We had read other reviews and can vouch for all the little added extras that helps make the trip fun. This includes the free rentals of beach carts, cabanas and kids toys. The location is close to plenty of dining options and the large kids adventure part. The apartment we stayed in was well stocked for cooking and dining. Reception staff were helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we were visiting the area

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a 2 bedroom oceanview room. The beds were comfortable and there was a choice of soft or firm pillows. The kitchen/dining/living area was spacious and well furnished. We used the washer and dryer daily and there was airconditioning in each room. Staff was very friendly and responsive. It was a short and easy walk to shops and restaurants. I would have liked the pool to be warmer so we could swim when it was windy down at the beach.

We had a nice stay here as a family with 2 young kids, it was comfortable and a good size apartment. We had access to the pool and beach toys which was nice (although pool was not heated so we didn't use it much). The accommodation is very close to the beach and walking distance to some great food options. The team at Coco Mooloolaba were very friendly and helpful, gave great suggestions on where to eat/what to do in the area. As it is close to the main street, it does get loud in the evenings with all the cars speeding through.

We always love staying here. The cleaning could be better as there has been a funky sewage smell from the bathroom the last two times we’ve stayed, along with some other minor things but apart from that it’s a beautiful apartment to stay at. We will definitely be back.

Accommodation is very close to the main hub of everything. Supermarket is a 5 min walk and restaurants even closer. When we entered our room it had a very strong poo smell. All the windows had been left open so I’m not sure what happened in there. Otherwise it was very clean and tidy. The bed was very uncomfortable however and had no pillow top. Overall it was a great place to stay, owners were extremely friendly and I would recommend it

This beautiful, modern complex is conveniently located in walking distance to restaurants, the beach, walking paths and a supermarket. Lauren at the front desk made us feel welcome immediately. The 2 for 1 breakfast deal vouchers for Pavilion got our day off to a good start. Our unit on the ground floor was spacious, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Our stay had us wanting to return again. Thanks staff at Coco- you are doing a great job.

One street back from the beach, it was in a great location: right in the middle of shops, restaurants and a supermarket; close to the patrolled swimming beach (about 15 min walk); and easy walking to the wharf area and Sea Life aquarium. We stayed on floor 5 which had some ocean views (albeit a bit obstructed) but the 2 bedroom apartment itself was fantastic and we couldn't fault it.

The staff were absolutely amazing. From the moment i walked into the reception area, they made me feel so welcomed and special. Location is perfect, walking distance to all the shops without all the noise, and a supermarket just around the corner. They gave us the cutest room to stay in. Fantastic place to stay, especially if you have young children. It’s close to the grocery store and the esplanade. There’s plenty of playgrounds around near the accommodation. The accommodation itself also has lots of complimentary beach going things for the kids like buckets and spades, but also beach cabanas and beach wagons that my 14 month old loved riding in. Lauren at reception was also so lovely and helpful. Highly recommend!

Firstly Coco is in a very convenient location. From the moment we arrived Lauren was very welcoming .. the parking garage is excellent Our apartment was very clean and totally fully functional . Had a lovely ocean view. An enjoyable stay !!!

One street back from the beach, it was in a great location: right in the middle of shops, restaurants and a supermarket; close to the patrolled swimming beach (about 15 min walk); and easy walking to the wharf area and Sea Life aquarium. We stayed on floor 5 which had some ocean views (albeit a bit obstructed) but the 2 bedroom apartment itself was fantastic and we couldn't fault it.

I had such a wonderful stay! Perfect location - short walk to the main strip and beach. Facilities are great and the front desk staff are so welcoming and helpful. I would happily stay again.

Great property in a fantastic location. Walkable to shopping, restaurants, supermarket and beach. Apartment was in great condition and very comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and welcome. We will be staying again.

This beautiful, modern complex is conveniently located in walking distance to restaurants, the beach, walking paths and a supermarket. Lauren at the front desk made us feel welcome immediately. The 2 for 1 breakfast deal vouchers for Pavilion got our day off to a good start. Our unit on the ground floor was spacious, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Our stay had us wanting to return again. Thanks staff at Coco- you are doing a great job.

A very comfortable clean and spacious unit with all the facilities you need for a break of a few days or a longer holiday. Is located in a quiet street but only 100 to 200m from the beachfront esplanade which has all of the restaurants, cafes and other services required for a relaxing holiday.

Coco is the kind of place that you feel reluctant to leave a review for, because you don’t want everyone else to know how good it is in fear of it becoming too popular and changing. The staff are friendly and incredibly helpful, the apartment itself very comfortable and clean, and the location was everything I needed - a stone’s throw from the beach and main shopping/restaurant strip. Loved the addition of the sauna, and it really had all the facilities I needed for a very comfortable 5 day stay… kitchenette, good balcony with enough space for a decent table and chairs (with still enough room for washing to hang out too), great shared bbq facilities, great little pool and spa. Very comfortable, without being too over the top and into the expensive price bracket! Please never change!!
