The hotel was very clean. Free breakfast had a good variety of options. Pool was clean and towels were readily available. Our room was spacious. The only con was the comfort of the bed and pillows. We found the mattress to be on the firmer side and the pillows were too soft, with not much support. We didn't have a great sleep the two nights we stayed. But, overall we enjoyed our stay.

I was able to check in early, and the front desk staff were very nice and professional. The shower in the room had orange mildew in the corners of the shower. The room itself was small but I was by myself, if there was more then 1 adult it would have been crowded. The indoor pool was very cold, I was looking forward to relaxing in the pool. I specifically looked for hotels with an indoor pool. There was other guests in the pool area and also said the same thing. I should have taken pictures but I did not.

When I book hotels I look for free breakfast and free parking and this hotel offers both. The breakfast selection was good with both hot and cold options. There was also plenty of parking. The room was clean and had all the usual amenities (toiletries, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, etc.) Overall a good stay and no complaints.

We really liked being at this Hotel. However, just one thing that was a bit off was that they were probably short staffed because when we called the service desk to get more towels as it was 4 of us staying in a room, they just said that we don’t have anyone at the reception and that you have to come and collect them. Which was odd. Plus we didn’t really had any cutlery in the room so again instead of them dropping it, we had to go all the way down to get it ourselves. Other than that, staff was good, hotel was clean, pool area was a bit splashy due to too many kids, gym was calm just basic not too many trendy equipments. Rooms were nice and the way we were 4 people and probably partied till late at night, there were no complains so that was good.

One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the Marriott brand name, but I later realized it’s a franchise, so the quality is not consistent. The rate was high when I booked, and I regretted my choice the moment I entered the room — there was a damp smell, the style felt very dated, and it was not clean at all. At night, a few people were drunk, standing by the door, drinking and making loud noise. There was no warning or action taken, even though this is a hotel, not a bar. I requested towels and a few other items, and they told me they would not bring them to the room — I had to go to the front desk to pick them up, regardless of the time of day or night. Overall, this experience has made me lose trust in the Marriott name.

My husband and I stayed for 1 night to attend an event. The lobby and the room smells amazing. The bed and pillows are soft and comfortable. The towels are soft and smells good. The breakfast was okay, typical continental. The good thing is coffee and tea are available for free for 24 hours. The only thing is that you can hear the closing of doors from the other room. The best thing is that the staff are very nice and helpful.

When we checked in, I had asked if we could change our room to a king bed instead ofvtwo doubles. The lady at thr front desk said she didn't know how to make the change in her system and was unwilling to ask anyone how. The beds and pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The walls were thin and you could here everything. The room was clean and had a fridge, microwave and a coffee machine. The free breakfast downstairs was very nice and had a lot of options. The lady that worked in the morning was very friendly.

The breakfast was delicious and there was variety and the staff were efficient and proactive in making sure there was akways enough food and coffee. I was especially impressed that eggs were "real"and not powdered. But what stood out most was Cassandra night clerk at front desk. That lady is number one in customer service - profesdional but friendly, helpful, informative.

Room smells bad, service was terrible, things that were supposed to be provided during your stay, you had to ask for it to get it. Such shampoos towels, when we checked in the staff was very rude and she didn't help provide upgrades or extra sleeping bedding for my child one of us had to sleep on the floor on the blanket, thank you for your terrible service.

My wife and I stayed here on an overnight as we visited relatives. We have done this several times in the past, staying at different hotels each time. This was our first stay at the Fairfield Inn, and we were not disappointed. At check-in, the very pleasant young man at the reception desk (Nicolo? Niccolo?) upgraded us to a nicer room with a bit of a view. That started things off right. The room itself offered plenty of space for two adults and their luggage, and included a mini-fridge and a microwave.The breakfast the following morning was a little on the limited side but there still was plenty to eat to start the day with. Would we stay here again? Absolutely! (And we probably will on our next visit to Mississauga!)

Overall a good experience…newer hotel, clean rooms, comfortable bed, friendly staff, but breakfast pretty average. Coffee was so bitter we couldn’t drink it. Didn’t care to stay for breakfast the next morning.
