door (which should open with a key card) was propped open with a rock so anyone could come and go...except when my Fiance went out to our vehicle in the morning and one of the employees stumbled all over himself to move the rock and get the door closed before she came back in. But thankfully she had her key card and was able to enter anyway. And then that same employee was mumbling under his breathe to the other staff behind the desk as we came down for breakfast. We were on vacation, so my Fiance was in a casual skirt and halter top, but I assure you that it was far mor modest than a swimsuit. It rather concerns me that a man that is so openly uncomfortable around a woman is working in such close proximity to the pool... But I digress, aside from the creepy little man employee who could not hold his cool in the presence of a female, I would have given our stay 4-5 stars, very comfortable

Walls and ceilings are paper thin and you here every footstep in the room on the second floor. Lustened to people partying in the next room until midnight. The bathroom sink drain was clogged. Towel racks on the wall was loose.The drain cover in the handicap accessible shower was not attached which is a tripping hazzard for a handicapped person

lousy check-in. check/in lady was on the phone for long time with a customer. had to wait to check-in. no apology for the wait. not particularly friendly. But made some of the “rules” of the hotels very clear in quite an unfriendly manner.

We had chosen this room through Expedia.com, but when we arrived the Quality Inn had no record of our reservation. We had received confirmation of our reservation on this date and a reference # which we gave to the clerk. After a few phone calls, the desk person assured us the manager would look at the situation the following week. We did get a room, but It was not a smooth check in process. Can Not recommend.

We had two rooms, the air conditioner didn’t work in one, but otherwise it was good. The rooms were worth the cost. The staff accommodated a special request for a handicapped guest. This is my second stay here and I would stay again.

Thank you Ross for the smile and humorous check in after being on the road for 6 hours is was easy and delightful! The room was clean, spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The full breakfast options were very good. Perfect stop for the night!!

Ross checked us in after a long day on the road. He was SOOOO friendly and chipper as well as very efficient checkng us in. We were very tired but he put a smile on our faces and we were just a little bit less tired. Shout out to Ross for doing a great job and being so friendly.

Service was amazing! When we got to our room it smelled a bit smoky and the lady at the front desk was so amazing and accommodating and got us switched right away. Great location, clean, friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient and affordable option for traveling being right off of I-70. Bed was comfortable and although it seemed like a busy night, the hotel was quiet enough to get good rest. Also had a typical continental breakfast, but the quality of everything I ate was good.

The building is clean and in good condition for it’s age. When occupancy is low, staff could assign rooms away from stairs and entryways. Hiway noise is considerable. Consider filling rooms opposite of the hiway on low census times. Staff was friendly.

Absolutely nothing wrong for the money. Quick check-in and pleasant staff. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Pool looked clean and inviting. It is an older hotel but its been maintained. Just off the highway with many restaurants and stores close by. Breakfast was good. Worth the money if you don't require fancy or frills.

Check in was quick and friendly. The room was clean and smelled fine (no smoke or anything) …the bathroom was very tight though, kind of uncomfortable to use the bathroom when the toilet is pressed up so close to the door/wall like that but maybe other rooms are configured differently. As for the hot breakfast it needs improvement, we definitely didn’t go back the second morning.

Very good value. Decent clean. Breakfast had all the regular items plus nice touches like cinnamon and powdered sugar for the waffles, picabte sauce for the eggs. Organized, fresh, and well stocked even at 15mins before closing. Fiendly and helpful staff.
