Check in was friendly and quick. Room was large and clean. There is a lot of parking. We were there during a heat wave and the AC worked great! Bathroom was clean and had all the amenities. Can't say much about the breakfast, we went later in the morning and it was pretty much done.

It was difficult for me to climb up the stairs as there was no elevator but the staff were always ready to help us with our suitcases. Having a pancake or waffle maker would be great with the buffet breakfast. Otherwise we had a good n restful stay, thank you.

Horrible hotel. Our room was non-smoking but smelled of cigar which was soo bad that we were not able to even open the door to get in. The receptionist tried the call the manager who didn't even pickup the phone to address the issue. Receptionist was not impressed and was very super irate of how the room smelled. He tried to spray to reduce the smell but that did not work. Since they were completely booked, we had no option to sleep in the room filled with a smell of smoke. Luckily we had 2 rooms booked, so kids were able to sleep in the other room on the floor. Breakfast has pretty much nothing to eat. By far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in

This hotel was ok for our 1 night stay. Wouldn't book again. Bathroom had hair in the sink and it was dirty. The baseboards in the bathroom were absolutely gross and the walls needed a wash. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast is a cold breakfast only and was overcrowded. Staff were friendly. When I went to check out no one was at the front desk. I waited 15 minutes and walked out.

Check in was a breeze - Wil at the desk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable...in fact all staff were fantastic and welcoming!...the only knock I'd give this hotel would be the AC - super noisy and not that effective....

One night stay on way to Edmonton. Older hotel that smelled of old cigarettes or something. Room, bedding and towels were clean. Front desk staff friendly. Beds were old with plywood bases. Wouldn’t stay here again just because of the odour in rooms and hallways. Woke up with sinus congestion, possibly from smell.

The beds were very hard and the pillows weren't amazing. The bathroom trim boards were filthy and there was a light bulb out in the bathroom. Someone called our room from the front desk, well after we were asleep, for some reason even he seemed unsure of. We won't recommend or return.

Terrible experience. We arrived exhausted and were given a room that was not cleaned. The front desk gentleman was rude, inappropriate, and mocked my daughter’s illness. We waited for almost an hour for the room to be ready. Thankfully another staff member arrived who was much more professional and around 1 am were reimbursed for the room. The property was gross and our room smelled bad. Had there been any avilability nearby we would have stayed somewhere else.

I am a retired CN Rail middle manager and former national Union President. I have stayed in hotels across Canada and the United States. This stay was well up to be onee of the best hotels I have ever patronized. Will definitely be reserving here again on our travels to visit children/grandchildren in the future. Great job to entire staff for a job well done.

The service is horrible , room smelled like cigarettes, there was garbage on the tv table. we were supposed to check in 3pm the room was not clean until 9pm. There was no applogies from the staff at all. PHOTOS ARE DECEPTIVE. The rooms do not like they are in the pictures here. The sink kept getting clogged, the microwave did not work. Curtains were not clean at all, seemed like a very unhygienic place. You can hear the person in the next room easily

My gf and I were pleasantly surprised at how big and clean this was for the price. The outside isn't the nicest looking of a bunch of hotels near it in Hinton, but the room was big and had a nice HD TV and was very clean Check in was fast. Perfect spot a 50 minutes drive to Jasper to stay the night and save a ton of money.

No breakfast….informed us the food delivery did not arrive. They could have at least gone and bought some cereal, muffins, loaf of bread and fruit from the grocery store. Safeway opens at 7am and this was 8:30am. How can a hotel that offers breakfast not even have these basic supplies on hand? Can’t imagine they could run out of everything all at once. Travellers may have picked this hotel over another because breakfast was included.

La chambre au rez de chaussé côté rue est très bruyante... Dommage de payé pour des services qui ne sont pas fournis Je n'y retournerais jamais !

Although the room was nice, we felt badly for the staff member who not only had to man the front desk in the morning but the breakfast room as well. When we arrived for breakfast, there was no hot food left, the warmers were burning and no eggs left. We felt there should have been another staff member manning the breakfast area.

Presume it's a one star hotel. Very basic. Reasonably comfortable. WiFi worked well. The breakfast was a joke...toast, three types of cereal...there was supposed to at least be muffins but we got there are 8:15 and they were all gone and did not get replenished. Breakfast was open until 10:00. We would not stay there again.
