Greymark Hotel

Room was warm air conditioning not available had to open the window and opposite the train station and mosque was so quiet Breakfast was tardy quite often no cutlery or glasses for juice, water was warm and staff were unfriendly except the lady in the restaurant staff don’t smile or just seem unhappy been here many times but won’t return very downhill I hope the owners read this Also the dentists no longer use this hotel and for good reason Hairdryers don’t work in bedrooms they know this Carpets are stained and terrible Duvet is a double for a king with 2 pillows

Very nice hotel and great crew.

Our room 402 had a terrific city view. Our room was very comfortable. Reception desk was very friendly, professional, helpful and kind. Breakfast had a big variety of things and we enjoyed it. Restaurant staff where very kind. Room service did a terrific job. Wi-Fi worked great. There was always hot water and the heating worked great. We highly recommended this hotel according to our great experience there.

We got rooms facing the main road and we could hear traffic zipping on the road the entire night. Better sound proofing would help.
